平時使用App 查資訊，介面順手，但發現站內設施與營運資訊還有不少可優化的空間。若能在後續版本加入以下功能，體驗會更好： 1. 設施位置導引（標示靠近幾號出口）： · 車站詢問處、失物招領處、廁所、置物櫃：希望能直接標註「靠近 X 號出口」，置物櫃若能同步顯示大/中/小櫃位的即時可借數量會非常方便。 2. 站內與周邊視覺地圖： · 站內平面圖：希望提供像站內看板一樣的平面圖，並支援分層顯示（如 B1/B2 樓層圖）。 · 車站位置圖：開啟時直接將車站置中於地圖，並清晰標示周邊地標與出口位置。 3. 即時運行公告： · 第一時間顯示列車延誤、班次調整或設備維護等突發狀況，方便乘客彈性規劃行程。 這些都是乘客在現場最需要的資訊，期待開發團隊能考慮採納，感謝 🙏

完全拉完了永遠都是系統忙碌中。是怎樣我他媽也很趕啊，人提早來準時來等什麼車都有很大機率等不到，然後因為系統慢我重新跑幾次頁面就以為車還有，然後等超久才又發現太棒了車早就過了。我實在不知道是不是一直以來的app都有這個問題，這一個系統是我目前用過最沒讓我感受到便利性的。早知道騎機車了

界面太複雜了，而且對網路傳輸要求過高，偶爾還會出現不準確，更難以找到舊版地圖顯示公車位置顯示在地圖上的功能）我很常用）

一進去就一直跳出路線更新失敗的視窗，換了幾個網路都沒用，而且一關掉馬上又跳出來，完全無法操作其他功能。

爛爛爛爛到爆了，公車全部不見，根本不知道車子什麼時候來。

容量占很多 而且每次進去都要更新 有時很急忙會有點耽誤 但是程式做的很有質感 很不錯

1、常用站牌中無法看到最近一班車的即時動態，以致無法了解車子已到達何處！ 2、常用站牌中無法了解下一班“輕軌”的到站訊息，不好預估行程！（輕軌車次間距長，不似捷運間距短，可忽略資訊）
