Most useless app ever keeps asking me to sign in. Send me access link asking me to reset password and it’s a continuous loop. Stupid stupid stupid.

Transaction didn’t go through unable to use Vitality
Used my vitality card on an unsuccessful transaction. New transaction didn’t want to take my vitality card no savings :-(

It’s easy to pay online. You don’t get confused like when you are at the movies.

Hangs in payment screen, when you cancel and retry your SK club cards can't be added back and are considered as already used for a transaction.

What’s going on??
We get to the cinema and our seats are double booked. We received re-admission tickets but they don’t cover snacks and we already saw parts of the movie. I’ve never seen such bad service anywhere else.
User experience
Very user friendly. To apply the 50% Tuesday discount was a bit confusing. But after copying the card number into the step by step payment process, I received my discount. Over all it’s simple to navigate and view what’s showing.

What’s wrong with this app? It keeps giving time out errors!
Good app but we need to zoom in
It is so convenient to be able to book tickets on my app and have it on my phone before going to the movies. Also great that I can order my snacks on here too. My biggest challenge is choosing my seats. The zoom function has disappeared and now you need tiny fingers to select the seats you want.

terrible experience for Fan Club and Vitality members
Terrible checkout process for SK Fan Club members you really have to jump through hoops to use the subscription you’re already paying for. Rather get tickets at the theatre. This app is awful
Make it More use friendly
In the options to choose booking type. If there could be an information icon to assist with more information, it would make the app more user friendly
Returning movie watcher
The whole Ster-kinekor experience is not as amazing as it once was but the app works perfectly and it helps to get everything done well before seeing the movie.

Scammed into buying IMAX that wasn't IMAX and lost out on R1200 at Eastgate. Don't waste your time
Good, but unintuitive at times
Booking a seat is a bit of a struggle. UI is a bit too small and the actual seat number is not seen on the graphic. If things cancel it takes you all the way to Home Screen. Which is annoying.

Bad practices
This app sure knows how to say Ster-Kinekor doesn’t care about their customers. Cos that’s the vibe the app is giving off. This app needs a complete overhaul from an actual developer with experience. It’s customary for an app to occasionally have bugs or go from good to better, this app consistently goes from bad to worse. At least it’s inline with the website as that’s just as bad. The UI is just unintuitive and feels broken. It literally makes me fear buying tickets online and using the app. Im not one to be negative, but I’ve been giving constructive criticism on this app since their first app, and I honestly don’t think Ster-Kinekor cares about their customers or their customer’s experience. Please fix this app and do regular, actual tangible improvements. Thank you.

Buggy mess
This new version of the app is just a buggy mess. Especially when it comes to payments. The app keeps freezing after I’ve approved the payment. I wait for 10 to 15 minutes hoping that something will eventually happen coz I’ll be worried that I might get debited but no tickets. Fortunately that hasn’t happened but I don’t get my tickets either and just to add insult to injury if I try to but the tickets again ie restart the process, I can’t pick the same seats I had initially coz I guess it’s still considering my initial transaction as pending. Why did they even change the app. The old app work just fine. Now we have this sad excuse of an app that offers a terrible UX and an infuriating payment experience. Do better ster kinekor.
