This is a good giga app you have to try it out👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Rubbish app
Horrible app. Downloaded it and refused to sign up to free trial. Tried to transcribe notes from a YouTube video but twice after pasting the link, it tells me that I need to ensure the video has a transcript and is under 2 hours even though it’s a 40 minute video. After the 2nd try, it just kept directing me to signing up for their membership. Rubbish. Also, it doesn’t fill the screen when rotated landscape which is annoying.

Its good but i got a problem
Its not showing me any of my lectures i recorded and on top of that it doesn’t let me log back in and i have a subscription i am so disappointed because i have an exam to study for and now i cant :(
So helpful
it make my study easier
T
The app does not allow me to log in.
App review
Wonderful app but would be better if the free users (such as myself) were able to get more access as we only get 2 opportunities to ask for things and majority users (like myself) don’t have it in their budget to get the pro version.
This AI Turns My Chaotic Thoughts Into Organized Genius!
As someone who juggles lecture notes, meeting minutes, and personal journals, NoteGen has revolutionized how I capture and recall information. After 2 months of use, I'm convinced this is the future of note-taking.
Refund
Horrible app they charged me a year instead of a month like I selected! Offered a 80% discount monthly and charged me a year for no reason! Apple and the developers declined any refund! Super disappointed with this app and Apple be careful what you sign up for ! Reported them for fraud because this is false advertising they just want money!
i like this
I like this software, it has been very helpful to me and I will continue to use it in the future. It's really great!!!
Scam
I clicked on purchase for a month and it automatically took out a YEARS worth of cash from my account. This is ridiculous and it didn’t even give me a three day trial. I don’t know what to say I am a college student and cannot afford this.
Awesome tool
Such a great tool for studying! I can turn my notes into a podcast and listen while I’m doing chores or walking to class.
Customer service awful
This is way too expensive. I am aware it is my mistake for mixing up the date the free trial ends, but I have reached out to customer service multiple times and have yet to hear back. As a college student, this is extremely unaffordable and although it may be useful, it is not worth the money. I asked for money back and have not heard from anyone. Hope you don’t need to contact customer service for anything because you won’t hear from them!
It’s worth to subscribe
Very helpful, give me smart summaries from the recordings, and I have quiz and flashcard and podcasts too!!
Can you set the Chinese language?可以设置中文语言吗
I really hope that I can produce a good Chinese version of the app, and I envy English users that they can use this app.
podcast
useful for studying
It works
I can record the lecture and listen afterwards! Recommend to college students!
Saved Me So Much Time
I used to spend hours transcribing my notes. Now, with NoteGen AI, I’m able to focus more on the content and less on the formatting. Highly recọmmended!
