Scam
This company has been charging me for more than a year now and their customer service guy apparently quit his job. They have done NOTHING to help me cancel my subscription. DO NOT give these people money. I’m only putting 1 star because there isn’t an option for ZERO. They DONT answer emails, they DONT answer instagram DMS, and to top it all off: if you search for fitted closet customer service on google, their site DOESNT EVEN WORK. IT WONT LET YOU SEND A MESSAGE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY. COMPANY FILLED TO THE BRIM WITH SCAMMERS.
So many bugs to fix
Why is my accessory showing up on my tops? I’ve put it under accessory and it still shows up on there. It ruins everything when i do try to shuffle. Plus, what kills this app, it logs me out every single time i dont use it for awhile. I have to log in everytime i open the app. Fix it please

i rlly dont like this app, its so expensive and for what??? the ai in it sucks so much and its so overplayed. i ask for a good summer outfit snd it gives me black hoodie, green sweatpants, and a hoodie in the shoes section, i tell it i dont likr that and i wajt summer wear and it just doesnt listen. and u only have like 20 submissions with the ai before u cant use it anymore. pls dont waste ur money on this app bc it sucks. it genuinley is so bad pls dont buy it

New update doesn’t let you add new pieces. When you go to search an error code appears. Great app otherwise.
Excellent way to manage a closet
As a college student with a proudly large wardrobe, it's important for me to be able to not fall into the routine of wearing the first thing I grab each morning and this app massively helps improve my outfit diversity. It has become so easy to see all of my options and this app has become part of my morning routine as I go to the app to view all of my clothing with no bias when forming an outfit. Highly recommend. How does anybody enjoy this app?
This is probably the most user-unfriendly app I have ever downloaded on my phone. I do not recommend this app to anybody. What was a novel and fun idea turned into a frustrating back and forth of searching for clothes only to discover they don’t exist on the app. I spent probably an hour going through my clothes, searching them up, all to discover that for whatever reason, the app either 1. thinks my clothes don’t exist or 2. is genuinely that stunted by AI that it can’t do a simple search of the internet to find what I’m talking about. Don’t waste your time. This app needs a whole load more development before it’s ready to be used by anybody with a closet that isn’t solely what you can find on TikTok.

I love fitted and all n how i like how it’s simple and how good it is as an outfit generator but just make this free or atleast give us 100 free pieces
not convenient
i was excited to use this app as someone with a large closet but it’s just not accurate or convenient to use. when i try to add my accessories where i want to save my fits it literally cannot comprehend it and ends up looking a mess. definitely needs more developing and less reliance on AI.

i was super excited to use this app! i love that i can see whats in “my closet” and kinda put together an outfit but i got sad once i realized 1. the tiktok i watched was an AD AND NOT a real video 2. i have to pay to use all the features 3. i cant edit the description after the app claims to know about my clothes 4. when i edit my clothes, they turn grey maybe i havent been using the app long enough but i dont exactly know if i will continue to as well🤷♀️

Finde die App sehr praktisch vor allem um eine gute Übersicht über seinen Kleiderschrank zu bekommen und neue Kombinationen testen zu können ohne diese vorher anprobieren zu müssen. Das einzige was mir fehlt wäre eine Option ebenfalls Accessoires und Schmuck hinzufügen zu können da das Outfit ansonsten sehr leblos wirkt. Sonst aber top!
Fun, but needs polish, buggy, and useless features
Because the main outfit generator is totally random it does create ideas for outfits that I wouldn’t consider otherwise. But there are some bugs in the app. Recently some pieces disappeared from my closet. There’s no way how to manually add or remove hats. The AI stylist is pretty much useless the fits that it comes up with are boring, and usually not appropriate for the occasions.
Good start
Really like the idea of this, but at the moment it’s not worth £60 p/y. It doesn’t understand one-piece items so it will pair a jumpsuit with a maxi dress, or a skirt with a dress. If you have it set to 4 layers, it won’t put a top under a blazer. If these things could be fixed, it would be a fantastic app

I can’t sign in. Both iPhone and android phones say the sign in request timed out.
Really cool
I really like this app and it’s very user friendly! I wish that it had an option for adding dresses because I have a lot and there are only the tops and bottoms categories and no full piece options. I think this aspect might’ve just been forgotten about when the app was made but overall it’s a really cool app. Please make a dress option!!!
All they want is payment
App has potential but had to delete it after 5 mins because they wanted me to buy the subscription so badly that I couldn’t even add items of clothing to try it out. Onto the next app

Overall I think the app is a very clever idea, but I think the developers have rinsed the idea of profits on certain good ideas for the apps which is a shame, will still use it.

Disappointed
I was so excited to finally find a app that can organize my outfits. I spent so much time adding things from my closet, it has me search up the exact item with the brand. The items I search up would come up with the brand displayed, but once it’s saved into my closet, the brand shows up as a totally different brand. Which makes everything unorganized. The only way for me to put the correct brand on the item is if I go back again to change the name. And the quality of the photo loads up terrible. I’m really disappointed. I really wanted to like this app.

Fix the auto cut out
I really wanted to like this app, but every time I upload a graphic tee it just cuts the graphic out and gets rid of the tee. It’s already time consuming to upload so this was very discouraging and not worth the extra hassle. Unfortunately will be deleting my account
It's a new app so take it easy
You can't size the clothing to be appropriate when making the fit which is a huge downsize when planning. Also you have to log-in for each time you open the app which is a bit tedious. The only two serious complaints that would stop me from using the app. But also the language (e.g. pieces and fits) is a bit cringe but not that bad 😭

Will not work
I was super excited at first to use this- willing to pay for the AI photo processing- but every time I try to add any photos- or change details- it will start wildly ruining the photos to look blurry/half visible/dark or after I write out details of an item and save them/ it will auto change them (for example I uploaded a necklace and it won’t stop changing it to a purse?) and the pictures will not stay the way they initially look. They keep glitching out no matter how good my original photo quality is. I couldn’t even get started with 3 items successfully. Horrible waste of money and impossible to use. I’m really disappointed.

good idea for an app
the fact u can only add a fraction of ur closet is not good and makes the app mostly unusable. there’s still ways of making money off an app via subscription and still have people who don’t want to have to pay be able to use it
Descriptions dont update, premium not working
Cool app with a lot of potential but a few issues. When i upload pieces, it automatically inputs a guess of the piece descriptions. But when i try to edit it, after i click save changes, it reverts back to the app’s previous descriptions. So i cant update my piece descriptions. Also, i had bougjt the premium description but it hasnt unlocked any of the features for me, just says that it had been lurchased.

My opinion
The app is a awesome idea, and I pay for monthly. But it does not really piece together good clothes.. it wanted me to wear a green hat with a red shirt, and blue shorts. Like come on. It can be better than that. Please make an option where if it makes a combo and you don’t like it. It won’t repeat when you press the next button (remix button).

I love using this app and I have been paying monthly subscription. Unfortunately I have not been able to upload anything for at least a month. Have tried reporting this several times but get no response. May have no option but to cancel as I am not getting what I am paying for!

The design is awesome and seems super cool but you’re expected to pay a ridiculous amount just to upload pictures of your clothes to an app. To me, 100% not worth it and I wish I could just use it! The app edits around the clothes very well, and cuts out the background. But paying to have more than 10 item’s in your closet is crazy to me. I saw it on TikTok and I thought it was a good concept, and still do but I just can’t conceptualize paying $30.00 per year for a closet, especially as someone who doesn’t have a lot of disposable income I can’t find myself paying for this.
