Die App ist super übersichtlich und macht das Shoppen noch einfacher und schneller. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass man direkt über die App über neue Kollektionen und Limited Editions informiert wird. So verpasst man keine Neuheiten mehr! ⭐️
English?
What happened? The language changed (update maybe?) and there is no option to select English.

I like the app for browsing and tracking my order, but I do wish I could manage my subscription here too.
Still can't change language
UPDATE- just delete the app if you can't get the language to change back to English. The update kept saying to change the language in account but if you can't speak German you can't even navigate out of the first screen. I just updated a second time and it's still in German. Someone wrote a review saying you go to account and click on a globe and change the language but I don't see a globe. In the mean time I have been ordering nails from Amazon (including Doonails)

As a dev….I know yall gonna get a lot of backlash but come on you guys forgot to keep supporting english 😩. I’m waiting on my order but hoping this will be a fix that comes out soon!! Otherwise i might need to quit learning japanese and move to learning german 💀. However it was awesome when i first got the app! so keeping it in hopes it gets fixed! Cant wait for the nails!

Ich finde die App super! Alles ist sehr übersichtlich, der Virtual Try On ist mega hilfreich und man kann sich für neue Launches benachrichtigen lassen! Shoppe nur noch über die App 🥰
Update took away English Version
I created an account and had my cart ready. Had to wait a few days - made me do an update and now I need Rosetta Stone to place an order
Translation
You have to infer where to go, but under account (the person picture) there is a country & language option (looks like an old internet globe) you can choose your country, (in German) and then your language and it will reset. Is it annoying? Absolutely! But there is a fix. Hopefully developers realize the issue on the back end soon.
No English App
Placed an order a week or so ago. Downloaded the app to monitor. All seemed on track for a few days. Opened the app yesterday…all in German. Same today so I deleted to re-load. Only German in the App Store so I won’t re-load it.

L'app est ok, mais en Suisse il y a pas que l'allemand comme langue! Le français et l'italien pourraient être rajoutés dans les options afin de faciliter les commandes!
Ich liebe diese App!
Ich nutze mittlerweile nur noch die Doonails App. So bin ich viel schneller, mir die Limited Editions zu sichern, da ich für alles eine Notification bekomme. Außerdem bin ich Riesenfan der exklusiven App Colours. Ich kann die App wirklich jedem empfehlen, da sie auch viel flüssiger läuft als über den Browser zu shoppen. 🤭
Not in English
Can we not order if we don’t speak English? I ordered before but when I updated, English went away. Please send an email (in English) to your current customers to explain. Hopefully it was an oversight.
Es wird immer schlechter!!!
Seit Anfang des Jahres komme ich nicht mehr in meinen Club Bereich in der App und kann somit meine Punkte nicht sehen oder einlösen! Genauso ist es bei meinen Bestellungen! Ständig stürzt die App ab oder es kommen Fehlermeldungen. Auch gerade wieder wo ich eine Nachricht über die App geschrieben habe. Statt die zu senden bekomme ich schon wieder eine Fehlermeldung! Arbeitet endlich dran und reagiert mal, sonst geh ich zur Konkurrenz! :(

I downloaded the app, ordered, now I go back into the app and English isn’t listed as a language anymore. A little hard to get back into your order…deleting the app for now.

Leider können beim Auswählen eines PressOn-Bundles die Option „3 Farben“ auf dem Handy nicht ausgewählt werden. Irrtümlich in den Warenkorb gelegte Artikel können nicht mehr gelöscht werden.

Tolle Nägel
Ich nutze die Press on gels aber mit Nagelkleber. Sie lassen sich mit dem Remove und dem extra Liquid sehr einfach ablösen und die Haltbarkeit beträgt circa vier Wochen.
No English option
What happened? Before they have English language on the app. And today for their 6 year Birthday. I opened it and it’s all in different languages and when I logged in my info is not there. But logging in to the website is fine.
Anmeldung funktioniert nicht
Die Idee der App ist gut, aber trotz mehrmaligem deinstallieren und neu installieren bekomme ich jedes Mal eine Fehlermeldung bei der Anmeldung. Auf der Doonails Website funktioniert die Anmeldung ohne Probleme
Trotz Update nicht einwandfrei
Leider lässt sich der Warenkorb überhaupt nicht bearbeiten, selbst nach mehrmaligen schließen der App bleiben die gelöschten Sachen drin. Keine Ahnung ob es daran liegt, dass einem ab einem gewissen Wert ein Geschenk versprochen wird, dass es gar nicht mehr gibt, und er sich deshalb aufhängt? Sehr schade, so kann man leider nicht unbekümmert shoppen.

I ordered once from this app as a guest. It had English at that time. I tried to use the app a few days later and it said I must update to use the app, which I did. Now, the English language is no longer listed. The app is all in German, I believe. I haven’t received my order yet, but without English being listed, I cannot reorder if I like them. I’m deleting the app for now.
