SCAM! Misleading Advertising & No Refund
The app and device descriptions are extremely misleading. I was led to believe the device had certain advertised features and paid for their cloud storage service based on those claims. After paying, I discovered that the device does NOT even support the functionality they described. I requested a refund for the cloud storage service, but my request was completely ignored. They take your money based on misleading claims, then refuse to address the issue when you discover the advertised functionality doesn’t exist. This is deceptive and, in my opinion, amounts to a scam. Buyers beware!
