DIRTY DEEDS
I use to love this game, played it all the time sunk money into it! I like the no time tickets, but after awhile you raised the price, I wasn’t happy about it but you have to make some money! Then you go and completely change the extra helps, use to we could buy 3 at a time, raised the price and then charged me each time I used it! Now if I want to use my extra help I have to watch ads, I REFUSE TO, as much as I hate giving up my favorite game I WILL NOT BE FORCED INTO WATCHING ADS! That was a nasty dirty trick and I refuse, you will not get another dollar out of me nor will I EVER PLAY A GAME THAT MAKES ME WATCH AN AD I DONT WANT

Love the game, but I’m almost to level 5000…it always shows easy levels, never get the rewards of a difficult level even though they are. Freeze’s often and have to play the same level over and over. I have loved it up until the last couple days.

I love this game. It’s challenging and fun. Or it was until I couldn’t open the app. Now when I try to open it I get nothing but ads. I can’t even get to the game. It’s just one continuous ad after another. I’ve tried updating but nothing works so I am telling you so that hopefully maybe you can fix this
Freezing
It would have damn near a 5 if it wasn’t for this app freezing up and glitching. Mainly seems to do it when I use my bonuses to help me with the level…how convenient. Fix the glitches.
Faster Timer
I haven’t purchased coins inside of the game in 10+ years that I remember. Now that I’m thinking about it, I think I MIGHT have purchased 2.99 worth of coins on this game a few months ago, but I can’t remember . N e way, I liked this game so much that I decided to purchase $10.99 worth of coins on whatever little sale they were having today. I have noticed that the timer moves quicker now and to continue takes so many coins that 6000 is not even worth it! After my time runs out, I don’t have the choice to watch videos for more time like I did in the mobile app (this is on my iPad) nor do they give me the option to do that after I miss getting a chef food. I have to spend a lot of coins because I missed that timer, then I have to spend coins to purchase a freeze time, then I have to spend coins to continue the game! All of this happened multiple times within one . I KNOW it’s b/c the timer is so much quicker! I know the developers need to make money, but this is just unfair at this point.

Orevious wrote a review complaining of the glitches and levels that couldnt be played properly due to orders coming through fir items you had just matched. Happy to say the developers listened and fixed these issues so im changing my review, loving it now
Freezes all the time!
I used to love this game but now it freezes and I lose all my power ups because of it!

I would give you 5 stars but once I got up in levels, I can’t get through a level without watching several ads.

It freezes and then it freezes my phone. And then when I’m able to get back into the app, it twitches and is stuck
I love this game but…
I’m on level 509 and it is getting impossible to advance. There is absolutely no way to make 60 matches in 1 minute. And that’s the way it has been for a while now. I use all my power ups and extra time to complete levels. I am even wiling to spend money on games I love, but this is just getting annoying. I’m playing less and less because the levels are impossible to win without spending money and it’s starting to feel like the levels are designed to be impossible so that you will spend money. That ticks me off. I love a hard level but not an impossible one.

Frustrated
Really like this game had a glitch redownloaded all my progress is lost and I spend money so I’ll be deleting this game unfortunately **they give you instructions to get ur progress back and that don’t work I’ve started this game I’ve three times and lost all progress I even texted the Facebook group and nothing helps so. Itfair when spending money Too many glitches with the app. I'll be on one level and pass it then I can't move to the next level cause it's glitching and now I have to do that level all over again. Then the screen goes blank I go in and out the app and it still a blank screen. So I be like I'm done for the day or I have to power off my phone to get back in the game and once again start that level all over again. The very 1st time I started to have these issues, i tried to do the troubleshooting steps that didn't work. So i deleted the app and reinstalled it and guess what. I had to start ALL THE WAY FROM LEVEL 1 when I was already on level 418 I spent a lots of money to advance to some of those levels and now here I am starting all over again. I sent an email and never heard back from anyone. Very disappointing and frustrating. Not happy at all especially when I spent money and then at the end I had to start all over. I should receive a refund!!! When I buy a pass for 18.00 they never give me the pass I contact Apple and they won’t give me my money back they are stealing from people and it makes me sad because I really love playing this game !

Glitches
I enjoy this game a lot while watching YouTube, but recently I’ve experienced glitches where it pauses my game and my whole screen. I can’t exit the game press my volume or pause my YouTube video.
Game Freezes
I love the game but I gave it a 3 because it freezes too much. It freezes my entire phone and it does it after I’ve use every time I use my boosters I win. It’s getting to the point where I want to uninstall this game.

I followed recommendations from support / deleted apps etc - closed and reopen and problem continues. I wasted so much money trying to beat a level and it would freeze up and make me start all over again. Just started in the last month. Been playing for several months.

Game has so much potential but…
Like the game but lately it’s been glitching and there is no way to stop the glitch except for completely exiting out of the game, which counts as a game play wasted. No way to report the issue other than writing this review. There also isn’t a way to advance after so many levels without spending money.
I love it, but…
I love playing the game, it’s very satisfying…but the ads are constant. I close it often because every 10 seconds I’m sitting through 2 videos and 3 countdowns. It’s really annoying.

Used to really love this game until they started adding ads to it - you need to watch an add before even starting the game watch an ad after you’ve finished your game - it makes my phone freeze now - freezes after watching the ad Very disappointing… wouldn’t recommend

เกมส์สนุกมากนะคะ แต่เบื่อตรงโฆษณานานมากเกินไป บางครั้งนานถึง90วิเลยนานเกินไปจนไม่อยากรอและเล่นเกมส์ต่อเลย แล้วโฆษณาบางครั้งไม่ได้กดดูก็ยังมาให้ดูทำให้น่าเบื่อมากขึ้นไปอีก โฆษณาที่เป็นของแอปอื่นก็พาไปแอปเค้าเองด้วย
Too much ads
I liked the game; it was entertaining, but 98% of the time i spent watching ads instead of playing. I understand they have to put ads in, but you have to watch two or three ads every 30 seconds! So I ended up deleting it. It’s sad because I really liked the game.
Fun…..but I’m disappointed.
This is a very fun and addicting game, but I’m highly upset. I made it to level 240, and from there, the game would not act right. It keeps freezing up, screen going blank and everything else. I had to uninstall and reinstall it again, losing all of my progress.

Fun but Glitchy
This game was fun for the first couple rounds then you begin to get sick of the constant ads when game ends screen freezes very disappointing apart from the great little side quest and you can collect little cuisine cards which is cute :)

I’m spending money on the game & it freezes up mid game & I lose the coins I spent
Glitches are ruining it
Could be a great game but after using the ad options to help complete levels it has caused the game to crash/not recognise the booster (eg using a key to unlock when key is discovered game won’t make the match) also if you complete the level as time runs out it doesn’t recognise this and give you option to play on but if you play on there is nothing left on the board and it tells you you have failed the level and only option is to replay 😩

Love the game, but…..
Love playing the game when it wants to load. The game will no longer load on my iPad. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading, it’s updated and everyday I go into the game to try and play, but it won’t load.

Not Working
I’ve been playing this game for a couple of months and loved it. Within the last few days it all of a sudden stopped loading. I made sure it was up to date, and then uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still dealing with the same issue.
A little disappointed!!
I was really excited when I first downloaded the game but after playing the same levels over and over again (I refuse to pay any real money for any game) I became extremely frustrated because the majority of the levels aren’t realistic as far as completing them. I’m an avid player for sorting games and this one is beyond challenging to the point where I’m about to delete it. Sometimes it takes days to pass certain levels and that’s not cool with me! I enjoy a challenge but it has to be realistic without having to pay money, times are too tough rn to even imagine doing such a thing. If I’m still stuck two days from now I’ll be deleting it, don’t want to but I don’t want to be tempted!

The Queen
Love the game but I can’t play it across multiple devices and more time should be allotted to complete the board. Some boards move too quickly and I have to buy more time in order to advance. This feels like a money grab.
Can be very hard
Don’t expect to play for free. There are conveyers that scroll and you’ll have an order to fill but you’re waiting for a piece that is scrolling past. It’s very frustrating but it’s an addictive game
