Unsatisfied Customer
I do not recommend this product for several reasons. As several people have already mentioned, the shipment date is not honored even if you have paid for expedited delivery. Next is the NO REFUND policy and this is truly a NO REFUND product. Not a good business model for a product that has a late delivery and if the beard product doesn’t work with your beard. Vr
Shipping protection
I should not be forced to accept shipping protection. Why is that not an option. Please correct or my support will go away
Wish I had more positive things to say
As much as I wanted to support this company, my disappointment came after I ordered their product. I received and tried the beard oil, which had such a super strong fruity fragrance that I could hardly put it on. I don’t understand who would want to smell so fruity..? I wrote my review of it on the app, and immediately realized that they don’t allow the bad reviews to be seen, orr they hide them in some way. That was disappointing for me to realize and it seemed disingenuous. You have to take the bad with the good. I then reached out to them to ask about the possibility of an unscented oil, to which I received no response. I believe being honest, listening to your customers, and true customer support… Even if you have no plans of changing your product, is so important.. Especially when people are intentionally trying to support you.

Disappointing
I ordered three beard balm and they weren’t full. I have emailed the help desk and I haven’t received any response about my issue. I have provided pictures showing the of issues and still nothing.

As a man with a beard! I have to let everyone know that I have tried many different beard care products. I have to inform everyone that Respected Roots is the one and only product that has given me the beard care that I needed! No flaking, no itching, no dry, brittle beard!
