Off-season
Been loving the app since it came out but do the coins stay when the season starts? I’ve been saving up for the start of the season, wondering if I’m doing it for no reason.
Not well run
There was supposed to be an offseason simulation mode. Got players and got ready for it but when it was suppose to start they didn’t do it. Then they took all the FAQ info out of the app saying this mode existed without any formal explanation. Very annoying

Boring
They could do so much more with this game. Get players, play day to day, that’s it. Offseason basically just delete the game and redownload it when the next season starts. Can’t carry players from season to season. All hard work/progress you put into the season is just gone.
Repetition
Fun. Have to put your time in unless your willing to spend the coin. Annoying that it continues to ask me to rate the app.
some ideas I think would be amazing for the game!
This game is amazing, and good for NHL fans. My first idea is I think the developers should add training for teams, so you could train them like you do players. Another thing I think developers can add is goalies. Lastly, maybe this is a stretch but add trading? You can search up a user or see listings that are up to trade, and put up an offer for the player / team.

Fun but Buggy
Overall a fun app, but there’s a few bugs that make it difficult to use. When training players I have to tap the “Train” button multiple times before it seems to register it. It’s at the point where I don’t bother training players because it’s just so annoying to do.

It’s a great game but I’m looking for a game where If I have problems I can count on the developer responding to my rewiew so developer if you respond to this I will tell freinds a family to play. Good Game. Needs Goalies!!!
It’s a fun game to play and I would recommend it,however the only thing wrong is it doesn’t have goalies!! It’s a joke! but that’s why it only gets 2 stars. If it had goalies it would be 5!! Fix this please!!!

Cash grab!
When you begin, it’s look fun and promising. But after a while, it just an illusion. Same old strategy trying to get you to spend money for coins. I even wrote to them because i was curious about the odd… They said is random and tied to a pourcentage but it doesn’t make sense it always the same players and teams you received in your boosters pack. Very disappointing

Interface sucks, really choppy, very boring very obvious money grab looking to capitalize off a generation of young gambling addicts who can spend real money on fake cards that cost nothing to manufacture.

Fun,but to edit your team is a little challenging for me. But other than that a really fun game and highly recommended it.
Simple Additions
***Update added more bugs*** Cant set lineup how youd like I cannot add or substitute a RW after removing one. Garbage, do something sooner than later. It would be cool if we could see things like boxscores for games but i can live with the individuals score column. However, the schedule format needs attention, it should be available week by week so that if I go to bed at night I can get on in the morning and see who did what for me not just jump directly to the next nights matchups. Thats a big turn off, my league score goes up and unless I get out of the app and see who did what (if I can even remember who i had in) then theres no real sense of feeling like i picked the right guys. You should be able to see how the other players in your collection performed to help make decisions on who to start in the future. Other than that I don’t really have any major gripes, maybe the turbo upgrade features could be sped up thats annoying when I buy the week pass and Im trying to max a guy out it seems like it struggles to load takes a good 15-20 seconds to upgrade and speedup goals, and another 15-20 for assists etc etc.. Overall it’s an enjoyable game I haven’t gotten to watch much hockey this season but it keeps you in the loop(somewhat) if you work swing shift work like me you’re kind-of doing it blindly half the time. But shoutout Dangle for promoting it its not a bad game.
Hidden UX behind 50$/mo paywall
I wish this game was developed better because I love the concept, but the player training takes way too long and is way too painful. The player base has brought this up repeatedly, and the devs put out a fix for an improved UX; but only if you pay 12.99/week. I expect better from the NHL.

Really Good NHL Game
Slimy game
Training (upgrading) is a requirement to have any sort of a good team. Well, this company intentionally made the UI slow and awful in order to sell a 2 week pass that lets you instantly train players. Maybe the slimiest business model I have ever seen. Don’t bother, game is broken half the time and is honestly all around terrible with 0 QoL.
Small bug
Maybe it just bugs me, I mean it is a little thing, but it never used to to pause my background music when I would open the app and now it does and it’s sooooo annoying lol! Still love the app though!

Good and Bad
I’m conflicted. It’s a fun game and it’s exciting to open packs looking for your favourite players, training them, picking your lineup. 2 Issues though: 1) The scoring system is broken. It’s starts out good: Goals -7p, Assists-4p, Shots,Hits,Blocked Shots -1p each. Fair a guy getting a hat trick which happens maybe a handfull of times in a good career gets 24 points. Now the problem: upgrades can be down on each stat 3 times which increases the value by 1. Not a %, but 1 point. So up grade shots and hits 3 times and now they are both worth 4 points each. A guy getting 3 shots and 5 hits now gets 32 points!!! I get it a player that can score and hit will still be good, but a mediocre stat line is just 3 shots and 5 hits should make for a super night. Yes you can upgrade goals but goals will go from 7 to 10 (43% increase) and hits will go from 1 to 4 (300% increase) 2)To train your guys to the last level (gold) you need a ridiculous amount of XP. Basically if you just start or if you didn’t play the simulation offseason mode in the summer you can only upgrade shots and hits to 3points. Which is a huge disadvantage. This is basically the only roadblock to the upgrade. As it’s takes the same amount of time to upgrade any level. 5 days total.

Discovered this app in byfuglien’s community discord, downloaded it and has been putting my line ups since then. Way better than traditional fantasy imo with the packs opening. 10/10 would recommend
Turbo training is broken
I recently just bought the all week access pass and it’s supposed to include turbo training? However I lost 120 coins when trying to do this and feel like I got scammed and lied to as it still isn’t letting me turbo train. I ask them to Please fix this and refund my coins. As they have ignored my support email countless times.
Needs goalies!
I love this app and use it daily as a hockey fan it’s great as a gamer it’s below average at best. It’s fun opening packs and building lineups every night but I wish there was more mini games for coins, wish it had more analytic features or insight into game specifics, and last and most important feature that needs to happen is goalies. I’m not sure how it’s done this long without goalies in the app but it’s something that needs to happen.
Pay 2 win
The only way to keep playing after using all your players contracts is to buy more contracts with real money or am I missing a free alternative. Cool concept but wish there was a free way to earn the ability to play more

Unable to register without crashing
I couldn’t finish filling out my personal information before the app. I had hoped it would allow me to finish registering, but instead I was locked out of most of the game features and kept being shown a notification that I was not authorized. Hopefully they work out the kinks for those who want to play.
Fun but glitchy AF
Lots of fun and a great time, but have had multiple experiences where packs have just not appeared, and also the systems in use for the simulation game are not great and not super well explained. Excited to see where this goes and hoping it doesn’t get left to rot like the EA NHL franchise bas

Not Authorized
I have tried everything and the app constantly displays a message saying “Not Authorized”. I’ve signed in, I’ve deleted it and reinstalled. Cleared the cache. Nothing. Too bad. It was fun to play.
Really fun
Really good game and I love the idea, super fun to play and is overall perfect besides the occasional glitch.
Fix simulation experiance
Please make adjustments to simulation as matchmaking seems extremly off (won first 4 games and then lost 9 in a row). The contract system doesn’t seem to be worth it for spending the coins and if I don’t play my best team available I seem to automatically lose and waste time clicking simulate in hopes to get the 7 daily wins with zero current enjoyment

Don’t waste your money none of your players carry over into the new season got mcdavid and Mathew’s now you gotta collect all the card again which for free takes forever.
Fun game
Add trades to improve team building and add more decision making. Add more ways to get coins. Add more ways to get players. And allow users to auction off players for cheaper prices. Finally, add exchanges to trade in your lower rated players for higher rated ones
