Played some every day, not being credited for my purchases, customer service never reached out to help after repeated requests, and at this pace it will be 15 more weeks of daily pay to earn $10 on PayPal or similar. Ironically I have seen more ads than I can count about them over time. For the suggestion box: Maybe they could spend less on ads and more compensating players??

I love this app just play games and u have lunch money, need gas for work? I just get on Mistplay and there you go. It relaxes me. Who needs anxiety meds when you can just play a game to ease your nerves! It’s so easy! I love this games! I have been playing it for years !

I downloaded this app today. I was looking forward to playing a variety of games and earning gift cards while I do it. It appears one must download each game from the App Store to play and earn. I tried 3 different games. Each sent me to the App Store to download. I’ve already downloaded Mistplay. I’ve requested my data be deleted from game servers. I’ve already deleted the app.
No support
You can get points and redeem them but sometimes you will complete levels and not get points. Despite saying they have support nobody will respond to you.

DO NOT ABSOLUTELY DOWNLOAD. Played for so many points only to have my redemption points for gift card exchange totally rejected over non technical issues that weren’t evident or simply nothing was wrong with both my app and mobile device settings. Absolute JUNK & WASTE with POOR Customer Service.

Can you add different games other than solitaire or bingo. I enjoy the games like dooms day survival or white out survival. Those are the games I can play. Call of duty like action games make people wanna play. No games that you gotta add money to reach the achievement. Trying to make a few bucks not give up

While the app does work, you do get rewards for playing apps through Mistplay, my primary issue is the redemption. I have successfully redeemed, but it’s a huge hassle to cash out. You will repeatedly see errors referencing location. After multiple emails with MistPlay, this is just how it is! Things that typically work: toggle location off/on, turning device off/on, restarting app, turning vpn on/off…. Essentially the MistPlay app is real glitchy. The rewards are nice, but if you can’t redeem, they’re pointless! 2/5 stars due to redemption issues. Once fixed and players can redeem on a regular basis - 4/5 stars. -1 star for game selection. There could be a better variety to select from.

Update: I don’t normally write reviews, but this I felt the need to. I kept seeing ads so I gave it a try. Well…So things were great at first, good games and a lot of choices, until; then they started making changes. First of all they added more Casio type games. I’m here to make money not throw it away on bs Casio games. Second thing; customer support was good at first now you can’t get anyone. I had an issue with getting points owed and finding where to contact anyone was gone and they added a chat with people feed. Finally found where to write in on missing points and have yet to get the points and they want me to fill out on how was my service! What a joke. So my advice, play if you want and good luck.
Not what advertised
I think if you have the patience great but not me. You received points not dollars and for every point you have to have 75000 which equals $1 so, it would take you a week to earn a dollar if only playing this.

C’est une bonne application mais il doit avoir un bug je ne trouve aucun jeux. J’ai les même 10 jeux depuis le départ. Je suis aller au état unis et j’avais 100 choix et quand je reviens au Canada plus aucun choix.

*The games are pretty okay and the milestones are acceptable. I can’t speak on actual payouts because I got banned before I could cash in my 57000 points. Customer support was easy to get along with but overall not very helpful. I played for 2 or 3 days, and logged in one day a locked account and a link to customer support. They eventually told me that I somehow violated the terms of use.* After pledging my case, my account was unlocked and I was able to use my points. I can not stress this enough, the customer service department is magnificent! New update: Yahoo email wouldn’t let them send my gift card to my email and the customer service depart, once again, saved the day. I can confirm, I received my Visa Gift Card for 50 dollars, it is valid, and was ready to use when I got it. This place is the real deal.
what’s the point?
what’s the point of downloading more games in this app if you’re not going to verify the install and enough time for me to get rewards? There are several games that in limbo right now because I don’t want to Play anymore. Because I’m nearing the reward time and they still haven’t verified my install for a week. get your act together

My husband gets a better payout on his android. Also, I have Low Vision and there doesn’t seem to be any sort of assistance for that in any of the games or even surveys here.

Malheureusement j’ai perdu mon temps et je n’ai même pas pu utiliser mes points durement gagner, donc ne faite pas comme moi !! J’ai contacté le service client à plusieurs reprises et je n’ai eu droit qu’à des réponse automatique même après plus d’une semaine.. En bref, c’est comme prendre une chance sur deux de perdre sa progression de jouer à ce jeu..

Pretty good for the apps that work. I have had multiple sitting waiting to be able to play them. Says could take up to 24 hours but ones been there in idle for weeks

I downloaded this app and have been playing a game for two weeks and the app still says it is confirming the install of the game and I’m not earning a cent playing the game as it refuses to confirm install no matter how much I play the game. I would give this zero stars if I could.
