Hello Raid Zone Team, I really enjoy playing Raid Zone and I think the game is amazing. However, many Arabic-speaking players have difficulty understanding missions, menus, and game mechanics because Arabic is not available. Please consider adding Arabic language support in a future update. This would make the game more accessible to millions of players in the Arab world and help grow the community. Thank you for your hard work and for creating such a great game.

So I was playing raid zone and then I suddenly can’t move it’s like there’s invisible walls around me could you please do something I can’t play the game anymore:( other than that it’s a great game

Worst game I’ve ever encountered in my life
No server is working only downloading 60 Gb of once human and raid one without the ability of playing the game , the worst part is you have to download everything every day. The difficulty of this game is you have to be unstressed and psychologically stable with all the continuous downloading and not being able to play. Thank you for nothing worst developers ever.

Спасибо , что сделали raid сервер для новичков , но как всегда ужасные фризы на сервере , невозможно играть , персонаж тупо стоит на месте, Пожалуйста оптимизируйте игру на мобильном устройстве, таких лагов, фризов и нагрева на средних настройках графики не должно быть iPhone 16 pro max. В pubg mobile на самых высоких настройках графики и фпс все просто отлично все летает, Плавно, одно удовольствие от игры.

You should separate PC and mobile to be clear. The difference between people who play on PC and mobile phones. Where is the equality?
Great Game. Missing one thing
For mobile player base this is a great game being able to play against pc players. One thing though, in our setting it seems we can’t turn off touch rotation for the fire button. Most iPad gamers are using 4 fingers on screen to control their movement and aim. Not swiping their fire button at all and would prefer not to be accidentally swiping up or down every time they tap the fire button. Please add this setting thanks gentleman.

I’m a few days in and it’s a good survival game for mobile. Best one out of the ones I’ve seen in years. Good job!
Horrible support
90% of the games here are filled with hackers and no matter how many times you report them even if it’s multiple players reporting them, the hackers do not get punished, I was happily making my house 10+ hours into it, just to get it all ruined in seconds with insta kill and aimbot, not even a chance to defend myself, and the worst part of it, for RaidZone the rules (game rules) are not to be able to destroy other players stuff for a period of time, the time you use to farm essentially, but for some reason even with proof that the hackers are destroying my stuff during the immunity period, I only get an email back saying that they didn’t find anything wrong with the hacker?!! Horrible totally horrible support and game environment, so bad even at this point per game it’s usually like 4-8 players and at some point either one or multiple of them or new players start using hacks start-mid game, sincerely depressing how such a good game idea goes to nothing due to the horrible support system and gameplay environment
