What people like
- Kids actually enjoy playing the games
- Clean graphics without overstimulation
- Sound effects are not annoying
- Teaches real math concepts well
What they complain about
- Subscription price feels too high
- Free version limits are very strict
- App crashes or has bugs often
- Customer support is unresponsive or slow
pedagogy, engagement, not annoying
Good pedagogy, kids love it, and the sound effects are NOT ANNOYING (actually kind of cute) so parents can stand to listen to it day after day, hour after hour! Clever games for teaching actual concepts, not just arithmetic. And the fact that it was developed by an actual graphic design graduate also shows. My kid was obsessed with it back when the trial version let you play 3 games a day before cutting you off. Once we paid and play was unlimited, we had to implement some screen time limits, but then kid lost interest because of no longer getting cut off so quickly each day (plus we were encouraging its use, so lost the reverse psychology advantage). Wish the paid version had a way to set a daily limit on number of games!

Bad app
its good, but the subscription prices are a little bit too much
im looking for random apps on the app store, and i found this. i think it’s pretty good, the character designs are nice, especially tally. my favorite part is the tally catch, and i like how tally gets new outfits. i like it, but its not worth paying over $50 for a subscription. also sometimes the games in the daily adventure mode can be the same thing over and over again. no offense tho, its good

Enriching, Well-designed, Educational
As a mom, I love this game for my 3 yr old because now he’s learning math at a kindergarten level and doesn’t even realize it. We love how the graphics are non-overstimulating and how clear, well thought-out the math problems are organized and designed. Please keep up the great work and love put into this app for kids. Searched everywhere and nothing beats this app in terms of math-friendly games for preschoolers without over-the-top cartoons. The graphics are clean and classy. 5 stars

Best Scaffolding Math App
Overall, this is the best scaffolding math app that I could find for our daughter who has played other great math apps like MathTango, Endless Numbers, ST Math, LogicLike and others. We wish the handwriting recognizer would be everywhere and we want the developers to add Apple Pencil support everywhere too! The multiplication and division apps seem the weakest and need more thought. For multiplication, tying skip counting to multiplication would be nice and, for both multiplication and division, having more pragmatic scaffolding would be nice; like, use a math model of 5 cars have 5 x 4 wheels, 7 ducks have 7 x 2 feet, etc… and division could be modeled as “how much pizza does each kid get if it’s evenly divided between 5 plates or how many candies does each kid in their Halloween bag if it’s evenly divided between 6 kids.” The quick math (addition) app could be repurposed to support multiplication and it would be a nice way for kids to build up a multiplication table. i.e. 7x0 ducks, 7x1 ducks, etc… Fractions could be further improved by showing glasses that didn’t have equal parts next to glasses that had equal parts so kids would have to choose the glass with equal parts. That said, our daughter loves this app (a lot) and plays it everyday.

I paid full price for “lifetime” usage and now they’re squeezing even more money by making me subscribe. “Lifetime” usage is a lie.
Math
In math children learn how to add, subtract, multiply, divide and so on. The best way to teach math to kids is to simply make it a game and I think that this app does a great job doing that. This app also has little monsters that for me make math fun and joyful. In conclusion math has a whole other side to it and that side should be expressed more and I am happy this app expresses it.

Days
I love todo math it is fun. I playing it on my IOS device. It says I on version 6.23.1 but that is not the version I played before. I wish you guys will bring back the other version like 4 years ago. I only can play Todo math 3 times a day now witch is sad for me and probably the others people who are playing todo math. I want to know if you guys will bring back the other version on my IOS device that had day 1 day 2 day 3 and keeps going forever and ever on my IOS device.
Amazing
This is an amazing app it is great for improving your math skills I remember not liking math but then my parents set me up with this app and math has been my favorite subject ever since
Bring back unlimited play
So this was a great app to keep my daughter entertained. She was able to play the free version as much as she wanted. They recently took that away and now you can only play 6 times every day for free. I wish this wasn’t a subscription. If it was a pay once and you own it I’d do it cause my daughter loves it. Until either the free version comes back with unlimited or it’s not subscription based I have to keep my low rating.
Upgrade
Upgrade has introduced some weird Behaviour and reset some of the progress, but not on others. Progress says too slow, but. Wrote upgrade my kid was going too fast.. missions has all been reset.. dIly challenge has day 45 on it looks like a couple of teething bugs in there, hopefully you can sort out

Good math game and privacy
My 5yo really loves the math games and i sit next to her in all of her game and it is very smart game. Also, im pleased with their privacy policy unlike other children apps,
restore purchase not working
We bought the subscription on May 2015 but haven’t been able to make it work despite following the instructions.
Great
Instead to messing around killing silly monsters or racing not se se games My son has progressed a lot in his maths. Each penny is worth

Used to be good
I paid for this when it wasn’t a subscription and now I have to pay again, I am very disappointed because I enjoyed this app and I am not buying a subscription so I can play this because it costs way too much now.
Awesomeness
My son who is almost 4 loves this app. He’s been playing with the free version since 3 and a half and has enjoyed it since then. It’s one of his favorites. The games are smart but they push. Great app.
Not so good when they made it into monthly subscription
I bought this app 6 years ago and it was the best app ever for my daughter but now it has become a subscription app and we don’t have access to what we use to have Im so disappointed and to think that I recomended this app so many times for being a one time pay app and for having everything kids can use to learn but now its content can not be played if you don’t pay a subscription for a month or a year how sad.
Why know star trophies? Just points? By Gracious girl/Super crosser
I love this app. It great! But just one thing i have to ask about this app. I have so many points, almost 10,000! But i still don’t get trophy 🏆 s. why? When do you get trophies? I need you to fix this if trophies are supposed to appear below 10,000! Please! ☹️

What about level G???
It has been more than a year since they’ve been opening it
PLEASE!!!
Please let the maps enter the game again. I play this and I think this game is ever so slightly boring. Can you please put the maps back. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASY PLEASE POLICE PLEASY PLEASE!!!
Too expensive!
Not worth the money for annual subscription, there isn't enough learning material to engage a child year round, not to mention the price has skyrocketed in the last year! Not worth playing without the subscription because they eliminated all the features that made it fun… such as periodically earning map pieces for practicing on free play.
Impossible to get refund within 3 days as advertised
Getting message please check unused coupons even if I never used any coupons. App looks well built but my kid got bored of it after 1 hour. Also on the highest skill level number tracing only goes up to 20 which should be increased to at least 100
TODO MATH!!!
Todo math is the greatest math ever. I don’t even have to write !
Poor Customer Service
The App is great up to 2nd grade. We mistakenly purchased for 3rd graders and despite many emails to the company still have not received a response even. Not happy with their customer service.
AWESOME
This is awesome but, they only have kindergarten and grade 1.😃😃😕
Wait a minute
These accounts cost money!
Huh?
So I was just on todo Math and I drew. a 4 for 2+2 like this 4 and it thought it was a 16... ?
Our favorite math app
My son has been using this for years and I always tell my friends it’s worth every penny. It coordinates so well with his math curriculum. Now that he’s reached the last level, I’m sad to find there aren’t other math apps designed this thoughtfully!
The latest version is buggy!
My son like the app, so I am trying to register and subscribe the full version. But when I try to verify my email, it always say 'server error'. Tried last weekend, and just tried again, same problem! Also when clicking subscription button, no response for a minutes, and have to kill the app to continue. Hope developers will fix these problems soon.
Works well
It has not crashed for us on an ipad3. It is really very good and has my son engaged but 9.99 is quite a lot money for it without any stats to look at the progress and a lot of the games are easy to cheat.
Sound does not work
Had for one year, working great and renewed for two years, but the sound no longer works. Checked the iPad, deleted and reinstalled, just not working. Seems like I am not the only one with this issue.
It’s fine but...
It’s not worth $50+ for a year. I might consider a few months of a monthly subscription, but I’m not unloading more than $50 - and that’s a promo price - on an app that might kids might get through in a couple of months. Consider the people that can’t or don’t want to drop an annual payment for an app.
