Horrible screen share
Talk about a headache. When you stream it to any tv and your phone locks the video will pause. Major headache, we are in 2026….. Facebook is way older and somehow works better.

Stream regularly lags no matter where I am. Signed up for the month to month and got charged the full year. Best part they won’t refund my subscription because they can’t find it. Even when I sent a copy of my bank statement showing the full year charge. This company is owned by the same person who owns the LA Rams, colo Avalanche and nuggets, and pro football (soccer team) in Europe. But they take my 200 dollars and then play dumb.
This app blows… if I had another way to watch the Avs I wouldn’t waste my money
Constant issues with this app. It’s very poorly designed, and is full of bugs. Always slow, doesn’t matter what WiFi it’s connected to. With all the money Kroenke is making off his teams, you’d think he’d invest in quality devs to make a better app. Yeesh.

Functional but bad
This is the most expensive app we pay for and it hardly works. You can watch the game (Avs) and that part works… mostly. You can’t rewind, pause, or do anything but watch it live. If you start late…forget it! Live only. There is a weird ghosting image of the status bar. At first we thought it was burn in but on a dark screen you can actually see it still counting. So it seems in stead of making it go away after a few seconds it just dims. No other app free or paid does this. Just very disappointing. Do better!

0 Stars if possible less! This app is advertised as being able to fast forward and rewind, nothing could be further from the truth. You are fortunate if you can watch it at all. When requesting a refund (I tried to use it a handful of times throughout the NBA season and it never worked as advertised.) I was told you used it so too bad, we are keeping your full year payment. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
It’s ok
Video quality is fine but you need to be able to hide the scores. Also the replay functionality is terrible. After a game ends the replay might be available for hours later. If you can do a live replay during the game in seconds you should be able to have the whole game ready immediately after.

Pop up ads
Evidently Altitude is not making enough money charging more than HBO Max. I’m clicking out of pop up ads during actual gameplay like it’s the 1990s.
Doing the job but there’s a long way to go
Overall, it’s doing the job of letting me follow the Avs, but they’re leaving a lot on the table as far as a good user experience goes… 1. The broadcast frequently lags or glitches and the only way to fix it is to exit full screen mode, at which point it will go into super fast forward chipmunk mode until it catches up to the live broadcast. 2. I 100% agree that there needs to be a “no spoilers” or “hide scores” mode. There’s nothing more annoying than turning on a game after it’s already started only to have the live score blasted in your face. Might as well just start from live at that point. 3. Another annoyance is that you can’t rewind anymore for some reason? In the past, you could, but even that was poorly implemented. If you had rewound and the live broadcast ended, it would dump you out of the video player. Just imagine how irritating that is if the game has gone into overtime - not only does it exit the player, but then (see issue #2) it immediately shows you the final score *totally spoiling the ending!* 4. Lastly, there’s a recent issue I’ve seen in the last few weeks where the player controls never fully go away - a ghosted image (like 5% opacity) of them always remain on screen. This has not been a problem on the iOS app, but I have this problem on 2 different TVs, one that uses an Apple TV and one that uses a browser to access Altitude. All of these are issues that should never have made it into a release. Where’s the QA process?? UPDATE 4/1/26: 1. Glitching/lagging seems to have gotten better. Still not always perfect, but definitely better than before. 2. Still need a way to hide scores. This should be an easy add. 3. Rewind still does not work on AppleTV iOS app 4. The ghosted image of the video player controls that never go away is still a problem. - Also would really love to see a “catch up through key plays” feature like I’ve see from some other providers like ESPN and YouTubeTV
Great App
I truly love this app because my wife is finally able to watch her avalanche games without having a TV provider. But you guys really need to put an altitude app on the Samsung TVs. A lot of people have Samsung’s TVs and unfortunately, we have to cast to them, but hopefully in the future, you guys can put an app on Samsung Tv’s!
Extremely poor app
I got rid of the Altitude channel on DirecTV to get the Altitude app. Takes forever to load at times, delayed during games, will shut off or disconnect, etc. I do not recommend the app over the channel on any other platform.
Disappointed
You pay for the service monthly when the gang goes on you can’t get on to watch it. It keeps asking you who your provider I believe my providers me paying a monthly service to be able to see the games.

I have to pay for another subscription to watch one team I love the avalanche don’t watch the nuggets and have to pay monthly clearly they don’t care about the fans just money.

Glitchy
This is the most glitchy app I’ve ever used. I hate that I have to use it to watch the Avs and the Nuggets. I won’t be renewing next year. It’s not worth the frustration.

Mediocre on the phone, even worse streaming capabilities.
The app functions at a minimum necessary level for streaming purposes. If you want to cast to a TV, forget it. For some unknown reason the casting feature can’t find any TV on the network while every other app on my phone can. I was able to miraculously get the Airplay feature to work, but the app requires your phone to stay active the entire time. Wildly disappointing to pay for Altitude+ and have minimal screen sharing abilities at my own home for nuggets games that are already annoyingly difficult to watch. Edit: 1 star update, two stars would be being able to actually cast do another device.
Freezes
I stream shows all the time so I know it’s not an internet issue but this app freezes every 15-30 seconds when casting to a tv. $20/month to watch the nuggets and it’s frustrating as hell.
