Swachh Evam Harit Vidyalaya Rating (SHVR) 2025-26
The official SHVR app empowers schools across India to participate in the Swachh Evam Harit Vidyalaya Rating initiative by assessing and improving Water, Sanitation, Hygiene (WASH), and eco-friendly practices.
Key Features:
School Registration & Verification:
Register using your UDISE+ code and verify your profile with OTP linked to your official school mobile number.
Self-Assessment Form:
Complete a detailed survey covering six key categories—Water, Toilet, Handwashing with soap, Operation and Maintenance , Behaviour Change and Capacity Building, and Mission LiFE activities. Save drafts and submit once complete.
Photo Upload & Geo-tagging:
Upload evidence photos from your device or capture directly via camera with automatic geo-tagging (latitude, longitude, timestamp).
Multi-level Evaluation Workflow:
School submissions are reviewed by District, State, and National evaluators. Receive updates and notifications on nomination status and awards.
Downloadable Certificates & Reports:
Access participation and merit certificates. Download your survey responses as PDF for record-keeping and compliance.
Multi-role Support:
Designed for school users, evaluators, and admin officials with role-based access and functionality.
Bilingual Interface:
Supports English and Hindi to cater to diverse users across regions.
Secure & Compliant:
Integrates with UDISE+ for data validation and follows government security and privacy standards.
