What people like
- Very easy to use
- Helpful customer service team
- Reliable for buying tickets
What they complain about
- Support is slow and rude
- App logs you out randomly
- Tickets often fail to sell
Great app
Amazing app, very easy to use and tickets for my races are easy to access
Buggy app, terrible customer support
Good concept but pretty poorly built. For example to register as a seller their flow through Stripe didn’t work. Support eventually got it through, but it was a hassle messaging them and waiting days for a brief reply with terrible grammar. And when I asked to change the price of my ticket that had been on sale for a week (it took several reminders until they responded) they then tell me just a day before the event I’m selling my ticket for that the ticket actually can’t be sold on their platform. Will not be using this again.
Installation was ok, but….
Installation of app and setting up an account to make and receive payments went all fine. I couldn’t find the event I was wanting to sell tickets for and started a chat within the app. It’s now days later and nobody has come back to me yet. I have serious doubts anyone actually uses the app.
Great app
Bought and sold tickets here. Customer service is very helpful and seamless transactions.
Useless now
Hyrox has changed their approach to secondhand tickets, so this app is irrelevant. I paid for the premium subscription to make a wishlist and nothing ever came from it—complete waste of money.
Not great
Paid for notifications but the app keeps logging itself out and then I can’t log back in unless I reinstall the app! When it does work the notifications do work but I could be missing out on loads of tickets because I haven’t realised it’s logged itself out
Easy to use and not a scam
Does what it says
Scammers
These people scam you into the wrong category then say it’s your fault, and the change the advertising when confronted 😏😏
Brilliant
Sold and bought tickets with no trouble at all. Super friendly and efficient chat service, too. The upgrade is a game changer.
Scammed out of £178
Be very careful using these. I bought a ticket on the app and then decided to resell. Turns out there was an issue with ticket and they decided to pin the blame on me. Not sure if this is happening to anyone else but if you’re going to use these I’d recommend paying with a card that has chargeback
5* service
Got two tickets through the app and have also sold one. The process was quick and easy and i had no issues with either buying or selling. Would defo recommend!
Glitchy
Don’t believe there isn’t a single ticket available for Manchester since they reopened after Xmas. No notifications.
Ticket
Bought a couple of tickets really simply using the app and have also sold without any issues.
Support chat are very rude
Tried reaching out to the support team multiple times, always met with a passive aggressive reply. Almost like they don’t like doing their job
Fantastic App
Brilliant app. Takes the worry out of getting a ticket, not missed a single event yet since these have been around. Support staff are more than helpful too
Not ready
Tried to upgrade to get notifications but just keeps glitching. Struggle to believe that there hasn’t been a single Manchester ticket since the app launch but I haven’t seen any despite checking multiple times a day. Maybe other people have managed to upgrade so all tickets are snapped up but I can’t upgrade so who knows
Great App
Purchased my ticket with no problems. This app stops all those scammers out there
Absolutely hopeless app
The concept is good, the design support and usability are pretty poor. Tried to buy tickets, got diverted to a holding page. Waited for a month before any sort of communication from their ‘support’ team. Perhaps they’ve fixed the app since launch, but don’t hold your breath or expect miracles….. good luck !
Very good service
Not had any bad experience with this and all positive! Highly recommend
High demand, poor execution
Unfortunately this app should not have been live yet, I have yet to do the basic thing which it should do: buy tickets. Delayed updates, no replies on messages, non functioning buttons, error messages. There is a clear need in the market for this but we need a bit less hobby project and more professionalism to solve this. I do hope this project will evolve over time and will keep checking in on the app but currently I would not recommend using it.
Superb App
Have used the App a few times. Never let me down. Always got exactly the tickets I wanted. Easy to use. Simple process to pay for the tickets and download them. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting an almost guaranteed way of getting tickets that are so difficult to come by otherwise.
