من اسوء الطلبيات الي طلبتها بحياتي، خدمه العملاء فاشلين جدا والطلب استغرق ٣ ايام للإلغاء وعند ارجاع المبلغ رجعو لي اقل من ربعه ما انصح بالبرنامج ولا بالتعامل معهم اشترو من السوق احسن

❌‼️ تحذير: لا تشتروا من هذا المتجر! إنهم يتجاهلون الرسائل ولا يتواصلون معك إلا للضغط عليك لإتمام الطلب، ويدّعون كذبًا أنه يمكنك إرجاع المنتج أو استبداله إذا لم ينل إعجابك. ولكن بمجرد أن يستلموا الأموال، تتغير سياستهم فجأة ويتحججون بأن "البضاعة لا تُرد ولا تُستبدل". بالإضافة إلى سوء التعامل، الجودة سيئة جدًا؛ الألوان ونوعية القماش مختلفة تمامًا عما تم الإعلان عنه. إنه مجرد خداع ولا يستحق الشراء مطلقً

Bad - DONT ORDER
They ignore you until they want your money, lie about having a return/exchange policy just to force the sale, and then lock you in the moment you pay. The actual item looks nothing like the pictures in terms of color and material. Save your money ❌❌‼️ لا تشترون منهم أبدًا! يطنشونكم وما يردون عليكم إلا لما يضغطون عليكم عشان تطلبون، ويقنعونكم ويقولون "إذا ما عجبكم أو ما ناسبكم تقدرون تبدلونه أو ترجعونه". بس أول ما ياخذون فلوسكم، فجأة تتغير المعاملة ويقولون "ممنوع الترجيع أو التبديل"! فوق هذا كله، التعامل سيء والجودة صدمة؛ الألوان والخامات تختلف تمامًا عن الصور ومو نفس المعروض أبدًا

التطبيق حلو والمكافئات حلوة بس تعليقي الوحيد أنه ما أقدر أكبر تقييم المنتج عشان اقرأ التقييم كامل من المشتريين السابقين + في بعض الآراء يكون واضح أنها لمنتج ثاني (مثلاً تقييم عباية في صفحة فستان عباية) في الثقة في الآراء تقل
Good Quality
The abayas are good quality and the price is very reasonable.. However, it is very disappointing that the sizes are fixed and the length is the only thing that we can choose.. More options should be available in terms of sizing, at least add small, medium and large!!!

انتبهو لحد يطلب منهم طلبيتي لازالت قيد التنفيذلها اكثر من ١٠ ايام والاعلان مكتوب خلال ٢٤ ساعه ومافي احد يرد الا بعد يومين ونفس الرد له ١٠ ايام حسبي الله عليهم ياليت وزارك التجاره تشوف هالتعليقات وتقفل حسابهم

I would rate the app 3 stars because of the poor customer service. However, I eventually received my order, and the pieces were really nice and exactly as described. I would recommend ordering from it, and I will order again, but I now know to expect my order 20–30 days after placing it, not sooner.

Awful
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered 3 abayas and paid 70 QAR for shipping, expecting a single delivery. Instead, my order was split into two separate shipments without any warning or consent. Because of this, I was forced to pay customs/clearance fees twice (70 QAR + 70 QAR). This means I ended up paying 210 QAR in extra charges for one order — purely due to the company’s decision to split the shipment. There was no transparency, no option to choose, and no accountability. Customers should not be penalized for internal logistics decisions. This feels extremely misleading and unfair. I will not be ordering again unless this is resolved. Be very careful ordering from this app if you are outside Saudi Arabia you will be hit with unexpected extra fees. And customer service ignore you for several days on WhatsApp, entirely unprofessional.

Order not received. App is a scam
I placed the order on the 19th of FEB and I didn’t get it delivered yet. I text on WhatsApp and no one answers. Not even on instagram. They are not helping me in getting the order. It’s a scam application. Do not order. If delivery during this time is the reason, no it’s not. I’ve ordered a month ago before anything starts!!!!
