Timings issue and professional products missing
This was the first time i use service. I did like to address the issue for the timings i faced. The booking slot was 4pm but i start receiving call from 3:40pm. The cleaner came at 3:45 and told us at 5:15pm that only 15mins remaining which mean she worked less 15mins. Also the whole house didn’t get cleaned. Another issue that the app mentioned the cleaner will come with all cleaning products but she used only one dirt cleaner machine else all of our products used. These issue should be resolved. The cleaners behavior was very good and no issue with the cleaning ability as she cleaned properly.
عامله لمدة ٣ ايام
تجربتي للأسف كانت غير مرضية طلبت عاملة لمدة 3 أيام مع التوصيل، وتم استلامها يوم الخميس الساعة 10 ص. ومن الطبيعي بالنسبة لي أن مدة الثلاثة أيام تنتهي يوم الأحد الساعة 10ص. لكن تفاجأت برسالة تطالبني بدفع مبلغ إضافي، وعند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء تم إبلاغي بأن العقد ينتهي يوم السبت الساعة 12 ليلًا، وأن بقاء العاملة بعد الساعة 12 يُعتبر يومًا جديدًا ويتم تجديد العقد تلقائيًا، لم يخبرني احد او ينبهني لهذه النقطه، تعامل سيء وغير احترافي ابدا اكتر من ١٠ ساعات ضايعه لمصلحة الشركة
Great app but have safety issues
The app is great, yes it is expensive but the helpers are top quality and worth it. However, I’ve heard some horrible stories from them on how some men harass them, and the app block the helper that got harassed from going to his home but NEVER block the guy fully from the app ! Nor call the authorities .. this is serious issues and the app must take it seriously and punish those harassers .. those poor ladies the top management MUST listen to them and have a conversation .. they are humans not machines !

تجربة سيئة مع التطبيق تم الغاء ٤ زيارات متتالية دون ارجاع مبلغ الزيارة لحساب العميل في البنك او تبرير او تنسيق مع جدول العميل
تقييم بعد التجربه
التطبيق يوفر خدمات منوعة وهي احد مميزاته ، عيوبه للاسف بعض المرات التطبيق يعلق ، فيه بعض المرات يتم الحجز ولكن للاسف يتم الالغاء بدون اي ايميل او ورسالة اعتذار ولكن خدمة العملاء تعويضهم جيد ومناسب لقصور الخدمة . بعد التجربه عند اختيار العامله / الخدمه لايظهر تقييم العامله عند الطلب اول مره لو يظهر لائحة بأسماء العاملات وتقييمهم افضل للعملاء ويسهل اختيار المستوى المطلوب.
غير جيد بالمواعيد
للأسف تحجز موعد وتنتظر الجلسة قبلها بدقايق يتصلون نعتذر نسينا الموعد مانقدر نجي تتواصل مع خدمة العملاء ايه عادي صلحي اعادة جدوله بدون اي تقدير للعميل

Unpleasant Experience
I am a Yammak customer and through them, I met my all time favorite massage therapist, but today my experience was very awful with one of their professionals who could not communicate in English properly, and asked me to come an hour early and I said it is not possible as my flight just landed and asked her to stick on the initial scheduled time. Then we agreed that I’ll be 10 minutes late and when I asked her where she is she said that she is with another client right now and when I contacted support, she told them she arrived to my place one hour early so she made the decision herself and left and saw another client when she already made an agreement with me that she will be at my place. I have proof on chat, not just through a phone call. It saddens me to rate the whole Yammak app with 3 starts just for an unprofessional professional. I hope an action will be taken because this is such an unpleasant representation by an individual to an amazing force like Yammak. But I had to write this review as the professional really ruined the day for me when I booked the massage to feel better and decompress at the first place.

Unprofessional service
I booked a services at 3 PM the agent didn’t arrive, i complete 45 Minutes of waiting even the customer support wasn’t supported and efficiency. I recommend people do not install or request any service from unprofessional application

عدم الالتزام بالمواعيد وغير منظمين
ماكد عليهم الموعد من ٤ ايام او ٥ وانتظرتهم اكثر من ساعه بعدين يقولون لا والله عندنا مشكله حدد موعد ثاني ماعندهم اي احترام للمواعيد وما انصح فيهم

تطبيق فاشل بكل معنى الكلمة، واضح ان رضا العميل اخر شيء يفكرون فيه. سوء اداري واضح في اتخاذ القرارات والتعامل مع المواعيد. حجزت 4 مواعيد، وكل موعد تمت اعادة جدولته بسبب سوء التنظيم والادارة عندهم، وهذا الشيء غير مقبول ابدا ويضيع وقت العميل بدون اي اهتمام. بصراحة ما انصح احد يجرب التطبيق، خصوصا ان فيه تطبيقات كثيرة بنفس المجال تهتم برضا العميل وتجربته وتحترم وقته اكثر بكثير. تجربة سيئة جدا ولن اكررها.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
I booked a massage appointment and experienced the same issue two days in a row. On the first day, the assigned professional called me and asked me to cancel the booking myself because she was unavailable. I refused because the cancellation was not from my side. The app continued showing the appointment and even showed that the professional was running late, so I kept waiting — but no one showed up. The appointment was then rescheduled for the following day, and the same professional was assigned again. She called me again and once again asked me to cancel/contact support because she was unavailable. I contacted Yammak support and was eventually told that the professional was not available and that there were no other professionals available that day, despite my booking still showing as scheduled. This wasted a significant amount of my time over two consecutive days, and the repeated calls asking the customer to cancel were especially unprofessional. I ultimately requested a full refund because I no longer felt comfortable relying on the service. I’m sharing this experience so other customers are aware before booking or purchasing packages.
