What people like
- Simple interface with no annoying extra features.
- Perfectly does exactly what it promises to do.
- Great for keeping habits accountable and in check.

- Safari opens sketchy popups when app is installed.
- Clipboard access feels like a creepy privacy invasion.
- Dark mode makes text invisible and unreadable.
5 stars
I enjoy the minimalism, helps me track nofap. 5 stars.
It puts malware onto your device
I have had this app on-and-off throughout the years. Every time I have it — EVERY TIME, my safari occasionally sends me to a sketchy popup without my control. Once I delete the app, this behavior mysteriously disappears. Don’t download this. Use something else.
Great app!
Great app to use. I’ve been using it for a year now
I like that it has notes and is simple
I’m deducting a star because it asks to paste from your clipboard which seems odd and isn’t explained. Seems like a privacy invasion.
Good app
Ok app
Nice
It’s great

Simple & functions exactly as needed!
I hate when apps try to add a bunch of extra unnecessary features. I just wanted something to keep track of NoFap, & this works perfect for that. Just hit the button & forget about it, works great
The best app for keeping track of your goals
Love this app. Simple and easy to use.
Notes have turned invisible. Please fix
When adding notes to entries, the font is invisible. Also, custom time entry is sorely needed.
Keeps the time.
It does what is supposed to do. It keeps me accountable for myself for myself. It's like a checkpoint before reverting back to a bad habit. It's a sort of nudge before taking a step backwards! Big ups to the creator of this app, well done!
Stat Stronkk, Brother
Stay stronkk, must survive to the 90 day mark.
Simple and effective
5/5
Could be better
If you can extend the early rank levels would be good. Like only can move up rank every 2 weeks or more instead of 1 day. Other than that it’s a great app for seeing how long you can go without doing something.

Best day counter app. Period.
Much better than any of the other more fancy versions on the App Store . It's simple and easy to use.

Aerate it... Warm it up... driving up... that top milk... that cream... pure vanilla.... the sweetness......... Thats a 10.
Good
Does what is says but i wish you could track multiple things
