Try to online check in and comes up with an error message time and time again at different stages. Worst airline app I’ve used completely useless.

Man kann nich selbst sowohl in der App als auch auf der Website seine Buchung ändern oder verwalten.
Schönere App, leider mit technischen Schwächen
Der Aufruf gebuchter Flüge gelingt schneller und zuverlässiger als mit der alten App. Aber leider ist es mit der neuen App leider unmöglich zusätzliche Extras zu vorhandenen Buchungen hinzuzufügen. Der Aufruf bleibt IMMER im Nirgendwo hängen.

Check-In Möglichkeit Standby Ticket
Die neue Version gefällt mir ganz gut. Wie auch in vorherigen Rezensionen erwähnt fehlen noch ein paar Details. So auch die Möglichkeit als Standby Passagier einzuchecken. Bei LH und anderen Airlines ist das durchaus möglich. Es würde sowohl das Personal am Schalter als auch den Fluggast entlasten, wenn die Option hinzugefügt werden würde.

Try to book extras like seat selection and added luggage, says no contact details, fill that out next page payment selection then no matter which payment you chose it goes back to no contact information and start again filling it out. Impossible.

Uygulama Sunexpress'e yakışmıyor, şehirler arası otobüs firması değil ki bu. Eski hali gayet güzeldi. Umarım yorumları ciddiye alır düzeltirler, çünkü hava yolundan sogutuyor bu uygulama insanı. Ben SunExpress'ten bilet alacağım zaman aracı kurumlardan alıyorum. Uygulamayı yenileme tarihinden sonra eminim benim gibi bir çok müşteri aracı kurumlara yönelmiştir uygulamayı kullanmak yerine.
Difficult to use
The app is impossible to use. There are buttons not working, no autofill available. I was able to close the page when purchasing a ticket and waiting for the bank. So it got cancelled and I had to start again.

Worst app I've ever used
Isn't up to date and shows incorrect information. 3 months after they moved me to a flight later in the day it is still not showing up properly on the app. Showed I had purchased a different type of fair than I had. Incredibly difficult to use when it's like this

Special Assistance Requests Disappear After Booking – Ongoing Issue with SunExpress
We are extremely frustrated with SunExpress Airlines. Every time we book a ticket, we carefully select the “special assistance” option during the reservation process. However, once the ticket is purchased, this request simply disappears from the system. This issue happens every single time without exception! When we arrive at the airport, no one seems to have any record of our request, and we end up facing serious inconvenience and stress. How is this acceptable? Are passengers’ needs really treated with such disregard? We strongly urge the responsible teams to address and fix this issue immediately. Instead of ignoring passengers’ needs, please fix your system and stand behind the service you claim to provide!

Hallo, die neue App ist wirklich nicht gut. Das System kann anscheinend nicht zwischen Direktbuchung und Reiseveranstalterbuchung unterscheiden. Hier sollte - wie auf der Webseite - wieder die Auswahl zwischen den beiden Buchungsarten eingebaut werden. Wie in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen ist, fehlt es hier deutlich an einer Qualitätssicherung.

Dear SunExpress They canceled my flight even no reason ,I check same flight on website price up and 9 tickets left what can l say that ?? I bought that flight one way £90 including my bags please look after your customers be honest for customers never ever flight again !! I made a plans during to my flight dates I upset me
Needs constant work
When it works it’s great. But.. it rarely works properly. There are issues signing in, it doesn’t remember you.. there are booking issues with wrong PNR numbers, or doesn’t recognise your name or booking. The arrow going round and round, never ending.. trying to book today is a nightmare.
Poor customer service
I’ve been trying without success to speak to anyone with ref to my forthcoming flight I just need to load my seats I’ve been unable to carry out this task via my app
Just be careful
So we got a flight from London Stansted to Antalya and we were delayed 4 hours,( the plane hadn’t even left turkey at the time). The website is so bad, check in was a mission, had to call them up, and turns out they never even sent me the right PNR number. Also the flight wasn’t too bad, food’s not the best but air food never is and the landing was a bit rocky. To conclude if you plan to use these just be prepared for difficult website usage, and don’t expect anything to be on time. Thanks for reading if you did.
