Once u learn how to use this app it is so awesome! Now do not get anxious when you first try to use it. It is way worse than u are making it. lol. Just google it and it will walk u thru the instructions and they are easy. Love it! Def recommending.

Good app, with bugs
This app is really nice at what it does: making you a streaming list that shows what’s on the apps you own that is generally accurate. Though it does crash, and the search sometimes doesn’t work because it won’t update as you type. (Typing slower sometimes helps) It’d be nice if you could make lists of specific movies too, rather than just use their filters.
Streaming Services
I was looking forward to this APP. The one I currently use is wrong about availability just about every time. Sadly, Yidio categorized more than half of my streaming APPs as “Not Installed”. This includes: Amazon Prime Hulu Netflix Nick Jr Syfy Starz Peacock and several more These APPs are in my iPhone. Each one of them is working. I’m on iOS 15.5 on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. There is 174GB available. I have deleted and reinstalled Netflix (for example). Still “Not Installed”. I opened a support ticket almost a week ago. The same day I started my free trial. The trial ends tomorrow. Not a peep out of Yidio. I canceled the subscription.

My husband and I used to love this app but over the last few months, it’s wrong almost every time I look up a show or movie.

Gone Downhill
No longer reliably deep links to apps. Often very outdated or blatantly incorrect info. I used to love this app. Yesterday I was looking for Hellboy. NO LISTINGS. Today they suddenly appear. Time waster. Devs please restore this app to its former usefulness, right now it’s a joke.
Consistently useful
I’ve been a satisfied user for years. I’ll happily pay for the premium subscription when it’s priced right.
Slow
Love that I can keep track of what shows I'm on and what episode of each show in on. Also love that I can find what streaming device each show is on. But most of the time it's so slow and it buffers and doesn't bring what you have clicked on up at all, it will keep spinning/buffering even after a few minutes. I try to force close the app often, restart my phone sometimes even, but always the same issue. I have been using this app for over 3 years. I love its features but Hate the constant buffering and slowness of the app. They really need to fix that! Seems like it's been getting worse over the years happening more often and for longer wait times.

Had my information stolen a few times on the dark web through Yidio. I got alerts more than twice from my Mastercard Identity Theft Monitoring Account. I have plenty of information to prove this, so be VERY careful when giving your information to Yidio. I've since deleted my account and won't be using them anymore.

Down the Drain…
What used to be my ‘Go-to’ app for up to date info on any film or TV series anywhere on the Web, has become a useless piece of trash. It was THE app to locate and watch anything and everything I ever wanted, a Search Engine for Entertainment. … All gone. It isn’t even worth the space it uses to keep it on my devices. I was practically begging them to develop a version for Apple TV. Now it’s not even staying on my iPod. Goodby old friend. Whoever is responsible should be drawn and quartered!

Not anymore
Used to my go to app for finding where to watch certain movies/shows but unreliable now. Everything is on Netflix…news flash, it’s not. May get fixed but I won’t know, deleting.

I keep unhiding streaming sources & Yidio keeps re-hiding them! Stop it!!! Also, it’s not accurate: says Cumberbatch Sherlock is on Netflix - it hasn’t been since May 2021… so only 11 months behind.
Pretty Good
I used this app for a while to find out where I could watch certain shows. They seem to have moved away from that convenience feature in recent updates. Also, the app is very slow, and always has been. I’ve since switched to JustWatch and I like it much better.

Inaccurate
The whole point is to see what's streaming but the software cannot keep up with the timing of when it's on a certain app or the region. It's really unusable.
So bad
Sometimes search can find a show, and sometimes it can’t, with the same search criteria. Once you do find the show you have to click into an episode to find out what services it is on. Lacks any attempt at a user friendly UI.
Still unable to launch
This used to be a great app that I used all the time to locate and watch the shows and movies that I want it. Recently something has happened where the app has been unable to launch ! even with a couple of app updates the app still does not launch ! what is going on

Be careful about the apps you download. I don’t even remember using yidio and somehow my data was breached through them! Be careful ladies and gentlemen and change your passwords
Streaming options no longer available.
I have used this app for years because it would tell me where I can watch/stream movies. Somehow, that option is no longer visible, or hidden behind a paywall. The only option I get it to watch something on Youtube.
So convenient!
I love and recommend this app. I subscribe to many different streaming platforms and hated searching each one for a particular title. My only question to the developers is: I see you have Disney Now, but when will Disney+ be included?
Very poor customer support
I have a problem with the Applications I selected disappearing every time I use the app. I contacted customer support and (mind I am a paying customer) and they were no help at all then discontinued my account. So poor quality product with bad support. Do not use. I wish I could give them a negative in stars.

This app is not very polished… yet they want $48 annually!! The excellent Letterboxd app is $19 per year! Not a difficult choice…
Doesn't play just sends you to other apps and still doesn't work.
Awful. Just sends you to other apps and still doesn't play as it says you need to down load that app (such as Amazon Prime) and then says you need to down load it even though it already is down loaded and then still Doesn't let you play the video it says it has but really doesn't. TOTALLY USELESS!' And won't let you manage the subscription from the app! So you can't delete it. DO NOT DOWN LOAD! It's a waste of $4.95. What a rip off.
Breached data’s alert on my credit reports
Never download this app or website that they basically breached my email, password, and username since I got notified from credit reports has feature called dark web alert. Never trust this app/website!
