The premium is disgusting
I am here referring to the App not the agency itself as it is good The premium added is disappointing as its not the kind of premium that adds benefit, its the kind of product premium that remove existing quality of life and ask an absurd amount of money for it. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful project strategy.

Great at first, ⊠when paid?!
The Apps provide a good channel of job finding. We log shift start and end daily to let employers know our work so as to get paid. However, since July2026, a premium plan is imposed. Once logged, we are not able to review them, not even the day before. We have to log them outside the apps if we need the numbers to compare the pay slip, that is compiled in next week. The hours: the shift offered, our shift logged, employer logged, early release to home, break deduction, they are present as one lump sum figure only. đââïž Logs of days or current week or last week before the reconciliation slip was presented should be a basic feature đ€

A ver, agradezco que me hayan conseguido un buen puesto de trabajo pero debido a las reiteradas situaciones que hemos vivirlo tanto mis compañeros como yo pues no puedo quedarme callado mĂĄs. El dĂa de pago de lo pasan por lo que viene siendo el arco del triunfo, ya que dicen que pagarĂan en un lapso de fechas y al final acaban haciendo lo que les da la gana. Acerca de las pagas extras o las remuneraciones especiales que dan las empresas por productividad termina siendo un cachondeo debido a que aquĂ los buenos de la ETT se quedan cada mes con lo que les apetece Y por Ășltimo, cuando dicen que van a hacer algo hĂĄganlo, no nos dejen ahora con el culo al aire, dicho de una forma vulgar, y nos vayan a decir luego que hubo algĂșn festivo o algĂșn problema con el banco ya que nos pusieron 3 dĂas de lapso para pagar y ninguno de esos 3 dĂas recibimos el sueldo.

Locking something as basic as previous shift history and estimated pay behind a ÂŁ7.50 per month âPremiumâ subscription is nothing more than monetising information that workers should already have access to. People use this app to earn a living. Being able to check what youâve worked and roughly what youâre expecting to be paid isnât a luxury featureâitâs an essential part of managing your finances, especially during a cost-of-living crisis. Instead of improving the app, fixing bugs, or adding genuinely useful premium features, youâve chosen to put core functionality behind a paywall. It feels like youâre charging workers just to access information about their own work. This change comes across as greedy, out of touch, and completely anti-worker. If this is the direction the platform is taking, donât be surprised if people start looking elsewhere for employment agencies that treat their workers with more respect. I sincerely hope you reverse this decision, because itâs a terrible precedent to set.

Jumped through all the hoops
I did all the things required to onboard and even downloaded this app. No joy. Canât log into the app with the credentials I was given and provided via the website and the app. Need to schedule a drug test and there arenât any dates available to finish the process and no one but an AI bot if you can get to it to answer any questions.

Finished all my documentation off this mornings had a quick FaceTime with one of your employees in regards to verification, once this was all completed I was phoned and had a contract sent to me which I signed and then told I have an interview tomorrow with the hope of starting work next Monday. Very fast and helpful to get myself back into work

I applied to a job on here that they keep reposting and I really wanted to work for but after clicking on the call CLARA button it stayed stagnant loading for hours itâs now been 2 days in the same position so first I texted the company and then got an automated text back they didnât even r read the message then I called all the numbers i could to reach someone and i didn reach one number only for them to tell me they arenât apart of the branch so they canât do anything he then said heâd send me the email of someone who can help me in which he never did then i went and found the emails myself to the company and sent them enquiries about the job and my cv which i was told to send on the email and heard nothing back if you want a job donât use this company itâs a waste of time and they wonât help you at all

stupid new memborship
they added a new membership on the app which lets you past shift you've worked and a clocking diary history, but literally until a couple of days ago this was just a normal feature of the app. i dont understand why an app which whole point is to clock in and out for work needs be putting in such basic features and charging them for it.

La IA, dice que actualices todo, software del mĂłvil y app, todo actualizado. Sino, elimina y reinstalar. Tampoco sirve. No se ponen en contacto nunca, Solo escribe IA, que debes subir tu nĂșmero de cuenta. (Aunque ya estĂĄ el CDT) Intento contactar, y no funciona la bendita app. A estas alturas no he cobrado aĂșn.

Absolutely diabolical and disgusting of them to even try and charge workers to see their shifts and how much money theyâve earned . ÂŁ7.50 just to see how many hours youâve worked . Itâs literally exploitation! Honestly embarrassing as some agency workers need to see and keep record of their earnings and shifts and now theyâre charging them to do it , as if they donât have bills and mouths to feed. Honestly frustrating and disappointing.

Pide demasiados documentos fuera de base que no tienen nada q ver con los aplicativos. Prevé mås bien un recolector de información personal el cual creo q vulnera la seguridad de los usuarios. Debe enfocarse mås en brindar vacantes y asà hacer mås fåcil aplicar en ellas. No tiene los filtros suficientes para poder buscar vacantes con los estudios o perfiles de cada profesional

Algo que podrĂa ayudar serĂa acceso a la realizaciĂłn de pruebas como las psicomĂ©tricas que son muy generales, asĂ se avanzarĂa en cuanto al perfil del candidato y se tendrĂa mayor informaciĂłn para el reclutador.
