Limited functionality
So silly that battery life can’t be viewed in the app. So easy to bring in and make it much more functional

Love my Snoozeband. If anything would love more variety with other music and sleep stories on app, but can always use other apps.
Good but needs improvements
Have the snoozeband deluxe and so downloaded the app. The sounds on it are good but the custom playlist needs major work. Issue 1) once you have created a playlist you can’t manually move your chosen sounds around to re-arrange them Issue 2) even more frustrating is that you can build a playlist in the order you want BUT then randomly you’ll come back to use it and your chosen sounds/meditations will be in a random order meaning you have to delete and re-create, not ideal just before bed etc

Best thing I’ve ever bought. ! I couldn’t drop off or stay asleep. I’ve had my snooze band pro 5 months now. I’ve slept brilliantly since I got it ! I was shocked. Even if I wake for the loo I drop Back off straight away. Highly recommend.

I really like the snooze band but the app lets it down. I created a sleep playlist but each time I go into it the order has shuffled. I want a wind down meditation first and then sounds. I can’t do this as the guided meditation may now come at 3am! There is no way to manually reorder it either
Not impressed
Bought the Snoozeband pro and downloaded the app but can I get it to play more than one thing or even the same track longer than 1hr. Tried everything and just can’t it to do it. Rather annoying

iPad problems
App doesn’t work on my iPad- my os is up to date and my iPad is 9th gen so not old. This means I can’t use the app.
Great app, with some improvements to do
Well…. This app is great adding a sound while you sleep, but that is pretty much it. This app has so much potential, and some much for improvement. Such as adding a sleeping tracker or sleep rating. The possibilities are endless. Hope you guys review my feedback, and make use of it.
great but need more regular updates, different daily music and more music/sounds
love it, it’s so great that this comes free with the headband, but the app is definitely limited. I love the fact i can close it down on the screen and it plays music while im using my phone, but i would like more music as i have listened to pretty much everything now and it gets a little repetitive.
Amazing!
Now, the whole reason I have this is bcs my brother was supposed to have it but he was like nah so I got it! I’m telling you it’s amazing! It’s free, has lots of choices, and helps me sleep for longer! I used to wake up rlly early, but now I’m waking up at 8 or 9! And trust me, that’s amazing! So if you’re not sure abt it, you should now! It’s incredible!
Series waste of time and money
Worked fine for about five minutes second time trying to open the app and it just crashes. I am using a iPhone 16 so I don’t think that’s the issue. Even if I do get it to work again it’s not worth the headache or cost. It doesn’t do anything a five dollar eye mask and an analog white noise machine wouldn’t do. Plus with those you don’t need WiFi, Bluetooth, or an account.
Almost perfect!
I love my Snoozeband and there’s a great selection of sounds, however one vital thing I would really like to see in an update asap, is the ability to set it not only to help you drift off to sleep for an hour or more, but to come back on at a set time in the morning. Some of us have to sleep through the noise of family members and housemates who get up and leave the house earlier than us and it would be lovely to be able to top and tail my night with my Snoozeband without having to take it off, deal with looking my phone and then try to get back to sleep. I know there are built-in sounds but they’re not as good as the app and it can be hard to get back to sleep when fiddling around making it play again. I don’t want to leave it on all through the night as I’m constantly charging it then. Please? Thank you!
App broken
Update: they fixed it and it works a lot better now. I tried downloading the white noise I listened to but it still won’t play with limited WiFi. Other than that, I can’t sleep without this set up. I hope they keep working on it and it never breaks again. I don’t mind that it is basic. All I need it for is sleep. The app worked fine for months until tonight. Christmas night of all nights. It first told me that I don’t have permission. What? I literally used it last night with my snoozeband. So I tried a few things. Disconnecting other Bluetooth devices even though they weren’t turned on. Closing and restarting the app a handful of times. Deleting the app and redownloading it. Well, that was were I received error code 522. I can’t even sign on. So now I’m stuck trying to find a new white noise that won’t have any problems and it’s past the time I need to go to bed. Problem is, I 100% rely on this now for sleep and Snoozeband just broke my trust. Even worse, no one will get to my email until Monday, I believe. I’m very sad about this.
Invitation to let go & relax
The snooze band is a comfortable and supportive device which I have used to lull myself to sleep and veg to keep my ears protected from the wind on walks. You can use pre-set ambient downloads or your own tune selections from Spotify, iTunes or other. Lovely to use.
Doesn’t stay on throughout the night
I wanted-needed-this app/device to work for the entirety of the night. Unfortunately, it continues to shut off after about 10 minutes even when I set the sound for 2 hours. Waste of money.
Let me down on first use
I got myself and my wife a Snoozeband for Christmas. This is my 3rd headband and definitely the most comfortable. The app looked great and after a brief test I was really looking forward to trying it on Christmas night. Unfortunately, when I went bed and launched the app, it took ages to start and never loaded properly. Everything I tried to play wouldn’t work and it kept giving me a permission denied error message! I gave up and used Apple Music instead. Following morning, it was working fine. It definitely wasn’t my phone’s connection. If I can’t use the app at bed time what’s the point?
Side sleepers rejoice
If, like me, you’re a side sleeper who’s been slowly ironing one ear flat for years, the Snooze Band is a tiny fabric miracle. It’s like someone tucked your headphones into a soft burrito and whispered, “Shh, you can have both comfort and podcasts.” Seriously, best Snoozeband I’ve had for yearzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzz!
