The app unfortunately is not accessible for the blind user with Apples screen reader VoiceOver,
The app has unlabelled tabs and buttons cant be used its a real shame the developers of the app have not bothered to use accessibility tools when designing the app no good for the blind a real shame could do better #NUFC

For the last few days, I log in then get diverted to and stuck on my profile page. So it’s no use for anything connected to my account.
Not easy to watch videos on other devices
This doesn’t easily allow SharePlay outside of Apple devices. Fixing this would be ideal, even better if you created an Apple TV app.

No commentary option
I was listening on radio Newcastle to tonight game Newcastle v Burnley but for last 20 mins there is no sign of listen now option. This is an intermittent issue which I reported many times previously. Not god enough
Photos in articles crop inward weirdly, still no dark mode
Loved this app since day one and the improvements have been steady and regular, but please please please release the dark mode. Would be nice if it would come on automatically if my phone has it one for night time. I’m sometimes flicking it open at night to check up on news or merch and get blinded! Could make it dim with a black and white striped pattern or something a bit unique.
Worst app in the premiership
The app and web sute is a nightmare as a season ticket holder trying to download my ticjets for cup games etc is impossible directions on e mails do not exist “ check the card that is registered to the scheme and is due to be charged, you can: Log in to your account. In the top right-hand corner, select "Cup Scheme" from the dropdown menu. Choose the tickets associated with the Cup Scheme you wish to update.” When you log in there is no drop down menu with cup scheme Please do something sbout this
Could be great
Has the potential to be a fantastic app for supporters. Love the calendar and layout but it’s very slow to get key info e.g line ups. Last season showed which TV channel games were on but that seems to have stopped annoyingly. Frustrating that the club don’t invest properly in this sort of thing.

No back button
If you click on a item then want to go back to the page you were on you can’t as there is no back button option so you have to start all over again to get back on the homepage of the website.

A really great application, but there is no back button. I am very surprised by this, and the application has a lot of technical problems, but it is good in terms of moving between menus and smoothly
Commentary turns off after a few minutes
Very frustrating app , switches to sleep mode even when sleep /screen time is turned off. Just want to listen to the game without having to refresh every five mins 😬
Persistent 404 page not found error
Good content generally. My only gripe is the persistent ‘404 page not found’ error every time I select a notification. It’s an issue that has been evident for years. And yes, every single notification.
Training photos
Need to update the way you view the training photos as you’re not able to enlarge them and the standard size view doesn’t show the whole photo
Listening to game useless
App stops playing radio broadcast if it losses focus or goes to background. This makes it pointless using it to listen to live play. Why, other apps play radio when not in focus?? The app needs fixing.
Back Button
The app NEEDS a back button ASAP. ESPECIALLY IN THE STORE.
Audio pauses
The app needs to allow audio when the screen times out for match day. Other than that it would be a really useful app.

Not sure this has been properly tested. Can’t login as it just punches out to my profile page on website and doesn’t do anything.

Good place for everything, however the video does buffer a little bit sometimes.

A load of rubbish got the app so I could listen to the match live , switches off every few minutes, the old club site was far superior to this useless app

Love the app will give 5 stars as soon as you include tickets that show on the app instead of taking you to the website. Solid start
Listening doesn’t work
This app should do one thing really well: play the play-by-play audio of a live match. But it fails in the most basic integration with the operating system. When done properly, the audio can play if you leave the screen, leave the app, or lock the phone. The stream should never stop unless the user stops it manually. It’s outrageous to say I’m going to keep my phone on one app’s one screen for 90 straight minutes. Respond to a text? You have to miss the game. This capability has existed in iOS for… a decade? You should also be able to pause, and rewind too. Some of us outside the UK try to sync the local play by play with our region’s TV broadcast. This is very hard currently on the web or in the app.
Log in issues
When logged into the app. It seems like you aren’t logged in and the furthest you get to is the preferences screen You then go to your account to find your not even logged in. I have to enter ballots via pc as I can’t on my phone due to this technical issue
Took It’s Time
Been waiting for an official app for years so it’s awesome it’s finally here, so far so good and I’m sure it’ll improve as time goes on. Couldn’t log in to my account yesterday and that was resolved within hours. Great job
Doesn’t work. Not fit for purpose
Wouldn’t even bother downloading it as it’s absolutely useless. Live streams never work. Links don’t work. It’s absolutely rubbish
Audio issues
No audio on Eddie Howe press conferences via iPhone app but fine on the website. Needs resolved.
Missing back button
When in the shop after viewing a item I can’t return to the previous page as there is no back button I have to go into the side menus to get back to where I just was

Can’t Lock Screen and Listen!
Main thing I got this app for was listening to the match whilst out of the house. The website was useless for that as you had to keep the screen on at all times so you couldn’t just put your phone in your pocket. Unbelievably, they’ve kept it in this app! If your phone locks then the sound stops, if you touch the screen it pauses - just such a bad design!
Might as well use a browser
The app could be great. However almost every option selected takes you to the website. Might as well cut out the middleman and just use a browser instead. It reminds me of the Screwfix app a few years ago as it used to do the same. Now the Screwfix app is great and does not use the browser, hopefully the NUFC app can follow the same path but sooner. I will delete it for now and try again in the future.
Decent start but improvements needed
* Listening to the radio coverage of the Southampton game, the audio kept cutting out every 5 minutes when phone went to sleep. Would be nice to have audio play in background when phone screen locked / app changed. * iPad screen size optimisations required. For regular navigation, but more importantly when watching NUFC TV content. Good start with the app though.

Finally an official app for Newcastle United, might be early days but it's certainly looking the business.

This app is absolutely useless … no sound on EHs Fulham media briefing this morning - tiny video screen on iPad … must be improved fast. The old website was more reliable!!
Teething problems
Getting stuck logging in, and the app doesn’t support chromecast. App looks ok when it works though.
Can’t log in IM NOT A ROBOT honest!!
The app is asking me to sign in, when redirected to login page it is asking me to confirm I am not a robot…. There is no option to confirm I’m not a robot! I can’t find any link for support on this 😩

You can see the difference it makes having owners that care about the club a small step but a massive one at the same time
Much to be improved
As this is the only way you can listen to the commentary on match days, the current iteration using the quick time player on iOS means that you can’t lock your screen and listen … nor can you switch without loosing the commentary … it’s pretty poor. While you can look at photos and buy stuff … the actual enjoyment of the game itself is very poor

Terrible app. Constantly asking for access to personal details for marketing purposes. So frustrating to set up and operate. Almost lost my head trying to navigate.
