Constantly changing
I have it set for one affirmation per day. It gives me like ten. It’s annoying. I want to focus on one affirmation per day. Not multiple.
One of my favorites
This would easily get five stars from me if it had a better widget. At the very least, the ability to make a fully transparent widget (based on background wallpaper, etc.). MD Blank app does this well and I often add quotes from this app to that one in order to have them display nicely on my Home Screen. However, that is such a hassle. Thanks!

I believe this will be an amazing start to a new opportunity. I am in love with trying new ways to cope with my disabilities. I am unsure of why I cannot come to terms that my life has become one big mix up massive miss understanding. I believe that I don’t listen enough and I talk to Much. I am so impulsive I forget what consequences are waiting for me. Why did I just become the center of attention, that is not what I meant for to happen. All this time that I have been waiting to Shyne and now given the opportunity I am literally stuck in a dug out cleaning gunk and vile out of a mixed up container. Beloved the day comes and I am playing the star. I hoped and prayed to be come a lie dectector and a inhumane emotional detecting savage. And here I am which is not what I’ve truly wanted. Provide, family, love kills!
New Update
I’m not totally crazy about a few things with this update. I loved this app but one change in particular really has me missing it greatly. Why did you remove the word Smile on the daily's! I loved those because even when I’d had a bad day I would read the daily and then it would remind me to SMILE I hope that comes back! It was such an important thing to me! Secondly the icon stinks! I like the old one better! I don’t even get this egg photo for an icon! I’m sure there’s probably some other meaning behind it but to me it looks like an egg! Dumb! I do like new photos and I haven’t had a chance to check out any other sections yet but hoping they will be great.

I hate this app. IMO it’s uninspired, shallow and pointless.

I love this app and the fact that you can set a time whenever you need a positive message I just wish it would notify you multiple times a day if you want. Overall it gives you a new message everyday and even has little books to read I recommend reading one book a day. The messages are really inspiring and you can favourite so many and no limit. I really love when you turn a page and the animation is so realistic and no ads! I personally love this and recommend getting this app.
i’m not sure how to feel
At first i really liked this app, but then I started to get really weird messages on my home screen. It just creeped me out.

Great App that I use every morning
I used to love this app
I used to really enjoy this app and used it regularly. It had really great phrases and you could favourite them. I really hoped they would add a way to flip through the ones you favourited as it would make an excellent mindfulness session. Now it’s all just garbage quotes. Bruce Lee talking about “discarding what is not essential” and other irrelevant bumf. The quotes don’t make me feel mindful or aware at all so now it’s just some photos and the same background music with annoying quotes. I don’t use it at all any more and I regret updating it.

After downloading this app, I’ve instantly felt calm and so much more peaceful. I have a suggestion I think would be great! Customisable widgets - simply a colour theme & a slideshow of quotes refreshed daily. I also love how this app doesn’t take up loads of storage like other quotes apps :)

App doesn’t open
Since a couple of weeks the app doesn’t open. Still get the notifications bit cannot open the app. Orherwise i would give 5 stars
Wonderful
Dreamy…………absolutely Dreamy. I truly adore the selections chosen by the curators of this app. The best meditation app I’ve ever found and used. What a blessing. I don’t know how to describe how much more enjoyable it’s been to just be still for a few moments in my day since I found this gem. It is so comforting and calming. So different from how the world is right now. I’m thankful^_^

(downloads) Now...... 4:00 Mindful: Notification So, as you can see, I love and use this app ALL THE TIME!!!! there is one flaw though... Me: (wanting to make more noties) Mindful: PAY FOR IT Me: No! $50 a YEAR?! No way! Yeah, so it's really expensive! Can you make it so you only have to pay once, like $10 or something? I hate that it's so expensive! Anyway, I love this app otherwise. Have a great day! 💙 (Edit) also this app sometimes gives me not so positive quotes like the one word quotes like "losing". WHY?!?
Don’t like the emojis
I used to love this app but now they are putting emojis on the messages and I really dislike that. I think no emoji prompt are needed. This is not instagram but something to make you think and meditate about. Very unhappy.
Used to be amazing
This app was perfect and really helped start the day with positivity, but since an update which added emojis and more cringe lines it’s just not the same. Things like ‘put your crown on 👑’ instead of actual insightful mindfulness

Annoying
I don’t normally leave reviews but I downloaded this app hoping to help my mental health at the minute because everything is bad busy instead I just found it cheesy and it felt like it was minimising and ridiculing my current state

I find this app very helpful to look at a couple at night also I like that it allows you to save your favourite I really recommend and it’s free I just find it frustrating that it fails to work sometimes I also like that you can go back and look at old ones and you can move on to a new one each time if you want even though some are rather random

Very poor
The messages of wisdom are very poor. Nothing inspiring or thought provoking. Much more effort is needed from the programmers.
Good, but simple texts
Well, it’s a good app. BUT a lot of the texts are simple and unrealistic. And the “smile” at the end is annoying -I’ll smile if the text is good enough to make me smile. But you are forcing it because the text is too simple and unnecessary
Might be good for but personally made me worried
It is a good app but for me it made me stressed.It might work for you and make you really calm but some how I got really panicked.The app had good messages but I did think about some of them way to much which made me worried.over all I recommend this to people who don’t get stressed really easily.

Overall excellent however would like it to refresh the list of suggestions more often as have gone through a few cycles of the same suggestions now. But really enjoy the comments provided.

I have been using this app for 2 weeks now. I think its great for all people, except those who dont want this app. I wish they would add maybe 2 a day. Because I really want more!

Not worth the cost!
For £17.99 per year, I was expecting more content and interactive content. Instead, you get one “inspirational” quote per day, which often appears to have been poorly translated to English from another language. Totally not worth the money. AVOID!
Just breathe!
This app is a ripcord to my day, chiming in at the right time to give me a much-needed respite from an often hectic schedule! I have shared it with a few friends who agree that it is a gentle reminder to let go and "just breathe"!
Mostly good
I enjoy the app and would love to unlock more little 7 second meditations – it's a great concept, but I would never pay £4.99 a month for more! That's just too much. A 99p upgrade fee would be more like it. Also an option to add some custom sayings/reflections would be nice. But it's useful and often helpful for grounding me when stressed out.
Daily Mindset Redirection
Everyday has been a struggle in my head. It’s almost as though, I am trying to survive by pushing my self down and away. I get these daily and most of the time. I get guided back to where I want to be. Thank you.

Love it, except...
I love the daily reminder but I wish I could turn off the sharing buttons. They are really distracting to me. I understand you need people to share to spread the word, and many people can filter out all the extra noise from these sharing buttons. For me however, it is so distracting from the message, I may have to remove the app. The smile at the end is also distracting. Can you make it so the distracting parts can be turned off? That would be wonderful! Because I really do love the app.
