What people like
- Easy to customize your drink
- Order ahead while at library
- Staff is friendly and kind
What they complain about
- Checkout times change randomly
- Gift cards and points are broken
- Discount codes are misleading
No problems here!
The app is easy to use but really just love my local cafe! They are always so nice and their customer service is so responsive and kind!
Discounts
Referral code is a sham, doesn’t actually give you a discount for a free sandwich like it says. Totally shenanigans
Java House
App was easy to use. Drinks were refreshing and made fairly quickly.
It's not hard
"Receive 1 point for every $1 spent." is apparently not true. I spent over $9, closer to $10, but only "earned" 8 points? How does that work? If I spent over $9, I should get 9 points, not 8. It's not hard to be honest and have integrity. If you aren't going to give customers the points you say you are, then just stop saying it.
Pickup time changes
Love the coffee love the app simplicity, but every time I go to checkout, the time changes. I will select asap 10 minutes or pick a time slot in the morning and when I go to checkout it will have a time of either that afternoon or the next day in the afternoon.
Awesome all around
Love the locations of all 3 Java House locations in my area. Great drinks and friendly staff.
Improved app better
Was a bit confusing during transition to know which Java House app to use, but newer one is easier to navigate. Unable to select HOT for Dash Drink -could be user error
Not user friendly
There is no way to pay in store via the app. Perhaps the greatest oversight is there appears to be no way to merge gift cards and there is no option to pay through the app with multiple gift cards. So when you load gift cards to the app, you can only use them for an app orders, but you can also only use one at a time. This is an extreme oversight.
the only one around
expensive but ok
Best coffee to date
Cold brew style coffee is truly the way to go! Really love the nice bike ride from my place, to the coffee house.
good app
could be better but doesnt have any bugs or issues so far
Smh
A new app and we can’t transfer our existing accounts/points? Come on, guys.
Not even clear how to add discount code in app.
Don’t send texts for discount code if it’s not even clear and misleading and no option how to apply it. Didn’t even get to use the 20% off was the only reason I ordered today bc it’s the last day to use it.
Amazing
The drinks are always on point and delicious.the food is always yummy.
Fishers Java House
I love, love my local Jaba House
Easy to Use and Functional!
Love going to Java House, and the app makes it super easy to order ahead if needed, and apply rewards, discount codes, etc.! I also like that there are visuals of what each drink looks like, and it’s easy to modify a drink in-app, or go back in and edit an order before finalizing. Also, unlike the Starbucks app, the Java House app doesn’t make me reload a gift card to finish using the full balance if it’s insufficient to cover the full payment amount due - I can just add a new form of payment to pay the remaining balance owed.
Great app
But can you please add the option to pay for drive thru orders via the app. That would make it perfect!
Love
I really enjoy their coffee. I also like that you can get items with half the sugar to be less sweet.
Best coffee in Lafayette
Best in town!!
Coffee fix at the library
I love the convenience of being able to order drinks and treats on the app while I'm in the library and having them waiting for me when I walk to the Cafe. This is especially helpful if a customer finds themselves without cash but needs a coffee fix!
Navigation
Very user friendly to Order drinks and easy to customize your drink to your liking
Simple
Way easier than remembering multiple separate orders! Took a minute to find a couple of things under specialty menus but no big deal.
