If you want to watch adds and play bs games in an add you never are gunna download this is the game for you ! This game is actually fun but you will spend more time dealing with 5-6 minute unstoppable hot garbage than you will playing the game ! If you want to hate your self even more download this game and waste your life at 2x the pace (handgun sold separately)

Ads getting stuck
Can’t get out of the ads and have to close the app then lose the game I was just playing and way too many ads, should be in between games not every 5-10 balls dropped

Game gets old quickly and there are so many ads. They had an offer to purchase 14,000 gems for 6.99 which I did but they charged my account $74.99. When I complained, they said I had to dispute it through apple. I requested just a refund of the difference, because I still wanted the gems but they said that the offer was no longer available. Got a full refund from apple and Ball Guys took all the gems back. Seems shady to me.
Fix this bug please
There’s a bug in merge where when the ad break timer pops up it freezes at zero and just stays there. The only way to stop it is swiping out of the app and restarting

Greedy predatory fun game
The game is fun and actually polished. If the matching games are what you’re into, this is a blast. I would honestly spend hours on this and even considered spending some money on removing all the ads! But… This app forces ads in the middle of every game. They sell only temporary ad removal and not permanent. $4 for 1 day and $10 for 7 days . An app catered towards children and ADHD-fixations charging like this will only hurt the consumer.
Good game but Crashes A lot after Update
I really enjoy this game and find it relaxing/challenging. However, ever since the update it crashes a lot after the countdown for commercial break. It also sucks that there’s no package to buy for “no ads” permanently. 10$ for a couple of days without adds is just ridiculous. Other than that though it’s a pretty cool game. Just please fix the glitching. Thanks.

I have the play the free merge guys and there's nothing wrong with that but when I am about to place my ball and i watch an ad when the ad is over the ball drops where it last was moved which made me lose so many good runs such as 20k, 11k. Please fix this

the game itself is very good the constant adverts though do get tiring, i also experience some issues where i have a ball merge ticket and when i go into the game screen goes black and i have to restart the game losing my ticket
Pop up ads ruin the game
Ads in the middle of gameplay are not only annoying but have caused me to lose numerous times now. If you are testing placement of the ball before the ad, after it completes the ball will drop in whatever spot you were pressing when the ad popped up. There is no way to avoid this unless you play super slow and essentially wait for an ad to pop up before you begin your next placement. Developers please fix this!!!!
No rewards.
Sorry I feel bad. I like the game mostly. I think battle is fun but hard to learn because you can’t really practice in the battle setting. My son streams and got all his friends and Me (his mom) and sisters to try out the game. We all like it. Purchased a couple things. Last week I got a highscore (weekly, daily, and still holding out monthly) number 1. Was excited but never got rewards for daily or weekly. Not a huge point to compete in the different modes if you don’t get the rewards.

New ad system is terrible. Ads in merge crash the game half the time and I’m still getting ads on cannon when using tickets. Preferred it when it was just watch an ad to start playing and not pop ups all the time. Also was saving tickets for merge and wasn’t able to play for free anymore without using them. Multiple tickets being taken out for merge from cannon was also a terrible change
