== A New Focus Method ==
Set a sound to play at random intervals (e.g., every 3–5 minutes).
Each time you hear the reminder sound, immediately close your eyes and rest for 10 seconds.
Then return to your work or study and continue focusing. Repeat this process until the 90-minute session ends.
After 90 minutes, take a 20-minute break.
