Our application is a versatile document management tool that streamlines the process of signing, editing, and organizing documents. It offers four main tools: electronic signatures, stamping, PDF conversion (Pro feature), and smart notes (Pro feature).
Users can efficiently sort documents into folders, edit folder names, and manage files within these folders by adding, deleting, or moving them. The app provides an archive for all documents and allows users to search by title, making it easy to locate important files.
Additionally, users can add files through scanning, gallery uploads, or device storage, and edit each page of a document by adding signatures, stamps, or text. With a user-friendly interface and features like default signatures and the ability to create notes based on prompts, our application enhances productivity while maintaining document integrity.
However, the free version has limitations on the number of scans and signatures that can be added.
