Certain levels are design to be unwinnable
I only got the level 5 and at that mount the level is made to be unwinnable unless you use a power up. I knew eventually it would happen but this early on is crazy, also I’ve played other screw games and the fact that this one auto-fails you when the “storage tray” screws are full even if there is another valid move that would clear a toolbox is crazy. It’s like they don’t want you to win. So basically TL:DR it’s pay to win

I’m trying to like this game , but lord ! I’ve been stuck on level 10 for ALMOST 1 month !!! 😩 this level should not be this hard! There are no “help”, I’ve been playing every day &’ I still can’t get any “lifeline” only the eternity life, that only help me to keep the game going so I can keep playing 😩 please fix this because this is not it !!!!! But it really could be a fun game.

The game is fun but I do think it’s has way too many ads I understand that is how the game is free, but there are a lot of ads other than that. The game is a lot of fun and relaxing.

Fun + addictive
Soooo I am addicted to this game but it literally is set up to where you need to buy advancement in order to get to the next level. It’s so difficult and the algorithm of the peg colors never aligns with what is needed to fulfill the game level. But I will keep trying!

Fun but Hard
I like the game but I can hardly make it thru the levels. I keep getting a very hard level every 2-3 games after just beating one and it comes off like you all want me to spend. Which I wouldn’t mind, but not after every 2-3games not fair. But game is fun and I’m still playing.
Do NOT play this game!!
This, unfortunately, is truly a great game BUT, they kill it with ads that last about two minutes each and some even longer. You start a round with the mandatory 2-minute ad, then you play the game basically “untangling” the arrows without them running into another. If you run them into each other three times, your life gets put on hold for the duration of whichever ad they play. Immediately after successfully completing that level, you are once again subjected to an ad that will feel like an eternity because you are being kept from starting another round. After the ad ends, you are finally free to click on the next level…and so starts another ad. Do yourself a favor, do NOT play this game!!

While the game is fun it tries to force you to spend money to progress. Every five levels is a ‘hard’ level that is impossible to beat without spending game currency to get tools. The only way to get the tools is to buy them, no option for ads. The only other option is to log in daily to get a small amount that will take you months to get enough. Don’t waste your time or money

This might be the worst game I’ve every played. It should not take me 6+ tries to pass a level. It’s just a money grab game hoping the annoyance of constantly starting over will make you buy to pass the level. Greed is ugly

Developers overestimate the pull of their game in light of difficulty
5 levels in and I deleted the game. Considering the ASMR and storyline aspects are what are promoted and I didn’t know I was going to be removing screws, highly disappointed. Not very stress reducing when you are faced with obstacles that you can’t overcome (how about watching an ad for a tip or some ability to continue forward?). Instead, the only option is to essentially start over - these rounds take several minutes so that’s just not sustainable. Progress feels like it will be achingly slow. Ultimately there are other logic and puzzle games that I enjoy more (hello, Meowdoku!). If gameplay is easier to progress through, I’ll come back.
Annoying ads
It would be a great game but the annoying ads are sometimes more frustrating when you use the game as a way to relax.

I was really enjoying this game and all the variety in it. Unfortunately with the latest update either of my iPad or the game or both the game no longer works on my iPad. It opens and then just shuts down. Haven’t been able to find any tech support so pretty frustrated
Popups SO OBNOXIOUS
The game is fun but the popups to buy things and events drive me CRAZY. I love the game. I would give it 5 stars if every time I open the app, it didn’t have at least 5 “X”s to click for events and another 5 for promotions. If I want to buy something, I will. The popups won’t encourage, they only discourage me from playing the game. I’m so close to deleting because I can’t play without a popup. Also, not the apps fault but ads should not require a tap to interact on the ad to show the “X” button to go past the ad, then show me three more screens I have to press “X” on to go back to my game. If I have to interact with ads, I would like a comment section. I’d rather give marketing tips on the ad than play a game that doesn’t exist outside the ads.
Impossible
This is a good game but I have been stuck on level 10 for about a month and it is seemingly impossible to clear without spending cash. At first I thought fair enough but when I realised it was asking me to find colours that weren’t there (even hidden), I was less than happy. This game has potential but they have made it almost or in some cases impossible to clear a level without spending money which is why I have rated it as 3 stars.

I was really enjoying this game but if a game could cheat then this is the one, especially on the harder levels. It always seems to know the colours you need to nearly finish it but send you ones that is no good so you keep losing! Fine if you want to keep spending money to get tools if you can afford to get further.

I really wanted to enjoy this game, but it's clear that it's just a cash grab. The difficulty is way too high and you're all but forced to buy powerups to help complete levels. Will not be making any more in app purchases, do not recommend this app.

Good game but …….
This is an enjoyable game but some of the levels are very hard almost impossible. I am at level 34 and stuck. There is no way to complete this level without extra lives or tools. I have even paid for extra tools which is something I don’t usually do and still I couldn’t finish it. Come on guys sort this out or I’ll be pressing the delete button.
