I am going into high school so I got a card to get on the bus and I am a January birthday and even though I am starting high school I was not allowed to use the app or like my card based only on my birthday. That is not fair in any way. Now I can’t link my card till I’ve been at high school for at least 4 months.

I think it would be so much better if you were able to make a digital copy of the free bus travel pass. This would be so much easier for people who sometimes forget there card. Please make this happen young Scot people

I have emailed multiple times but my card won’t link,all my details are correct and the same as gov.scot any chance lads

The app is very convenient and just overall helps with buying things sometimes. Though it doesn’t have many uses

I signed up up for a young Scot card around three months ago and still haven’t received the card I’ve tried emailing someone, but no response.

I think it would benefit others if we could have the young Scot’s card on our phones for easier access instead of not worrying about losing your card if it’s on your phone , I don’t know how to make it possible but it would make an ideal solution. And if it was would ( or could ) have the pass hologram on it for proof of age , in-store discounts etc. Let’s make this happen ! Another thing is that when I open the app it has logged me out quite frequently, I have my details saved in my phone but it’s still a question mark on why that happens.

Absolutely impossible to sign in
Every time I try to sign in I get a incorrect password message and locks me out then I press send a temporary password and it sends it to a email that is not mine and even if I get past all of that it then says session expired and sends me back 😡

About time we gave these young souls a digital bus pass too. Seems a little out dated carrying bits of plastic around that are easily lost
Its good but it needs work
Ive been waiting for a young scot app forever so I don’t need to carry my card around. I logged in and connected my card and it worked for a day or 2, then when I tried to connect while I had bad service it didn’t connect and it stopped working, deleting and reinstalling didn’t work and whenever I try to link it up again it says that it doesn’t work and I need to change something in mygovscot account, I go over and it says its all fine. Its not worked at all since.

applying for a new young scott card on this app vs using the website is so much more easier, very fast and efficient. the only criticism i have is if we could use the card on buses etc. A lot of people i know including me always lose our cards. plus with everything being digital these days it would just make sense.

Needs some fixes but otherwise good app
For the first couple days it worked perfectly but every time I open the app now it says that my card isn’t linked although I add it back every single time, I tried to delete the app and download it again but the same thing is happening, please fix as it would be such a good app to use
