Claim rewards freezes game
When you complete a mission and try to claim the reward, nothing happens. You have to close out the game and go back in. Also, the precision is poor. It’s a tap game but, often, if you tap a screw, it picks a random one nearby. This will make you lose the game quickly.

When you complete the decorating game and you click on claim nothing happens just letting you know
Liked it, froze!
I liked this, but after thev3rd time in three days having to restart my puzzle because the game freezes up, I have deleted it
Can’t get passed story 3
I love this game so much. But I’m frustrated though because I finished story 3 but the game won’t advance me to story 4. I’m frustrated. I think I’m gonna have to quit playing. I don’t know if it’s a glitch or not. But I’m disappointed. Willing to update review if I can get passed Story 3.

One of my favorites
Level 221 Unplayable!
If you like watching ads then this is the game for you! I’m at level 221 and there is NO WAY to win it so I’m stalled in the game. And frustrated! I have played this level over and over and what happens is you get to the point where you need to watch a video to get another color. Problem is, there is not one screw you can click on that is free. No matter the color! I even made a screen grab video that shows me clicking on each screw and nothing! So glad I didn’t invest $ on this!
Fun but can’t go any further then level 8
Just wondering if level 8 was it? I have played other screwed games and so far this one’s been the best but I can’t go any further than level eight.

ねじゲームで取得したゼリーで壊れた部屋を綺麗にする、両方楽しめていいと思っていたけれど、部屋を全て綺麗にして「プレゼントを受け取ってください」メッセージが出て『うけとる』ボタンも表示されるがタップしてももらえない。どうして？ なのでアイテムが何ももらえず、ピンの穴がいっぱいになったらコインを使うか広告を見ないと進まない。 しかもどうやっても進まないパターンが多く、コインもなくなり必ず広告を見るハメになる。
Love game but issues
I love this game but everytime I get a room. Complete it won’t activate the rewards. I have to completely exit out of game. Frustrating! I am not playing this game anymore due to the hiccups it has, never once been able to spin the wheel. I have finished level 156 and it won’t move to the next level. But one of the most annoying things is the ads are at least 2 minutes long when you want to add help to your game.
My favorite!
This is my favorite screw game by far bc if you get stuck you can watch ads and still progress. But my app has stopped progressing or letting me do anything but play the next level! I’m on level 550 and the last room I was able to decorate was Room 8 and it’s been froze ever since! I continued to play bc it would let me on the islands but now I can even progress there either I have several hour glasses but it won’t let me do anything but play regular levels and not compete in competitions please fix this for me or let me know I’ve reached the end of the game or something! And give me an amazing prize for doing so!
Rewards don’t come through
Every time I win a series, the rewards don’t come through. The claim button is there, but nothing happens when I click claim, and I have to restart the game… happens every time I complete a series…
Cool game
I like this game! It’s cool that there’s not ads that randomly pop up! You ca also watch ads to get power ups. But the one problem I have is when I complete a room and “claim” the rewards there’s nothing to clam. I’ve finished 4 rooms so far and I have gotten nothing. I’ve emailed the app support but have heard nothing back. I also don’t know if my Facebook is connected but that’s no big deal.

Won’t let me claim prizes
Just started playing but when I’ve finished a makeover I can’t claim the prize. Just doesn’t work also when I click a screw it usually clicks the one next to it. Very sensitive
Another one that’s too expensive!
Five stars so you will know: instead issue, there’s a decorating section and each time I finish the room I get a “Congratulations “ screen which then freezes up the game and I have to close out and open back up. It’s done this on each room I’ve done so far. And I’ve got far enough into the game to see that it’s one of those that, as soon as you purchase coins/bonus packages you end up using them all up within the next 3-4 screens. I’ve deleted several apps for this reason, and here’s another one.

Glitch
So far I like the game. But the part of the game when you earn points to help fix up the house for the woman, you are unable to claim the prize, the game freezes and I have to close the game and reopen it to play, without any reward.

I would give this app a 5 but…
Every time I finish a room it says congratulations and claim but there is nothing there to claim…and even if there were something there to claim I push the claim button and nothing. I have to close out the game and open it back up..the positive about this game is it has easy and difficult levels and when I get stuck I can watch an ad for various little helps that get me through the level..

Too Many Bugs
Game is waste of time due to a variety of glitches: 1. Ads don’t run for more boxes or using tools. Game freezes or screen goes blank. Have to restart game, play to that point lost. 2. Even if ad runs successfully, the puzzle won’t rotate. To fix, must reboot. Play is lost. 3. Claim prize freezes game. Have to reboot. No idea what those prizes are. Another user review reported this one on July 5th. Might be a decent game if developers fixed the issues but I won’t find out. Deleting this one. Too many other decent offerings that work.
Good Variety
Really think this is one of the more interesting Screw Games. Am only on Level 7, so am wondering if I’ll be bombarded with ads soon like the other screw games. Am disappointed that the Apple Pen doesn’t work on the screws. It does work on every other area of the game, so it is annoying that I have to switch from the pen to my finger constantly. Maybe they will perfect that.

Good, bugs need fixed
You earn “tokens” to fix a scene which is cool, but once completed you can’t claim the reward and have to close and reopen the app to move to the next scene. If the technical issues get fixed this would be a 5 star game.
Game frozen
Screw craze game stuck on last level I played. Please help unfreeze it. I really have been enjoying this game
No Rewards
After completing a help scene you are unable to claim the reward no matter how many times you press the claim button. You cannot claim the reward or move to the next puzzle. The screen just freezes. You have to exit the game completely and start it again. The game is great but having to exit and re-start is too frustrating. I hope this issue can be fixed or I will have to delete the game.

This is a really fun game and I would’ve gave 5 stars if I could get the rewards that I’m supposed to be winning. I’m beating levels but I’m not getting the stars that I’m supposed to be getting and I’m on level 30 and the rewards chest won’t let me go past 5. Please fix it and I’ll give it 5 stars because it’s a really fun game

Good screw sort puzzle but ads are really smutty - very disappointing. I would attach a screen shot here if I could.

The game starts out pretty fun. But it very quickly digresses into the type of game where if you do not watch ads and I’m talking about several of them per game, it is unplayable. Avoid this one altogether. Don’t waste your time.
Love no ads but glitch when completing levels
So far I am liking the game. Puzzles are fun and I like the concept of the level completions/stories but every time I finish all the upgrade levels/pictures, there’s a pop up that says ‘claim’ but nothing happens and I end up having to shut down the app and then relaunch it just to keep playing. Please fix this bug.

Unable to Claim rewards
I love the game… only issue I have is after completing a story quest I’m unable to claim rewards. I have to close the app then reopen it to continue playing. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still having the same issue. Also you might add more quest stories too. It stops at 8. That’s when I uninstalled the game. Other than that you’ll get 5 stars.
No forced ads!!
I love that we have the choice the watch ads or not! I’m happy to watch them sometimes for some extra perks or to save time! Level 20 so far and there are still new puzzles coming. Some of them repeat already but at least there are still new ones in between.
No Apple Pencil
This will not work with newest Apple Pencil. I just deleted the game. Also, if I watch an ad for a perk, it won’t let me leave the ad. Even though it says reward granted. The ads are ridiculously long.

I like this game however when I complete a level it freezes. I also cannot do the daily spin. Whenever I click the wheel it just takes me to the next level. Please fix these bugs and I’ll change my rating!

Tons of bugs
I have reached out over a dozen times to get things fixed and I can’t get any response. Every time I complete a scene it won’t let me claim prize. I have to reboot. I can’t play beyond level 148. The game is stuck. I have these issues on my iPhone and iPad. I would like a response and a fix please.
Good game play
I like the game. I like that there are no ads and the levels are somewhat challenging. Only problem is the game freezes after completing a level. Every time. I have to close out game and then go back in. Its annoying! Not deleting game just want you to fix this.

loved this game, loved that ads were limited and the levels were challenging enough. had to delete because i was so into it that i missed my stop on the train and had to call an uber to get back to my car. 10/10 game 2/10 experience

BGMが途切れ途切れにしか聴こえない。タップした箇所とは別のネジが反応するので間違いやすい。
チュートリアル（レベル1）の時はBGMは普通に聴こえてましたが、以降はBGMが途切れ途切れにしか聴こえなくなりました。2Dも3Dも。 また、タイトルにも書きましたがタップした場所とは違うネジが抜ける事もしばしば。 もう少し拡大できるように、改善お願いします…！ もう少し遊んでみて、もしくは次回アップデートで上記2つが改善されなかったら 残念だけどアンインストールかな…。
Matching screws aren’t moving to the matching holes
Level 245. The orange screws aren’t moving into the correct holes. They remain in the spare holes, I’ve closed and opened the app but it’s not rectifying the problem. Please fix this bug.
Great game, but…
I love this game. I’ve downloaded it three times now.! I get to a certain point, however, and it glitches where I cannot make the final play on a level- I don’t know why and was happy to give it a chance again but if it happens again this time I may have to look for another game. I have bought coins and the hammer, brooms, etc so that is what really disappoints me. I don’t get those back of course but they get to keep my $20+
