False Advertising
The ads for this game claims “No Annoying Ads”. Unfortunately not true, unless you pay for no ads. It also claims “Completely Free”, again, false advertising!
Problem not fixed
I love this game! That said, I played it and then got seriously tired of being in advanced games and unable to use the bomb. I deleted it for a year plus. I obviously forgot why I deleted it and downloaded it again. I really like it…again. But the bomb still doesn’t respond when tapped or pressed hard and/or held! Please guys, fix this!
Glitch - Level 3976
I love playing Hexa Run! However at level 3976 you have 2 pieces pointing at each other. You cannot do anything with that. The top center peak piece is pointing down towards a piece below that is pointing up. Please fix this! I really like this game! I can send a photo is that would help.

They lied when they said in an ad in HP Hero that this app had no ads.

Game is no better than any others
As claims there is no ads but at level 8 there they are. Must every 8th level because there’s another at 16.
Fun game with a few glitches
It's a pretty easy game that doesn't make you crazy because the levels are so hard. In fact, it's pretty easy and just fun. I'm on level 341 and was in the Gold League ranked around 114. Overnight, I some how got kicked back to Bronze League??? I was liking the game more because it was getting more challenging now I feel like I'm back to baby steps. Why did it do this? Also, the sounds, taps and hex removal don't seem to line up, like a weird delay in sound which is annoying. I like the game but not happy about the fall back to Bronze League without knowing why.

Bait and switch
There’s nothing challenging about this game and it’s not really like the advertising or sample games. The actual gameplay is pretty simplistic and repetitive. I thought it might get harder or at least more interesting once I leveled up- but it never did. Disappointing.
Feb 6, the game is broken!
The Daily Challenge on Feb 6, 2026, was not available. I don’t know how it finally made it as done. But on Feb 7, the game was blank on both the Challenge and the regular game. Then the game number became 10077! I relaunched the game but it stayed the same. Only the daily reward and the Spin is working. My number of stars was not affected. Please fix the game, I like to play it. Polly
NOT JUST ADS
As I mentioned it’s not just Ads, Also when you are up against the Timer Game; Pressing Down on the Tabs, it STICKS so many times that you loose and I’m on level 200 +games and it’s a little frustrating. Please can you check this out, thanks 🤩

At some point, you’ll get an ad you cannot close that will attempt to download and install malware to your devices. This is up to developers to tighten the ads allowed in their apps. Apple should require tighter ad typing on apps allowed on the App Store. Got a response from “the developer.” The supposed developer is actually a holding company based in the Virgin Islands. The actual developer is hidden and you cannot actually contact the developer. Chances are these app are designed to infest systems and devices and steal info. Apple should remove any and all apps from this provider from the App Store.
This game freezes
This game has a tendency to freeze during a game sometimes after you complete a game it does not count down to the next level other than that I like it

This was a lot of fun, but it seemed that the ads get longer the more you play. And buying the ad free option doesn’t necessarily mean it’s ALL ad free. Some games can’t be finished without using “tools”, and if you’ve exhausted your free ones, you’re out of luck. Other than the above, great game.

I really enjoy playing this and have got to level 2601 where it stops. Every day it says new levels coming soon. Please say when soon is! All I can play at the moment is the challenges. Not good enough!
Hexa Run fun
Nice puzzle game with great animations. Finding the one tile that unlocks the other tiles is great fun!
Max level
I'm on level 2601, in Master Level. The "time left" was about 8 hours. When I click on "next" to play the next level, I get a banner that says "Max level! New level coming soon". I was "ranked" in the high 200s. Why would I even be given access to Master Level if it just ends only 5 games in? ETA: Nov 22 and no new levels. ETA: Jan 23; Finally got new levels BUT repeatedly I'm midway through a higher level & get suddenly demoted to the lowest level again. Also no new builds; also have over 60k "coins" but no way to spend them besides skins; also it keeps changing my avatar. Deleted the game. Fortunately it didn't cost that much.

What fun! Love the challenge of picking the right hexagon to exit, but absolutely LOVE the sound they make as they exit. Still sitting here with the biggest grin on my face. You gotta try it.

I played this game on my iPad for just over a week and there are many errors. When you select a challenge you often get a blank screen. In regular play the bottom of the screen hides commands so you are stuck in level play…I think this game needs more work from the developers.

I have just downloaded this game as I saw it advertised in a game I was playing and it looked fun. The advert said ‘no annoying ads’. ‘Great’ I thought. I am only up to level 22 and have lost count of how many adverts I’ve had to watch! Why do developers say one thing and do another?How disappointing!! I realise the developers have to make money from the game but do they have to have so many adverts? It spoils the fun and continuity of the game. I have really enjoyed playing the game but don’t know how long I will be able to stand all the adverts 😏
