Convenient App, But Needs Better Stock Availability
Fasto is a very convenient app. It delivers products on time, just as promised, and the overall experience is smooth and reliable. The main issue is that many products are frequently out of stock, which can be very inconvenient. If the app improved product availability, it would be an excellent platform.

when i checked the APP for the products, more than 60% of the products are out of stock. How can you promise to deliver in 10 mins when there is nothing in stock. And a very BAD UI. You guys need to work on it.

Quite helpful, but the products which is required frequently is out of stock most of the times, support staff is helpful, and the delivery time is 14 minutes which is good considering the valley traffic. Hopefully in the future there will be no such thing like “out of stock”!

Well I got a chance to order today thru fasto even though I had the app long before. I am pretty amazed to say that they did deliver at the right time that was ten minutes. And the mind you the price wasn’t over charged. It was the price you would pay at any store. Thanks fasto you were pretty fasto

I appreciate the idea behind fasto and promise of quick delivery. However, I noticed an inconsistency that could affect the user trust. The app advertised 10 mins delivery, but when placing order the estimated delivery time shows around 29 mins. This is very misleading to users who expect the promised delivery time.

I have been using Fasto for some time now, and it has been a great experience. The app is easy to navigate, deliveries have always been on time as advertised, and the customer service is very responsive. I appreciate how they keep you informed throughout the delivery process including the live gps tracking, which makes everything smooth, unique and convenient. Whether it is food, groceries, or daily essentials, the items always arrive in good condition and honestly there’s a vast diversity of products. It is great to have such a reliable and efficient delivery service in Nepal. I highly recommend Fasto to everyone.
