No Game Tech Support
I have loved this game but there have been several times the game has hit a dead end due to technical issues. The first time I reinstalled and had to start from scratch. Now I am in the basement and Paris which has issues. It will not let me continue with being able to lift cloudy area in Paris and I don’t have an option to create more boxes to unpack in the basement. I have reached out as per the app support button to their website. No response. It is super frustrating as I have dedicated a lot of time and money in this game.

Please fix. So many issues
Months, MANY updates, and auto-generated replies (promises) of fixing. No change whatsoever. Now I have max level Hawaii clothing that I cannot sell (unsellable item when I drag to the sell box) I completed travel to Egypt2 a long time ago. I have a room FULL of max level Egypt2 clothing that I cannot sell and they do not automatically go away like they should. They are taking up too much space. Please provide a fix for this problem! Also, I keep getting empty bubbles when I make purchases from the shop. So lots of gems and money just gone!

Loved it until it broke
I loved this game. Played it everyday. Now it only loads to 90%. Their Facebook page said to update it, but I have no update option.
Super bonus
Suddenly "super bonus" items have started appearing costing 50 gems to claim......so annoying. Also, developers, when will you make the game compatible with the Apple Pencil? It would make it so much easier to navigate around.
Can’t open after downloading
Definitely wanted to update my review I have since been able to uninstall and reinstall the game, which made me able to play it and I would like to share that I absolutely love this game. It’s very fun. It’s very different from any other merge game that I have played so I found that very interesting. I wish you didn’t run out of energy so quick that’s the only bummer and I can’t really afford to get more but I can always login later and continue to enjoy. Thank you again.
I want to leave a better review but
I just started playing and actually really like the game except for a few minor things like not being able to get rid of the hot air balloons if you don’t want the item or the mail drops being items you can no longer use. The issue is I spent money on premium land. First one, no problem. Second one, I had, then it disappeared. I have messaged the app support on every possible site and platform with no response. I am a retired mom and spend quite a bit on gaming between my daughter and myself. If I can’t trust that I can get what I buy, or get service in a timely manner, I will not play the game. If I hear back after giving them another day, I will update my review.

Disappearing Energy points
Every night my accumulation of points or whatever you call the energy lightening bolts needed to open boxes disappears and resets to 82. Some of these accumulated points have been purchased so that’s stealing my property. Are the people running this game actually so greedy and money grubby that they would steal all of my energy everyday? What is going on here?

Help can’t finish Hawaii
Ok so been playing this game for awhile now and have really had fun…. Play everyday!!! But can’t finish the Hawaii because all I’m getting is surf boards and I need one more planter which you have like four or five plants to the plant to finish it…..don’t need and more turtles or surf boards and that’s all I’m getting fix this go I can complete it instead I’m wasting my energy in this part when I could be finishing up my last room on the main board…….and before I get the generic message that everyone else gets “thanks for playing the game” show us your playing attention!!!
Addiction
I confess, I’m addicted to this game. The problem is, I’ve maxed out the basement and there is one area left that says “coming soon”, which has been that way for months. I’ve maxed out my Travel and it too says “coming soon”. What does “soon” mean? Most of my stations are maxed too. It’s to the point that there is no reason left for me to keep logging in. I guess I will need to find a new addiction game, which saddens me. PLEASE update this game.
I love this game but
This game is getting worse with each update. It lags now, even when restarting it. I STILL have coins on tiles that won't let me collect or select them and won't go away. Idk who's been tweaking and updating this game but STOP. It was better before the last updates, and STOP adding MORE pop up ads. Do you not realize how annoying it is to have something selected and then BAM! an ad pops up and the item is gone after I finally get the ad to close. STOP RUINING THIS GAME.
Nice game
I enjoy this game the only thing I wish it had was an option to sell decor crates that I no longer need, I don’t want to waste my energy unpacking these crates I want to use the energy to unpack crates that I still need items from
Nice game however….
I recently started playing this game and 1. found that if you click on an item, there is no information about what it is, what’s the next upgrade, nothing. I had to use certain items just to see what it was. 2. Way too many side games which all use the same energy and at my level, the maximum is 70, therefore progress is very tedious. 3. I understand that these games need to be financed however, this game seems to be a money pit. I will continue to play however, I will not use real money. 4. The pet thing is pointless also the find friends is confusing unless you have Facebook, which not everyone has, including myself. Sooner or later I will probably uninstall. It’s already becoming monotonous, all in all, the graphics are nice. Please do not respond with the automated system response. You want real money so at least a real person should respond.

New Favorite game!
I have been playing this game for a while now and it is so much fun! I really like the storyline and that it is a traditional nuclear family. The characters are dressed appropriately and so far, none of the garbage you when you play other games ( bad language, witchcraft, violence & sexual overtones,etc). The store has some nicely priced items & the side games are cool. Keep up the good work! ❤️😁
Lack of support
I have not been able to sign in for days. I reached out to out for support and never received assistance. It would be nice if someone or something would happen.

I REALLY like this game. But for the past 2 days it will load to 2% then kick me off the app. This is super frustrating because I play this game every day, multiple times a day.
Game Won’t Open
Update 9/23: 2 updates to “fix” things and the app still crashes during every attempt to open. This is extremely disappointing. - Cannot even open the app since Saturday 9/20, game does not even load 4% before the app force quits itself. I’m on iOS and not currently linked to Facebook so I really don’t want to have to uninstall and lose the months I’ve spent on this game…..

Rooms Completed
This is hands down my favorite game. It’s the only one I play daily. I have completed all available rooms, finishing with the Inventions Room. Will there be more rooms coming? I’m sad because there isn’t much for me to do in the game anymore. I’ve almost completed all furniture upgrades as well. I don’t wanna say bye to the game, but there’s no more progression for me. I’m so attached to this game, it helps me when I’m overstimulated and anxious so I’m really really hoping there is more to come!
Update trouble
My game updated yesterday and now the game won’t load at all!!!! I played in the morning and then updated and now I can’t play at all😫

** EDITED TO ADD** Since the recent update, I can now no longer open the game, it gets to 4% and then closes. Please fix :( I love the game, however my tasks are not updating and my XP isn’t levelling up, I’ve currently got Egypt’s tasks on my house screen and when I travel there and back, they’re still on there and not given me the house tasks. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled before and lost all my progress. Will update to 5 stars when this bug is fixed
Latest update makes it unplayable
Can’t connect to the game since the last update. Tries to load then crashes out every time. Lots of fun but also lots of bugs.
What is happening?!
I love this game and have been playing for MONTHS. Yesterday I tried to play, but like many people, won’t open. I contacted Support and nothing. Really bad customer service. Update: Problem fixed. I updated to 5 stars because I LOVE this game. There are no ads unless you choose to watch for extras, but not watching them does not impact the game. It’s lovely to play for an hour and not see one ad!!!!! The game is not dull but not so challenging you want to quit. Thank you for such a wonderful game!!!
Problem

I have been playing this game for over two years and I am unable to open it and play for the last 2 days! It starts to load and is forced shut. Not sure whats going on but I hope it gets fixed ASAP.

With new update game won’t load. Goes to 3% loading files and then crashes. Too bad this is a fun game.
Kick out after new update
Every time I try to load into the game it goes to 5% then it crashes and takes me back to my main screen. It started after I updated my game. But other than that I do like the game just haven’t been able to play it for 2 days now.
Still no resolution
Sent emails with proof of issue with the gems being taken and not receiving what I purchased the gems on back on May 31st , sent my user id as requested on 6/3/25 and here it is mid July and still waiting on a resolution. I love playing this game but I swear the support team is no help at all. ALL I WANT IS EITHER MY MONEY REFUNDED OR REPLACE THE GEMS I LOST LIKE HOW HARD IS THAT!!! 7/29/2025 - I’m still waiting on a response or something from the support team to resolve my issue and yet with doing everything they have requested I still am waiting. This has been going on since the end of May and it’s about to be August. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! 7/30/25 updates….They finally provided a response and resolved my issue. I am now a happy player again. 9/22/25…haven’t been able to play the game since Sunday. Sent a message to the developers and not one response. This is getting ridiculous 9/24/25 Even after the new update still won’t let me into the game. It loads to 5% and then crashes. Very frustrating
