OTP don't work
This app is terrible. The OTP system doesn't work, making it impossible to log in. It's frustrating and wastes a lot of time. A banking app should be reliable, but this one fails at the most basic function. Very disappointed.

Nice and modern UI among the banking software in Myanmar. It can beat other competitors with their UI design and cleanliness of the software and everything.I hope every company will do the same as AYA did.

Frustrating experience
Very frustrating experience. The bank completely failed to notify users that the 2.0 app was obsolete and that we needed to download an entirely new version 3.0. I shouldn't have to find out by trial and error that my current banking app is no longer supported. A major bank needs to communicate software transitions clearly instead of just leaving users in the dark to figure it out themselves.

Lack of oversight
While AYA's app is not bad, in terms of features, the bank could have notified users through email that they have a new app and that aya mobile banking app 2.0 was ditched and that users are supposed to move to new app. I only found out when I tried and can't find where to transfer to other banks. While I have app v2.0, an entirely new app was dropped in appstore rather than update button, I found Install button. And when transferring to other banks, the sample showed +959nnnn but cannot actually find where to press for + sign in the inapp keypad. And now I have to re-add the whole list of transferee all over again. It should be imported automatically.

Apparently, I Don’t Exist?
Tried to reset my password and, surprise, the app says my account doesn’t exist — even though I entered my username and last 7 digits perfectly. I didn’t realize I’d vanished from the banking system! Hope this gets fixed soon, because customers shouldn’t need a magic trick just to log in.
