Slow and inefficient
You gotta be patient to go thru the slow and clunky interface, just for the payment not to process and return an “unknown error”. Happened many times at different dates and for different routes. This app is a disgrace.
Add « Save card » option
Great app for booking trains. Please add an option to securely save my money card so I don’t have to enter all the information every time. This would make checkout much faster
My Experience with ONCF Trains: Regular Trains vs Al Boraq
My experience with the regular ONCF trains was very bad. Unfortunately, many passengers do not respect the assigned seats, which creates a lot of frustration and conflicts between travelers. Even when your ticket clearly shows your seat number, some people refuse to move and let you sit in your own place. This often leads to arguments and uncomfortable situations during the journey. However, my experience with the Al Boraq high-speed train was completely different. Honestly, I have never had a bad experience with it. The service is much more comfortable and organized, and I have always had a positive experience when traveling on the high-speed train.

Ormis les problèmes de reconnexion qui ont été partiellement résolus, il faut ajouter la possibilité d'ajouter les tickets sur l'Apple Wallet et de pouvoir payer avec les CB enregistrés sur celui-ci.

Application excellente et très utile — on en a vraiment besoin au quotidien. L’interface est claire et les fonctionnalités sont pratiques. Cependant, il y a trois problèmes majeurs à corriger : 1. À chaque ouverture, je reçois le message « connection unavailable », ce qui donne l’impression que l’application ne fonctionne pas correctement. 2. J’ai désactivé les notifications pour les offres et gardé uniquement celles liées aux voyages, mais je continue à recevoir des notifications d’offres tous les jours. 3. Le paiement ne passe presque jamais du premier coup ; il faut réessayer plusieurs fois, ce qui est frustrant. Ce serait aussi un vrai plus d’ajouter des options comme Google Wallet ou Apple Wallet.

Une fois sur deux le service est en panne. Ma carte bancaire française fonctionne via l’application mais pas ma carte bancaire marocaine qui ne fonctionne que si je vais sur le site ONCF via mon ordinateur

Lorsqu’on met le code adhérent de la carte ONCF(-20%) dans l’appli ONCF, ça dit client inexistant toujours, parfois ça te délogue de ta session comme ça …

Good, but needs some improvements
There are problems in authentication There are problems sometimes with login with Face ID the section where i put my rate card (reduction) and then it inputs me to insert my ID and email. But it freezes and i can do nothing i have to close the app then!
Excellente application
Cette application est révolutionnaire pour les clients qui souhaitent la facilité (achat rapides de billets sans passer par les bornes d’achat). Je l’ai utilisé plusieurs fois, et je n’ai jamais eu de bugs ou problèmes techniques. Je recommande !

Nice but has some bugs
Quality app, when compared to other Moroccan apps. There's a bug: I set a Canadian phone number in my profile (+1 country code) , but the app doesn't save it and keeps showing a Morocco country code (+212)
Très pratique et sans Bug
Application très pratique, ergonomique et qui fonctionne très bien. Seule petite remarque est le temps de chargement qui peut être long des fois et spécialement au moment du paiement. Mais sinon je suis très satisfait de cette application.

Good app, but the request of search or buy the tickets take too long
Good design with good functionalities but request taking too long if you search for a trip or you trying to buy a ticket it takes a while to show up the results. I don’t think it’s a problem of the app because this happened also in the website so I think it must be the backend problem. Overall, it’s a good experience with personalized functionalities so it’s better than using the website
Features basiques manquantes
Dans l’ensemble, l’application est très utile ! Mais il va falloir l’améliorer avec l’ajout de plusieurs fonctionnalités qui sont très basiques en 2026, à savoir : - garder la session de l’utilisateur active. - permettre à l’utilisateur d’enregistrer son moyen de paiement. Et corriger les problèmes techniques.
Digital card to be added to apple wallet
Bonjour oncf c est l air de la digitalization et ça fait mal qu au Maroc on ne rajoute pas la carte ou le ticket a Apple wallet meme ça me coûte de plus mais pas grave
Réservation impossible
Impossible de réserver un billet sur cette application. À chaque tentative, après avoir choisi ma place et validé pour payer, le système me dit que la place est indisponible. Même en essayant plusieurs autres sièges, le bug persiste. Ce n'est pas la première fois que cela m'arrive. Si on ne peut pas prendre de tickets en ligne, à quoi sert cette application ?
Necessite plus d amélioration
A chaque fois que je veux reserver et que je choisis le siege, couloir ou position haute basse , l application n’en fait qu a sa tete. Et je finis par trouver le contraire de ce que je voulais reserver .

Infuriating
Poorly designed, barely functioning. Constantly generating errors. Took literally days to book tix. Would not even accept four digit security code for my Amex. Whose 12 year old nephew got the job to build this stunning monument to nepotism? Oh, the horror.
An improvement over previous app but still far from decent
Like the titles said. UI is good and features are good but very buggy. I think it is mostly server issues. Few requests: drop that app opening animation, it takes toooooo long and add offline support for tickets viewing.

Application honteuse
Merci le monopole ! On voit tout de suite quand une entreprise ne possède pas de concurrence . Si la catastrophe s allier à la honte , on aurait cette application. Débite de l’argent quand elle vous présente des erreurs , impossible de se faire rembourser via l appli, tout est fait pour désespérer les clients .
great base but buggy
Hi ! I’ve been using the app for all my Moroccan trip now. It clearly improves the Status quo (it being having to wait at the station for tickets) but there are tons of issues When selecting a station on iPhone, it sometimes autocorrects and don’t select the station. When validating the account, it sends a link going to localhost to validate the account (clearly a coding mistake) It also lacks of critical features like: Adding the tickets to apple wallet Seeing the status of the trains, the one you booked, the track it will be going to arrive in the station and the stations it will pass by. Using PayPal, alipay, apple/google/samsung pay to facilitate and simplify payment Being able to select foreign phone numbers (yes it technically allows you to but it bugs and automatically re-set it to a Moroccan number) A good app in general, a great idea but still in beta phase. I truely hope that you will manage to make it work, this is a good base. I also welcome the good parts like: The UI is excellent and modern The ability to download pdf tickets works pretty well
