No Payment Confirmation, led Me AED 150 Fine
The monthly subscription process in this app is extremely frustrating and unreliable. When I completed the payment, the app immediately returned to the payment page. The payment option disappeared, and I had to wait around 30 minutes without any confirmation. There was no message to tell me whether the payment was successful, failed, or still processing. I tried multiple times, refreshed the app repeatedly, and kept checking my email, but there was no notification or update at all. The next morning, I received a parking fine of AED 150 because I couldn’t confirm whether my subscription had been activated. An app that handles parking payments should provide instant payment confirmation and clear status updates. If there are technical issues, users should be informed immediately instead of being left guessing. This experience cost me both time and money. Please fix the payment flow and notification system before more customers receive unnecessary fines due to app issues.

Car details cannot be saved
The app does not save car plate detail forcing me to re-enter them EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This is such a simple yet necessary feature that is not fixed for at least half a year already. I don’t know that this company is doing all that time, but I’m not happy I have to pay for such terrible service.

Worst app
They deduct your money but often fail to issue a parking ticket. When you call their customer service, they refuse to take responsibility, neither resolving the issue nor processing a refund. This has happened to me more than 4-5 times. Top make matters worse, their customer service representatives are extremely rude, unhelpful and unwilling to understand the customer’s concerns. They simply insist that there is no issue on their end and tell you to contact your bank for a refund instead of taking any accountability. This is one of the worst apps i have ever used, backed by some of the poorest customer service i have experienced. The complete lack of accountability, combined with rude and unprofessional representatives, makes the entire experience incredibly frustrating.

Don’t enable hourly auto-renewal; it renews my car for 4 days, 18 hours 👎🏼(I choose hourly not daily)
Having issues in saving car details and detection in zone
In first one month everything was good since 3/4 months facing this issue some of cars details it’s not saving and some where zone is not getting detected sometimes it’s showing only pay option as a Apple Pay

Great app with a user friendly interface, making payment transactions easier!
Bad experience, multiple fund deductions.
There is nothing effortless about this app, deducts your money but doesn’t raise a ticket need to pay multiple times and locating a parking spot is so slow.
Non UAE phone numbers
Please Allow non UAE phone numbers and tourists to create account and pay for parking spaces with either Email alone or allow Non UAE phone numbers to register. Currently non UAE phone numbers can not get past the OTP registration because the sms requires a UAE phone number to finalize.

Honestly, this app makes parking so easy in Dubai. Once I have set it, it is originally associated with the UAE pass, so I can manage parking easily. Finding a place, paying for parking, and even i can schedule parking in advance. The ability to track my parking tickets and handle the fines in the app is super convenient. Said that, like any new app, it is a little learning status, but once you are used to it, it is a smooth sailing. Integration with public parking buildings and automatic payment options are good additions. It should certainly be one for trouble -free parking in Dubai!

App is very badly designed and developed. Not user friendly and no direct support for refund. I would rate 1 out of 10 for this app
No rta login
RTA login doesn't seem to be working at all, both on ios, android and web. No way of accessing funds in RTA wallet.

Extreme bugs and Overcharging
Dear All, If you’re using iPhone and apple do not use this app. I specifically request all to not use the subscription request through the app. I wanted a 1 month subscription they charged me 3 months money. When I raised complaint they asked for proof. I dint have. Next time kept taking screenshots at all steps the same bug again lost money. Raised complaint again. Happened in an interval of 3 months. No checking. Even the payment receipt says 1 month subscription, but charged for 3 months. Very sad such a big institution not understanding issues. Customer care said they never faced any issues before. SO PLEASE BE AWARE.

developers please make sure at least that the UI is properly visible. the ad banner is blocking the parking selection options at the bottom. really ridiculous

Parking is so overpriced here in dubai Country should really reduce the fees to have your car stationary on this country’s roads Owning a. Car is become a curse more than a blessing Worst part is even if you pay for a parking for many hours and when the deadline expires and you were even late by two minutes, you get fined by the silly cars that drive past you with the cameras Frustrating system honestly, they have a lot to learn from foreign western countries It’s almost impossible to speak to an agent on the phone or the app. I tried to submit a permit for my brother who is a POD temporarily that also got rejected like nothing about this app is worth appreciating all their services don’t work properly except when it comes to taking your money, that part works just fine.
