Impossible to use
Lifetime member but impossible to use. When I try to change model it automatically shows a paywall. Deleted.

🙃😟Problem: The app doesn’t respond at all
The AI app doesn’t respond at all. No matter what I type, it just shows “That’s all for today. Let’s pick up where we left off tomorrow” without any actual AI responses. I’ve tried switching between different modes and settings, but nothing works. The app is completely non-functional. Request: Please fix this issue as soon as possible. An AI app that doesn’t respond is useless.
Good concept but needs to be updated
I liked the idea of being able to use different AI models to get information I need. However seems the backend is pulling outdated information. Also other AI models don’t seem to be working. Good idea but still needs work and updating.

I had lifetime but not anymore!
After several ugly ui and other updates that nobody asked for they also managed to take away our lifetime subscription by adding new features that we don’t have access to for one. (Not lifetime) Two making what already existed somehow have a price tag on it! Greedy liars do not trust.

As folks have said, Omni made a deal with early adopters and then took it back. They got their 5* reviews and pulled the plug. Had they chose to honor their offer they would undoubtedly be seeing those 5* reviews continue because it’s a great app. But they didn’t. This app got me started with AI but I’m not going to continue business with someone I don’t trust. It also highlights a big issue with trust in AI in general. There were different ways they could have addressed their money concern. They did this. I can’t recommend you do business with them. I see they are offering some kind of “deal” if you DM them. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice… Nope, I’m out before it happens again.
How to copy output?
While this seems to be pretty quick, there seems to be no way to actually copy the entire output at least on thr iPad I am using. How to copy an entire output would be a nice addition.

I paid for lifetime subscription but am unable to restore it. This app is a scam Update May 2026: they officially canceled lifetime subscriptions without a refund. Wow

However, after just one day, access to all ChatGPT websites and other professional platforms was restricted, and you are now asking me to pay a subscription fee to continue using them. Please clarify the reasons for this, as it damages your credibility with users.
Broken promises
When the app was launched, I secured a lifetime subscription. However, they are now stating I cannot keep it. This failure to uphold their promise has led me to leave a negative review and uninstall the app. If they cannot keep one promise, I doubt they can keep others, so I am switching to alternative apps that deliver on their commitments. Update - 05/02/26 I understand but disagree with your logic. Your company broke your promise to me on providing a forever license to me. I no longer trust you. So I will not be purchasing anything from you at this time. If you broke your promise once you will probably do it again. I cannot trust you to anymore.

All these months of alleged "bugs," where the developer replied to make it seem like they were fixing issues, were a lie. The dev intentionally implements restrictions and then, upon seeing negative reviews, deceives you into thinking it's an accident they are "working on." Be careful! You are not dealing with an honest developer!!!

Was a good app when I started using it
Worked great at first but after a few updates it doesn’t see or let me use my license. Won’t let me use any of the pro options, immediately pops up to a pay screen. Emailed support by no reply yet.
Technology improves exponentially
In the beginning, a mere couple of months ago, okay perhaps a year, AI seemed a little bit more than a novelty. Responses were said to hallucinate and graphics were off. You had missing or extra limbs and fingers in graphics and written responses that were just plain off. Interested stuff, but still a work in progress. This app proves that given time, money, and, I assume, considerable effort these kinds of defects are eliminated. We now have what appears to be magic in the form of written and graphic responses that are uncannily accurate with unimaginable speed. Perhaps there is still some improvements to be made, but I can state without hesitation that this app proves that computers are becoming more intelligent and capable than ever before. The future of AI is here and it is marvelous.
Scam and no honest developer
Honestly, I feel let down. The developers keep making excuses about their original promise of free lifetime upgrades from the AppAdvice promo. But the truth? This app is a huge disappointment. All the time and effort I put in—gone. I thought there would be real updates for people like me who helped get their download numbers up. Nope. I’m done. I’m uninstalling. Save yourself the trouble: - Don’t waste your time. - Don’t expect real upgrades. - Don’t download this app. Just speaking from my own experience.
