Not what it used to be
When I first started playing this game it was enjoyable and fun to login every day to pass time. After reaching level 300, it’s an entirely different game. It’s nearly impossible to beat the weekly events without spending actual money. Massive pay to play which is sad. Even strategically trying to beat merge games after 300, it’s still nearly impossible to obtain all items. There should be more and greater rewards for those who login daily to play.

I love playing this game until it starts up with pop ups one or two would be fine but I have experienced 5+ in a row meaning for several minutes I’m fighting a peice of code to do what it’s meant to do
Gutes Spiel aber..
Gutes Spiel, macht Spaß und ist ein guter Zeitvertreib. Leider hängt sich mein iPhone beim Spielen oft auf und es wird gleichzeitig sehr sehr heiß. Ob das gut ist für das iPhone glaube ich nicht. Da muss eine Optimierung her die eventuell nicht so sehr an der Leistung des iPhones frisst (iPhone 13 Mini).

Stupid Update
I wish I’d have NOT done the update for this game. I somehow had two of the same board game on my phone so when I went to do the update on my iPad I forgot to delete the other board adventure on my phone. Currently I can’t even play either! I’m so mad! The one I want to play was much higher in stars and villages. This stupid update is going to mess up my team, everything I have. I was in my 2nd run on cards, had the merge game almost complete….. with items I hadn’t paired yet…..on purpose. I don’t want this update. It is paired with facebook and I hate facebook. The only way I will even think about keeping this game now is if you reinstate my higher one, or give me what I had in it onto this new one. I will give the last three stars if you do the latter one.

J'ai atteint le niveau 300 depuis bien longtemps mais j'attends toujours que mes résultats soient transmis et de ce fait je ne peux réclamer les récompenses dûes... Impossible Rewards
I do love this game, but I will say it is so rigged. The more money and higher energy spins/rewards you do, the worst luck it gives you. I test it and with the low level spins I land on all the good stuff. Once I switch to higher level spins or anything, you barely land on anything good. Even if you play for hours at a time, it’s impossible to get to the final level of most challenges. That’s with spending money too. It’s very annoying.

Game is fun - but the team play is horrible
I’ve played the game for awhile and it was fun at first. There seemed to be more perks if you played on a team, but leaders have ridiculous rules which is hilarious because the team I joined had “no rules” in their name. Some people act like they’re really getting something in return. It’s just a game-not a job. So all the petty nonsense from the team play just took the fun out of it for me. I finally decided to delete the game and find something else.

What rewards?
It’s very difficult to gain any energy in order to roll. You’re supposed to get rewards when you log in each day, but mine are so small, they get me nowhere. I was on a good roll for a day or two, probably because I made a purchase to get my Fetch points. Then any action pretty much stopped after that. It’s a money grab.

Not for smaller screens!
This game is not for small(er) screens.. The game uses more real estate than what is available on-screen! There are too many icons on the left & right edges of the screen. I can see 18 of them on my phone, 10 on the left, the bottom one covers the icon next to the hammer at the bottom, and I can barely see the top of an 11th icon at bottom left. The (rainbow/collection book) icon next to the hammer I can’t even see or tap because of another icon on top of it!! There are 8 icons on the right, the bottom most icon is covering about 1/2 of another that is slightly to the left!! Are all of these icons really necessary??!? They more of a nuisance than anything!! Ridiculous!!

J’ai pourtant un tablette iPad assez récente et une autre tablette Androïde récente de 3mois … c’est de pire en pire ! Le jeu prend énormément de mémoire ! Le jeu « Bug » trop souvent … blocage lorsque l’on tombe sur une attaque ou les raids (pillage) …. Donc obligé de relancer le jeu. Ou alors « Reset » de l’application ! Et aujourd’hui impossible d’accéder au menu « Mon Équipe » pour valider le château d’équipe ….. le jeu s’initialise a chaque fois !!! L’horreur … problème sur les trois comptes familiales ! Ça devient vraiment énervant… Donc ça va se terminer ADIEU BOARD …

Super Fun, but….
This game is loads of fun, but it comes with loads of bugs, such as not being rewarded prizes you’ve earned, not giving you energy you had earned, and that can get frustrating. It’s fun but doesn’t often notice the errors it makes. Not being issued prizes is a continuous error and makes it impossible to move ahead unless you’re spending lots of money in the game. My recommendation-don’t download. You’ll have more patience and pennies

An sich ein tolles spiel aber es gibt auch noch viel verbesserungs potential
Das spiel macht spaß wenn man nichts zu tun hat gerade oder auf bus/bahn warten muss man versteht das spiel sehr schnell das ist super. Leider wird man immer darauf hingewiesen das man was kaufen kann wenn man keine Energie hat oder coins oder egal was sofort kommt das fenster wo man was kaufen kann es ist sehr störend und ziemlich nervig täglich 20-30 mal das zu sehen und jedes mal wegzudrücken 1,2 oder auch 3 mal würde ich ja verstehen aber muss es jedes mal sein? Die magische truhe schmeißt ab einen gewissen punkt sehr selten Karten raus die man bräuchte habe heute über 80 Milliarden münzen ausgegeben und nur 3 neue bekommen obwohl das +50% aktiv war.. Da es die teuerste truhe ist die man kauft finde ich es äußerst merkwürdig stufe 1 karten dort aufzufinden denn dann machen die 3 truhen im kauf system insgesamten kaum sinn vielleicht wäre es eine idee stufe 1 karten dort zu entfernen denn wie gesagt ist die teuerste truhe von den 3 Der rest mit den events macht dennoch viel spaß und laune!

Never received my purchased items
I not a happy camper I purchased the snowdon gold pass my phone battery died just after the purchase. When I charged my phone and switched it back on the purchase had went through and the items were showing as collected but they were not. And then trying to find help and maybe someone to interact with and explain what had happened we’ll non existent

Every time you run out of energy there are 8, yes 8, pop ups trying to encourage you to spend money. You don’t even have to be fully out of energy for it to happen. It ruins the experience of the game. In a 5 minute period I have gotten the 8 pop ups 5 times, made it unplayable.

Game Issues and a Frustrating Support Experience
The most frustrating part of my experience was not only losing the reward, but also how my complaint was handled by Customer Support. On July 21st, at around 16:55 UTC, I contacted support to report the problem shortly after it happened. However, during the following email exchanges, the support team repeatedly focused on checking July 20th and an incident around 15:40 UTC — a date and time that I had never mentioned. I clearly explained that the issue happened on July 21st, around 16:50 UTC. Instead of checking the date and timeframe I provided, they continued referring to a completely different date and an earlier event. I eventually gave up because it felt like we were going back and forth without actually investigating the time and date I had reported. What I found particularly disappointing was that I felt as though my report was being treated as if I was making a false claim, simply because the specific reward was not visible in their records. I understand that support needs evidence, but players cannot realistically take screenshots before and after every single move or reward in case the game freezes. This has happened to me more than once, although I did not report every previous incident because I assumed it was just a temporary problem. This time, however, I lost a significant amount of progress, which is why I contacted support. I am very disappointed with both the game issues and the way this complaint was handled. I expected the support team to investigate the date and timeframe I clearly provided, rather than repeatedly checking a different day and a different incident.
