Race Widgets for F1 reviews
4.4 out of 5, based on 405 reviews.
What people like
- Widgets look really great and slick.
- Easy to find all needed info.
- Much better than official F1 app.
What they complain about
- Shows old 2025 season data.
- Live race updates are too slow.
- Watch app crashes while scrolling.
Great app
very good app tells you the times of the sessions your general data about the tracks and a wide range of choices for the different widgets so thank you for the great app!
Don’t purchase in 2026
Developer seems to have abandoned the app. No updates for the season are coming through.
Session times are still off.
It took a while, but the info now seems up to date, however the times for some sessions are still not correct.
Update for 2026
Developer needs to update app for 2026
2026?
Ya no aparecen las carreras de la actual temporada
Fantastic App
After installing this app, I could get rid of the official Formula One app. The UI and implementation of the app is amazing. I can get all the information within one or two clicks. Although surprisingly, the widgets from this app need a better UI. The massive button at the bottom is quite off putting. I wish they could make the widgets more modern and with a better font.
Raging
App stuck on 2025 season and only updated information is the news. £19.99 for a years pro membership wasted.
2026
2026???
Don’t install
App is whatever. Don’t use though. It’s doesn’t work
Out of date
I loved this app but it no longer updates😔
Best f1 app it has everything !!!
Best f1 app. I don’t review apps but this is a work of art.
Old
Not updated, no 2026 races in the app so useless
Good, but watch app is broken
As mentioned in the title, I really like the app, I think it’s good, well-designed, etc., however, I primarily downloaded it for the watch app, but, unfortunately, it doesn’t work. When you click on one of the races, and start scrolling through the results, at a certain point (different for each race) the app will just close suddenly, meaning that you can’t see the rest of the results. For example, in Australia, when you scroll to Russell in p3, the app will close, meaning you can’t see the rest of the results. This is incredibly annoying, but I would love to see athletes fix soon! Thanks.
App not updating to next race
It was a good app but the race seems to be stuck at the Australia GP. The widget doesn't quite fit on the iPhone screen so you miss some information.
Good, but don’t love payments.
I like this app, but it does annoy me seeing that I have to pay to actually get it to do things. I did not see it in the app description (may be my fault) but regardless, the payment is a bit stupid. Nevertheless I like this app.
A must for any f1 fan,it’s much more than a simple widgets app too…
I’m totally loving this app which has quite a bit going for it especially seeing as it’s on offer at present on App Advice today and App Ravern yesterday which is when I got it. Has a few slick icons and widgets as you’d expect but a ton of other features that really do make this take the chequered flag. F1 apps are usually ad driven tripe or by team only and never the team you want,I stick with BBC sports mostly for all my f1 news. Now I’ll also have this app via a widget or a nice icon. Beats the old days of a broken timings app that cost a kings ransom lol… Thanks to the dev on the offer of a bonafide winner and I really hope to see this grow so it is a lifetime offer - I have cancer anyway so don’t think I’ll have many more seasons in me but the few I do get will be more enjoyable with apps like this! 🫡 🏆🏁🏎️💨🚥
App still hasn’t been updated almost 3 races into the new season.
Functionally useless now. Still showing 2025 standings and info despite being now in 2026!
Times are wrong
Times are all over the place. Nowhere in the app or settings you're able to reset the time.
Started off great
My issue is, when I downloaded the app, everything was fine and the times were accurate when viewing my widgets. Now for whatever reason the time is off by an hour and the language on the widget isn’t English how it started.
Best F1 App!
Has everything you need, the widgets look great too
Outdated
Everything is outdated with the 2025 stats and season calendar! Absolutely worthless in this instance!
Times are off
Great when it works, but all the times are off by 1 hour with no fix in sight.
Potential
This has potential but doesn’t really work. No live data. Quali live widget is just blank lap 0 no fastest or splits etc. Same as the magic island no data. In the app itself quali doesnt show anything, you select live and it doesn’t have a screen or anything no live standings no tyre selection nothing. Would also be nice if the large widget updated to live positions and times. During the race the app does show times, messages and radio but didn’t work during quali. (Probably more important to me as it’s something I may not be able to watch as closely.) Further update. Unveliveably delayed widget. Currently lap 30 on tv and widget shows lap 11 leader which is clearly wrong. Live items in the app are slow to load if they load at all, no way to refresh them. Reply from the developer, I will increase my score after the next break if appropriate, thanks team.
Outdated app
Don’t waste your time with this app. The app currently only shows 2025 race schedule so it’s absolutely useless. It kept going down hill since it was bought out by different company.
incorrect data
Vision Pro App still showing 2024 races, no sign of 2015. Incorrect data from last race (still showing disqualified drivers in positions). Not sure there’s enough care and attention being given. Looks pretty though.
It takes light years to get real almost on time results from races.
Get yourself another app fellas, deleting this one. Trust me it’s a no go.
Widgets/live activity do not update
So much potential but the data does not update in the widgets nor the live activity, which effectively makes having those features pretty useless.
Shows wrong times
Wrong times in the widget.
2025?
Still shows races in 24!
Widgets
Os widgets estão todos desatualizados com a temporada de 2025. Favor arrumar a pontuação dos pilotos e equipes.
Offers nothing
Thought I’d be able to track the sessions live and listen to the radio as advertised. But alas not. Looks pretty and can look at previous race results and that’s it. Don’t waste you time. Got a reply from the developer with a suggested solution but doesn’t work. Must be an issue with just iOS.
