Best app of its kind
I’ve tried a few apps like this and this one is by far my favorite. What it has that is different than some of the others: 1. Banking time, and selecting where that time goes. For example, if I earn 10 min, I can separate that time into as many apps as I’d like and use it whenever I want. That way you don’t stay on one app and lose all your time, or lose time if you don’t want to use ur phone right after your workout. 2. Huge variety of ways to bank time. I’m getting into running and HIIT workouts and most of these apps only give minutes for a few specific exercises. This one allows you do bank time for max HR, steps, run distance, exercise minutes, active calories etc.. 3. Gives you credit for everything you do. Rather than having to hit x reps to get x time, do as much as you can and you’ll get your time accordingly. 4. Options for daily minutes reset and to make it more difficult to delete the app. Two things I wish it had. 1 ability to block more than 20 apps. I’d like to block everything, but it’s plenty to block your biggest time sinks. 2. Don’t know how this would be possible, but limiting access across devices. I don’t scroll much on social media but can waste time watching YouTube and often prefer to watch on my tv or laptop. Right now I’m just watching on my phone to build the habit of exercising for screen time.
Bad
I can't delete any of the apps I put on there and it won't count my steps
Emergency unblocking
Very good app but I would recommend something like an emergency unblocked so that a user can use the app for a choose of 1-30 mins because I can’t do workouts when I’m like in the mall
Inconsistent
On another phone it works great but on my phone I can’t access the apps I want to select and none of the exercises will open so it’s essentially not functional.
Best app I have
Like many, doom scrolling has been a barrier to productivity. I have always wanted to be healthier, and this app has been a game changer! I not only cut down on screen time, but I have been more motivated to train as it now comes bundled with the reward of controlled access to my most (addictive) distracting apps. Thanks for creating such a great product!
worst app ever
it wont let me delete the apps i want to take off so i can use them with out having to work out and it makes me work out 90 minutes to delete one and to exercise i have to pay and i dont wanna pay and im trying to remove the app so can someone help me
Very good but has a little annoying glitch
Super amazing letting me watch my build and screen time and stuff but sometimes it won’t give me the time I put in ex. I put in 45 minutes onto YouTube then after I open it for 5 seconds it blocks again wasting all my time. Would be perfect if not for that glitch can we pretty please fix this???
Terrible workout count interface
It doesn’t count push ups whatsoever. I tried in every way possible no matter what i did the push ups weren’t counted. A real pity since the whole concept behind the app is great. Needs a lot of work in terms of measuring the reps
Gotta Download This
This is a really good app that helped me out a lot with trying to cure my instagram scrolling addiction haha. I also have a goal to get fit this year so this app is helping me with 2 things that I really wanna improve on!
Payant
Dommage que ce soit payant… mettez une version gratuite stp!
Good!
Very good app except that you have to pay
Cured my addiction
I tried everything.
Subscriptions
Can’t even add the amount of minutes I can scroll without paying
Great Idea
I think the AI may need a bit of adjusting it doesn’t catch every rep so sometimes I’ll go overkill not like that’s a terrible thing anyways. Good lock in app
Crazy improvement
I’ve increased my 1 rep max on benchpress by 40 pounds in a little over a month using this app.
VERY BAD
I downloaded this app, and BOOM. What I can do? NOTHING! Buy a subscription and you unlock ALL features. I’m very sad 😔. Pls remove subscription or remove from this subscription these: push ups, plank and squats! And I will change this.
The best screen-time/workout app…needs more reviews!
I am very impressed with this app…$10/year (as of writing this), which has the most exercises I’ve seen so far in this category of apps. It also tracks each blocked app’s time independently from the others, which is awesome, and there’s no “due date” to use it. You simply use it automatically when in the app. Therefore, I could set 5 minutes for Facebook and not use it for days (or longer) unless I actually open the app. Really cool…also, it forces you to use the proper form or else it doesn’t count the rep. Great work!
Doesn’t work
Push ups and squats are not counted, it’s a great idea but need work done . It doesn’t work most of the time
Ganz okay App
Fantastic App
Great simple app, works well. I’ve done more push ups and spent less time on my phone than ever before. Win win.
