Once you sign up. No cancellation option and it extremely difficult.
ITS AWESOME!
I love it
Charge multiple fees
They make you subscribe to it weekly and it’s already pricey and then make you buy more tokens to even create content!! Ridiculous it should be included with the fee I’m already paying you weekly or monthly
Thanks Higgsfield AI 👍 you’re the best
Super easy to use, and the results are amazing.
Felt like a scam and poor videos
Nothing is clear from the start about what is actually required. There is no transparency on how much a video costs, and it is not clearly explained that you need credits just to generate one. Paying $12.99 only to find that out afterward is frustrating. On top of that, the video quality is poor and does not meet expectations. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this app.

No customization
This app makes really cool videos as long as you’re OK with it generating content that doesn’t apply to you. I was expecting to be able to give it some simple prompts and inspiration such as pictures or a video and it be able to customize the video and remake it for me.. And it’s a bit frustrating that you buy a subscription and then on top of that you have to buy credits to even use it.
Higgs AI 💚
The effects are really impressive, much better than I expected.
Not able to login on Mobile
I use the desktop version of this app and have been totally blown away! I am only rating the app 1 star because i’m literally not able to login to the mobile app with the account that i paid for my subscription with. I logged in with my Google account and activated a creator subscription for the year, but the mobile app only restores purchases made through my Apple ID?! So i paid hundreds of dollars to have cutting edge AI tools that i can’t even use on my mobile device because of a simple login issue?! Nah. Please update the app so i can actually use it! Same problem on my iPad. The issue has persisted since i activated my membership almost 6 months ago. Its been horribly inconvenient, as if the developers haven’t noticed this problem or don’t care to resolve it. Either way, its severely limited my ability to work with the app, as i can only do work when i’m at my desktop. Cumbersome to say the least. Just want to be able to login with the account i paid hundreds of dollars to use this site. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Me roban mi dinero, cancelen mi suscripción ladrones!

Awesome
It's good for learning and working on next level experience
Horrible
First time user and it keeps giving me error when generating videos . It ask you to pay for subscription plus coins separately. Not a great app. Not friendly and it’s not doing what it says it should do. So unhappy with my purchase.
