Locked up
Did not even get very far in the app. The chat screen locked up. Could not select my actual height. Weight in pounds only shows even numbers. Buttons on top of text to read. With that many problems in the first five minutes of using an app, I delete immediately.
Got me Rx in few minutes
I was waiting in a hospital for 2 hours and even after so much of wait time they asked me to wait even more.. i don't know what's the problem is with today's healthcare and i was going through some alternatives and found there website, i consulted with the doctor and got my prescription in few mintues.. This is far better than the hospitals out there.
Limited flexibility
I love how easy it is to scan or snap a picture but I’m not able to add my own food or adjust what’s already on the app. If I had .25 of a serving, I can’t enter that.
Chat broken?
My chat randomly stopped working. I’ve uninstalled, and reinstalled. Tried multiple times to type in chat to try to reset, incognito mode works fine but didn’t restrain info from non-incognito mode. Please help I love this app
The future is here
This application is the future. People should get to it and use it. With time, this is the way to diagnose people illness. Also, give you suggestions to get better. For a person that is always clashing with my PCD and specialists this is the way to go. Get it.

Exactly what I've been waiting for!
I haven't always had great experiences with doctors and usually leave appointments feeling rushed, so I've honestly avoided getting care when I needed it. August made it feel different. Because it has my health records and the recommendations are actually backed by real doctors, I finally felt comfortable moving forward with a prescription I'd been putting off for way too long. It was simple and reassuring in a way I didnt expect.
Algunos fallos a corregir
La funcionalidad de nutrición pinta bien, pero necesita muchas correcciones. No es posible eliminar una comida, sólo añadir. Crear o editar comidas es una odisea a veces imposible. Por la parte del chat, no lo he utilizado demasiado pero supongo que funciona bien, como ChatGPT con unos buenos prompts.
Almost bought a Supplement
My gym friends were all taking the same supplement, and I almost ordered it without thinking. I checked August first to understand what it was actually for and whether it made sense for my goals it turns out to have some side effects which my friend is facing now luckily i got saved.. Thank you August AI.
SCAM
They scam content creators who promote their app and never pay them
amazing, but
I absolutely love your app, especially the food tracking feature, but please add an option to manually enter the calories, protein, carbs, and fat for a meal. It'd be super handy when the barcode won't scan but the nutritional info is already listed on the product. Also, the AI scanner doesn't even ask for the portion weight, which makes me doubt how accurate the meal analysis actually is. If you add this, the app would be absolutely amazing!! ♥️
Made healthy eating feel realistic
I always thought I ate pretty well until I started tracking my meals. Seeing everything in one place helped me notice patterns I hadn't paid attention to before. It wasn't about dieting, it was about understanding my habits.
Was great until it wasn’t
The app was great until I no longer get replies. It’s as if I’m being left on read. It is super frustrating!
My kid had a rash
My child came home with a rash, and within a day I noticed similar spots on myself. I wanted a clearer idea of what information to gather before contacting our pediatrician.
Way better than open evidence
Extreme hidden gem. Very good Al for learning and even looking at tough cases with you. Kudos to the designers behind this project. August is in the obvious lead in terms of Al for real clinicians right now.

I had a fever and did not had a prescription, i was getting an appoinment after 2 weeks but i got to hear about there website which has launched telehealth whcih provided me doctor consultation and sent the prescription to the pharmacy, i wish they will introduce this in the app soon.
Huge Daily Help
I can ask August anything about my health/wellbeing & it knows what to do instantly! I cannot afford to spend money and time on visiting a doctor every time I feel sick or hurt. August solves that problem and recommends ways for me to get healthy based on my own medical history. Amazing!

Select value is not working
Finding a doctor at 10 PM isn't easy.
I had a health concern late at night and didn't want to wait until the next morning. Having guidance available when clinics were closed made me feel much less stressed.
Office flu season
Half my team was out sick, and I started developing a cough. I wanted to understand what general self-care measures are commonly recommended and when to seek medical advice and i was genuinly surprised with the app response and undertanding.
App is broken
I keep getting output like which is wrong d10d-4888-96b8-95b7729b0504 and a bunch of other numbers. Fix this with an update.
Privacy was the main part I tried it
I had a pretty personal health issue and kept putting off seeing a doctor because I felt embarrassed. Being able to have a consultation from home made the whole experience so much easier. I got the prescription I needed without the awkwardness I had built up in my head.
Dog bite scare
A neighborhood dog nipped my hand while I was out walking. It didn't seem severe, but I wanted to know what steps people are generally advised to take after an animal bite.
Great App, Just Needs More Customization and Settings Options
Okay, this app is pretty great. It's pretty great at tracking your things, taking a screenshot. I love how it's free and everything. Keep that. Please keep that, actually. The only thing that's my worry is, it doesn't have a settings tab. It doesn't have a thing where you can change your calorie goal, because your calorie goal can't be changed, but sometimes you may need to lower or get above it, because sometimes AI can be wrong. So we can have change that. We can have a, probably a aesthetic tab where you can change how your app looks, like the color scheme, because some people may be sensitive to light and don't like the way it's so bright. They could have a dark tone, have a cream tone, can have a oil toned, tan tone. Also, make the AI adapt to you. I'm not sure if it's already here, but I'm just saying this as an add-on. Maybe you can add so you can change your weight later on or every day, or you can do a weigh-in every week to help you in your goals for your weight loss or fat loss or weight gain or fat gain journey.
Helped my a lot
I almost bought a skincare cream after seeing everyone rave about it on social media. It burns my skin and when i consult the doctor on their website they provided me prescription for right pharmacy cream which improved my skin significantly.
