No encuentra los pedidos y no se puede dar seguimiento desde ahí.
Impossível pesquisar produtos
Quando estamos numa secção de produtos, por ex. Malas, se abrirmos uma em específico e tentarmos voltar para trás, perde o ponto onde estávamos a ver todas as malas. Ainda por cima, dá reset aos filtros e ordenação que tínhamos aplicado. Assim torna-se impossível de procurar algo.

I really don’t understand why they changed the old app that did work for this new one that really doesn’t work at all literally it’s super frustrating to try to see something or save it or return it to continue watching, they really need to improve it urgently!!!
No es práctica
Esta súper mal, no recuerda la contraseña, si filtras y ordenas y seleccionas un artículo y quieres regresarte a la página de tu filtro no se puede con solo deslizar el dedo como cin la otra tienes que regresarte cin la flecha y te borra tu selección y tienes que. Oliver hacer todo y mejor te harta y te sales de la app y también se traba demasiado 😡

No sé que actualización han hecho a la app pero ahora hay mas pasos para poder iniciar sesión. Antes era más rápido, ahora ni siquiera me permite mantener la sesión iniciada.

I haven’t been able to login into my account since the launching of the new app. It never works, it doesn’t download anything. I still have the old app in my phone and it is the only way I can access my old purchases
Mala actualización
No encuentro los beneficios my tous (antes en pestaña my tous daba click y ahora sale un pop up que parece improvisado ) Se borra mi cesta ( van 3 veces que la preparo para la venta privada y ya me canse) Se eliminaron mis favoritos Y no esta completo mi joyero virtual. Y es casi lo mismo en la página.
Needs to be fixed ASAP
App is not functional at all. Tous should provide an official app that works. For a brand that sells expensive pieces of jewelry, it’s not acceptable to have an app so bad that their customers don’t feel safe using it. It is worse than the first one, you can’t even access your bag without it crashing. Truly disappointing .
Very bad
I was excited to see that Tous made a new app, because the previous one was very bad, to my surprise this one is worse!!! As the official app of an expensive and recognized brand has such an unusable app, seriously, there are not all the details of the garments, you can’t zoom in, you can’t enter the account anyway, I prefer not to buy anything online than to live the bad experience

Urge que hagan los ajustes para que la nueva aplicación funcione, no permite ver nada ni acceder a la cuenta personal, no cargan los favoritos, tampoco los artículos que se encuentran en el carrito para comprar, están perdiendo muchas ventas por querer innovar, la antigua aplicación funcionaba muy bien.
