Problem
Not working
Better than highlights
This app it’s so good . The only thing I want is if it had like books for like higher reading levels like not everyone stays in the reading level five to like I don’t know 12 some people get better at reading, right
Serverfeil
Great app, but was sad when they removed Disney content
I love this app and that you can do activities with in some of the books and touch the pictures in the story to interact with them which you can’t do on a lot of reading apps now, but my issue is when they removed the Disney story books from the app Even though I found some other decent books on the app. It’s still kind of sucked. And they only left three of them in there, which kind of stunk. It was like one day I was listening to Disney stories on the app and the next day they were gone. Other than that it teaches you so many things that other apps don’t. And I also love the simplicity of the books. Just don’t like how much of a pain it is to search for books you want to read but overall great app. update. Now I am having a new problem with this app. It whenever I read an animated book on there my headphones start making a funny noise if I put them up to my phone. It only happens with this app and no other app. It’s never done that before and only started doing it after the latest update.
Coooooooooool
This thing is awesome I love reading books
Pickatale

Manglen Sprog!?
Mr
Great app with tons of nice children's stories. Beautifully illustrated and narrated and with very useful interactive features to improve language and vocabulary learning.
Not good
App keeps crashing. Limited data analytics and reporting compared to other reading apps.
Läser stycken i fel ordning.
Yes
This is the perfect app for children. My four year old loves it and my eight year old reads one story ever day. There Are so many books for my kids to pick.
Used to work, now it’s broken and support seems non-existent
This app used to work brilliantly. However it stopped working a couple of days ago on our iPad and any attempts to contact their support remain unanswered
Hei😊❤️

Kjekk app men dårlig service
Ok
Men en lidt livløs oplæsning
So nice
Must have if you have little ones

Good app, shame it can’t be used across iPads
Looks good and works well, but shame subscriptions cannot be used across different iPads in the the family.
Great App
The kids love it. Great selection of books to choose from.
Worst app ever
App is free but then you need to create an account and pay a subscription.
Veldig bra app for språkstimulering.
No customer service
Pros: I love that the books are classic, beautifully illustrated books without the Nickelodeon sass that you find on so many other children's literary apps. I searched far and wide for an app that highlights the word when it's reading the book to you, and this one does that. I love this feature because I feel like it really helps kids learn to read. Cons: the different language features are frustrating. There is no lock on the other languages so my child constantly meandered into the different nationalities and I found her listening to stories she couldn't understand. They also present the new books as a selling point but there is no way of seeing just the new material. New books are impossible to find in the mix of all the books. But worst of all is their customer service. I emailed them three times and contacted them on their Facebook page to get help answering a simple question and never got a response. So frustrating. Don't bother buying the app.
Super for den yngste
3 year old loves it... "Daddy, more 'Tales"
Bravo. This has become the go-to source of stories for our three year old.
Just one thing
I have one problem: I tried to read a book but it only showed the name of the company who made the book/film please help me
Books don't open
Worked fine before. Now clicking on the books has the show up for a second then disappear.
To store mangler i en ellers topp app
Mangler pause- og spolefunksjon...
Perfect app for your kid.
This app is just perfect to keep my kids busy to play with the ipad. They have a lot of nice stories.

Great and informative app for kids
I have 2 toddlers aged 2 and 3 and I always need books for them. This app is great for them.

I hate this
Fantastic app but needs a few tweaks
Just downloaded this app. So far it is fantastic and a really good idea. My 5 year old is having a great time reading the books and any words he doesn’t know he can just tap on the word and it tells him. It has all the oxford reading books (biff and chip) as well as so many others. However, there a few frustrating things that could be tweaked. Firstly the only way I can see to set his reading level is by age. Now some 5 year olds will be reading chapter books whilst others will still be reading the very basics. There is no way to set a rough reading stage only how old he is. I couldn’t even change his age and ended up having to delete his profile and make him a year younger in order to easily find some slightly simpler books. Secondly, once you have set an appropriate age and the app suggest books for your child, you can’t clearly tell the stage until you download and open the book. Each book does have a level but the levels are quite bizarre and not helpful. A photo of one of the pages of the book so you can see exactly what level would be helpful. Ie is it 1-2 basic words a page or whole paragraphs etc. Also, on the overview screen there are just images of the front covers no indication of what level they are and no way to group them eg easy readers, developing, advanced reading etc. Lastly, if we open a book and decide it’s not suitable or what we want, there is no easy way to close it and go back. You have to scroll to the very end and finally the option to go back to the home screen appears. This is very annoying in short books so must be a nightmare with older readers and chapter books.
So glad I found this app!
I babysit two young kids who used to refuse to fall asleep for me. Found the Pickatale app and now they can pick their own story for me to read to them. They're so much better behaved at bedtime now! The design is easy to use and the selection is unbeatable. If you have kids this is a useful app to have.

Great App for Kids!!
I met one of the creators of this app, and he was awesome! And so is this app! Great for kids. Love all the stories and there are new ones being added daily. I am a nanny for 2 children and they love having the story read to them. It's also a plus that they can click on different objects throughout the story. I do wish that the 'read myself' option was a little different. I would love for my kiddos to be able to slide their finger across the words smoothly and continuously while reading along instead of being able to only hit 1 word at a time. Overall, great app! Share with friends!!!
