Terrible game!
This game is terrible and not fun at all. It’s too hard to level up, because the level requirements are disproportionate to the amount of coins you get for each order.
Plz turn off “hints”
It’s insanely annoying to not be able to turn off the “hints” telling me what to do. It not complicated- I understand for the tutorial but it does it the whole game. My other merge game has a turn off hints button so this one loses a star for not.

за лето игра сильно изменилась - я играю больше полугода и раньше ты заходил и играл долго, получая тот самый быстрый дофамин благодаря легкому заработку энергии, быстрому развитию сюжета, интересным заданиям… сейчас же после всех обновлений играть стало скучно - алмазы уже так легко не получить, заказы непонятные с маленьким заработком, на сюжет надо копить много монет, в итоге желание заходить в игру пропадает и ты заходишь на минуту потратить энергию и забрать ежедневный приз. ну про Рея тут уже высказались, это конечно без комментариев. в общем и целом, грустно, что такая крутая игра перестала доставлять удовольствие. не знаю, с чем это связано и понимаю, что отзывы никак не повлияют, но может кому-то будут близки мои мысли.
I never run out of energy
Title says it all. I fell in love with another merge game that was honestly expensive if you wanted to play for more than a couple minutes at a time. This game isn’t greedy like others in my experience. The story is pretty cute.

Игра была отличной ровно до последних обновлений. 100 энергии, а в одном заказе требует три предмета, которые только на 100 энергий не соберешь даже половину. И такие заказы сейчас постоянно! При этом зеленый купончиков за них дают 1 штуку. +неравносильно выпадают предметы. Такое отбивает все желание играть, хотя раньше игра была просто 10/10. Я понимаю один такой заказ, но когда вся игра состоит из таких заказов это перебор.
Игра интересная
Хорошая механика игры. Интересный сюжет истории. Алмазы не тяжело копятся, лишней рекламы нет, но предлагаю вам хотя бы поставить рекламу, после просмотра которой давали +25 энергии например. Самый большой минус, то что вы поменяли Рея. Извините но после такого я удаляю игру

Finally happy again
So I enjoyed playing this game for some reason it froze on me every time. I’ve deleted it off the phone and went back to the store and download it again. It would still freeze so I let it go a couple days now I download it today and it’s good to go. I am a happy camper again. This is an enjoyable game.
Good game but hangs all the time
The game itself is fun to play. I wish they had some incentivized ads for energy. Despite that, it’s been ok. After level 30, the progress is too slow. Most importantly, many times this game just hangs and doesn’t load fully when I open. It freezes at 30% or 90% and stops loading. The only way I can start the game is when I restart my iPad. They gave some tips that don’t even work. Support is terrible. I may delete the game if it happens one more time. It’s happened to me at least 15 times in 4 weeks.

Customer Service Not Great
Too many technical issues with not rewarding diamonds. Wouldn’t release diamonds for rewards to other games as it was supposed to when making purchases. Unless you purchase or how much you play you can not meet the mini game levels. I finally deleted the app as customer service wouldn’t help either.

Hello, I’ve been enjoying Secrets of Paradise, but I wanted to provide feedback regarding the Weekly Reward challenge. The requirements for most of the Day 7 tasks seem achievable through regular gameplay. However, the requirement to collect 15,000 coins within 7 days appears significantly out of balance compared to the other objectives. Based on my progress, I am on pace to complete the orders, merges, and coupon goals, but the coin requirement is several times higher than what can reasonably be earned through normal play and natural energy regeneration. Because energy generation is limited and does not continue indefinitely without active play or purchases, the coin target feels unattainable for many players. I enjoy having challenging goals, but this particular requirement seems disproportionate to both the other challenge objectives and the rewards being offered. I would appreciate it if the team could review the balance of the coin requirement for future events. Thank you for your time and for continuing to improve the game.

Игра хорошая, но обновление бесит уже. Каждый 2 дня обновление просят скоро игра гик будет весить

После обновлений игра все хуже и хуже становится. Подарки становятся неинтересные за задания, энергию покупать стало еще дороже, уровни проходить сложнее, все делается для того, чтобы закидывали больше донатов..

Играю в эту игру уже довольно долго, сейчас на 64 уровне и могу оставить полноценный отзыв. Начну с плюсов: 1. Никакой рекламы и это просто супер классно, что можно играть не прерываясь 2. Качественная рисовка, разнообразие предметов 3. Интересная история 4. Сейчас добавили классные квесты, с ними играть интереснее намного 5. Добавили возможность покупки через сторонние сервисы теперь о пожеланиях: 1 Энергия. Максимальное значение, которое можно накопить - 100, при условии, что намного приятнее играть с бустером х2 - такое количество энергии кажется очень маленьким, это всего лишь 50 тапов, зачастую этого не хватает чтобы собрать полноценный заказ из каких то предметов кроме базовых. Было бы лучше, если бы сократили хотя бы время восстановления с 2 минут до 1. Понимаю, что это сделано, чтобы люди покупали за деньги всякие спецпредложения (что я тоже иногда делаю), но очень долго приходится ждать все равно. 2. Спец предложение при переходе на новый уровень стало каким то мега дорогим. Раньше оно было 10$ и я его покупала, сейчас же оно стоит 29$ и это уже слишком. Я понимаю, что чем выше уровень, тем выше цена и то, что входит в этот комплект, но было бы приятнее, если бы хотя бы предлагали выбор, я бы с радостью продолжала приобретать это спец предложение, но не по такой цене. 3. Недельная награда. Я играю очень много и даже при условии, что я выполняю все дневные квесты в течение недели, набрать 15000 монет практически невозможно, а без них - нельзя получить очки и ключ от сундука. Может быть нужно снизить порог прохождения этого задания либо по очкам, либо по монетам? А то мне очень интересно хоть раз дойти до этого ключа🤣

I really like the game but I can only make it through 3-7 merges before it shuts down. I’ve tried many times to contact support through the game but as soon as I touch the support button it also shuts down. All I ever get is code 1102. Please fix this bug.

Суммы за заказ уменьшились, цена для прохождения увеличилась, за прохождение этапов дня теперь не дают кристаллы (хотя раньше перепадало парочку) Во временных ивентах (за сбор определенной суммы, за сбор косточек и т.д) теперь другие награды и для их получения надо делать еще больше… Игра теперь не про расслабление. Удаляю.

Game stopped working after recent update
I've been playing this game for a while now, and I've been really enjoying it, but after this most recent update, the game won't even load. When opened, it loads to about 90% and then just stops. I'm really disappointed right now, as I would really like to play more of the game :/
It’s cute and fun but…
I love this game but I am starting to get discouraged. The generators that produce more than one item is unbalanced. For instance the wheelbarrow produced 32 items and only 5 of them were the watering can. So in order to get roses I need to use up all my energy just to get the bush. It’s making me want to delete the game.

Don’t buy extra diamonds
I’ve purchased extra diamonds multiple times, 3 times now I’ve been charged double and the last time never even received the diamonds I purchased. I’ve had to delete and reinstall the game 2 times because of freezing and the game will glitch and start flashing. It’s a fun game when it works but, it will rip you off! Find another simulator game that will actually work.
Greed ruined it
This game was fun until the developers recently decided to add multiple layers of merging that didn’t exist before. Also, the expectations for the daily tasks are basically impossible without spending tons of money on a daily basis. Deleted.
Fun but too slow
This is a fun game, but it takes too long to get the energy needed to do the actions. Don’t make everything cost so much energy and coins.
Truth
The game is Actully super fun and there is so many areas you get to choose how to renovate which is all I could want and then the merging to me is satisfying and it goes so far which if you’re trying to go fast can take awhile but it also can be really fun and feel like an achievement! It is just how it shows the game to be and more and there is an actual plot which I find fun so do try and play it’s great!
Why
Game was doing fine until they made it harder by adding more steps to complete the final level. Why would do you that? Only thing I can think of is to use more energy. You just released this game. Why don’t you keep it the same for a bit and then LATER make updates. Not good. No deals for diamonds too. Much to expensive. Please do better.
New update is bad
The newest update added levels to the items to merge, so now it takes a lot more energy to gain items and points. Terrible update, made the game less fun to play
Incorrect charges
Although this is a fun game to play. Multiple times, I have been charged the wrong amount when buying packages and I’ve had to request refunds through Apple. I will purchase one package at $9.99 and be charged $53./for multiple packages.
