New levels needed
This game is literally part of my daily routine. So much so that I beat it😭I finished all the levels and I am here requesting more please. I need to clear out the rest of the pink fog!
They stopped updating game!!
Don’t get this game because they stopped adding levels to it. You will max out at level 147. It’s been over 6 months since they’ve added anything new! Don’t give them money or even start to play as it will wind up being a waste!!
Too many pop ups
So far, I really enjoy the game. However, I feel that the building tools (hammer, saw, paintbrush, etc.) should automatically go into storage once claimed. They take up unnecessary space that could be used for playable items. The card collection series is also nearly impossible to complete. Additionally, the payout for selling items feels completely unbalanced. You may have to spend 137 energy points to obtain an item, but if you sell that same item from your board, it may only be worth 10 cents. The amount of energy required versus the payout received doesn’t seem proportionate.
Bug fix please
I love this game but it currently won’t let me watch ads to gain energy bolts and I’ve already used the update it’s been a month since I had this issue.
Love! But they stopped adding levels at 147, so completely finished game.
I've never written or rated any games but I am so disappointed. Been playing this for over a year & even paying their monthly rewards/access fee UNTIL NOW. First I noticed they were continuously repeating the same "special events" out-of-season, ex: Halloween in February. But kept paying cause the game is just too darn cute. Now I've reached level 147 and there is nothing for me to do. I'm on my very last order. Supposedly you "updated" the game last month, sure...
Does not save progress
Quit playing and came back and did not save my old game file.
Stolen money
I have attempted to contact this developer several times about a glitch where I was double charged 35 dollars. I get that’s chump change to you but to others that is a tank of gas. That is their money for dinner. Until then I will leave a review on every app you develop as a 1 star due to your negligence.
New levels please
I love this game but I have maxed the levels and there have been at least 3 updates to the app with no new levels. Please launch new levels.
Crashing constantly
This app stopped working when I updated my iPad. So bummed I’ve played for over a year and now can’t!
Overwhelmed
At first the game was fun! I know free games gotta make their money somehow but ads after ads for money is crazy. The more you level up you’d think the more taps you get. The prizes are ridiculous like it doesn’t seem like a lot. And now my game is starting to glitch and not give me prizes I’ve earned. I love the game but I’m close to uninstalling it.

The order at the top on the far right takes entirely too long to fill unless I want to spend a bunch of money. Of which I’m not gonna do. I am about to cancel the is not done.

I have been obsessed with this game BUT I have completed all levels and there has NOT been any additional levels added for over two months or more. I keep hoping but doesn’t seem that’s going to happen.

Was really enjoying this one, but there hasn’t been any actual storyline update in forever. Any recent update has just been for events, it’s starting to get a bit pointless to open the app. Please give us an actual update soon 😭
so many in game popups
this game is constantly spamming like 8 popups in a row asking u to buy gems or energy etc and forcing u to participate in the events. its extremely irritating when im just trying to relax but i cant do anything without getting harassed at every corner.

Love this game! Wish you could save your work through Facebook or something through email. I lost all my data when my phone crashed super sad I was on a higher level than now.
so many pop ups
i really enjoy playing the game, but every time i open the app there are a silly number of popups that i have to go through before i can actually play the game. this morning i got 11 popups in a row for whatever storylines and in game purchases are happening. i immediately closed the app and don't think i'll be playing anymore.

I love this game but recently it keeps crashing and then doesn’t even save what you’ve done the past few minutes
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I will take my review down when they start being consistent with the daily mystery boxes!!!! Im on a higher level and can't get any orders done when i cant get any rewards to help me! I contacted customer support many times telling them i didn't get the daily mystery boxes & nobody ever answers me or fixes the problem. Besides that its an addictive game for sure but get it together!!!!! ive spent too much money on this game to get minimal effort on support and maximum effort on money grabs from developers.
Love the game but need new levels
This is my most favorite game but I have been waiting many months for more levels. The game has maxed me out on earning any more coins so there’s nothing I can do anymore. I have emailed and I never heard back. It’s very frustrating.
Need New Levels
Absolutely love this game, only downside is I have now gone as far as I can and there are no updates to give me additional levels. Come on developers it’s time to add more levels and make some money off me as I spend £100s per week to make sure I can play at all times. Thanks
No longer playable after latest iOS update
The game worked fine until the latest iOS update and now it is nothing but constant crashing. Not cool. I’m updating my review to add that I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, to restart my device, and to contact the seemingly nonexistent support about the issue. No resolution as of yet. After multiple attempts to resolve this, there is still no resolution. Their support is nonexistent. The game simply crashes on opening. It is no longer usable.

This game is perfect except for one thing, I reached the power boost of 4 but it keeps removing it after I exit the app. It’s also hard to play with only getting 100 energy when waiting enough time, especially with the power boost of 4. Minus these two issues, the game is great and I don’t plan on deleting it anytime soon haha!
Child Manipulation Money Grab
I am not the targeted age group for this game, but I do enjoy it. Up until you realize in order to actually play the game, the creators of this money stealing game, wants you to spend in order to play. The free title of this game is false, it's a free 2-5 minute trial every 3-5 hrs of your day before you run out of energy. Also the higher levels, if you don't want to pour your life allowance into the game, are unplayable or takes literal weeks to beat because you will never receive enough energy to beat it in a timely manner. For a "free" merging game targeted to younger audiences, the minimum amount of energy you get for free should be well over 100 (350-500 energy would not hurt your pockets developers!) . Even the other merging games make it playable in order to receive energy for free.
Too many pop ups
This game is INCREDIBLY fun. I love playing, the stories, the map, the items are all so good and so pretty and it can keep my attention for a long time. The one thing I do hate is all of the constant pop ups each time I go into the app. Pay for this, pay for that, pay, pay, pay. And for each different race/game or when you run out of energy. I can find those things easily on the screen already, I get wanting to get people to buy into the game more but it gets pretty annoying that some time I would rather just close the app and not play especially if I’m letting a younger person play.

Too Many Pop Ups
Game is fine but there’s so many pop ups it becomes disruptive to the gameplay. It’s all just a cash grab to get you to spend money on the game. I also don’t like how there’s so many producers. My board fills up way too fast with items I can’t even merge together.
Stuck at level 147
I’ve reached level 147 and no new levels are showing up, only orders. I really enjoy the game, but it’s getting boring without new content. Please add more levels soon!
Too many pop ups and not enough energy
Ridiculous once you get slightly higher level the amount of time it will take you to be able to get one item you need. 100 energy gets you maybe halfway and then you have to wait for your energy to refill. Plus the amount of popups is insane, they’ll be the same one over and over again.
great game just a wee bit frustrating
I luv this game (i actually finished it and have to wait for an update of more levels to come) it fun and just a easy cozy game , plus the added nostalgia of barbie :')) i will say though that it is clear when you need certain items it purposely doesn't give you the items you need to merge in order to get them. like the ice cream one for example ,, when i need the actual milkshakes it gives me mainly the signs to merge and when i need the signs it gives me all milkshakes to merge . its annoying how its so obviously done on purpose and not actually a fair ratio because the want you to purchase energy and gems,, but still none the less i have fun playing :')

My FAVOURITE game!
I absolutely LOVE this game! I have been playing every single day for the last 4 months and have reached level 73. I especially love the ‘career dash’ events! The only things I do find annoying is the fact that there are so many pop ups when you open the game, sometimes there can be 5+ pop ups about bundles and various other things. And the free energy boxes have gone down from 2 to 1 a day. However in general the game doesn’t have any unnecessary adverts coming up all the time, so that’s always good and I rarely ever get any glitches. I find it so easy to navigate and so engaging whilst playing. I love this game and would highly recommend it!
WAS fun
I need to merge some items to keep the game going but those items never generate , NEVER… kind of annoying after being dedicated to game and even spending money like an idiot - take your time, not worth money, still fun for 3 mins every so often
Not fun anymore
I really like this game but it gets to a point where it’s almost impossible to complete orders on top of the 10+ pop ups that come up every time you open the game, it’s just not as enjoyable as it was.

I used to love this game it’s amazing, however, when I got my new phone I was unable to play it due to all my progress being lost. Is would be so much better if yhere was a log in option available. Other than that I used to enjoy it a lot.
I was ripped off
I was playing this game for awhile and really enjoyed it. However, on May 22nd the game had a glitch where if you brought an in-app purchase, you weren’t receiving the items. I ended up spending $40 on items I never received. I reached out to their customer service about the glitch and their AI response was that they were aware of the issue and would most likely give a “gift” to the users for the inconvenience. I never received anything. I also never got any of the product I bought during the glitch even after the issue was resolved. When I looked into getting a refund it said it needed to be done through Apple but my refund request was denied. So, now I’m out money, I never got anything for that money spent, and I’ve decided I’m done with this game. It feels shady and I’m really upset that if they were aware of the glitch why they aren’t auto refunding purchases made in app during that downtime. I’m also disappointed in Apple for its decision on my refund. Shouldn’t the company notify Apple if they are having App issues that involve purchases so that customers get resolutions like in this situation?

Fun game but..
I enjoy playing the game but there are 10 pop-ups to games within the game when you open the app. That’s too many. 10 is ridiculous please make this stops. Merging to complete orders to continue to build and unlock levels and 1-2 additional games would be fine. There is too much going on within one game. Please create a new game and expand your ideas. Having too many games within one actually makes the game feel like no matter what you’re doing you’ll never actually complete anything. I would suggest that you have more of a celebration when goals are met with better gifts more gems please. All in all those 10 pop ups will make me go play a different game.

THIEVING TRASH
The people who put this game out should be ashamed of themselves. I spent some money playing the game and now they make it to where you cant accomplish anything unless you pay to play. Today I noticed that they have even taken the free daily rewards away and want you to pay for them as well. But honestly you can get bent because I wouldn’t spend another dime on this game. Your team is full of a bunch of idiots who don’t understand customer retention and yall just wanna get run through like your favorite porn star. But at some point there won’t be anyone left.

Could be fun if it didn’t take hours and hours to get more energy. maybe fun for an hour but easily fails to entertain for long d/t minimal energy provided.
Too many issues
Starting with the customer support is terrible. Months trying to contact them via email not even in their chat inside the game. There’s like 15 pop ups before you can start to actually play the game. I guess they are focusing in making money but not in a good consumer attention. Too sad!
