Game is a scam do not play it’s sucks QND will steal your money
It freezes every single time you get 10 wins and activate the lightning boost( which is the only time you can consistently win without spending money to keep retrying rhe levels ). The last four lightning boots ive activated which I spent good money to get ten wins straight it conveniently froze every time and when rebooted it counts as a loss and restarts YOU back. To square one.DO NOT PLAY T HIS GAME CUSTOMER SERVICE HASN’T RESPONDED TO A SINGLE Message ive A ENT IN Days AND DAYS THEY’RE AJOKE AND A SCAM. WORST GAME EVER

Fun at first, becomes impossible
I’ve been playing this game for a few months, and at first I loved it. It was hard but not impossible, and required thought and strategy - which I loved! Some really hard levels required some luck in the initial “deal” to win, but with perseverance they were all winnable. Unfortunately though, I think the developers have misjudged the difficulty of the games “super hard” levels as you progress. I have been on level 440 for several weeks now. I play daily and play until I run out of lives multiple times a day. I have probably tried this level well over 200 times with every hero combination I can think of. I have never even made it to the boss. It is LUDICROUSLY difficult. Perhaps it is designed so that you have to spend money to win, I don’t know. Eventually I will give up and delete the game, which is too bad. It’s a great concept.
Mega Spiel / vergebenes Potential
Das Spiel ist grundsätzlich wie ein candy crush oder ähnliches aufgebaut nur das man verschiedene Einheiten fusionieren muss um diese stärker werden zu lassen um am Ende Gegner Wellen zu besiegen. Geiles Konzept! Dann gibt es noch items die dir in schweren Momenten helfen ein lvl zu schaffen. Es gibt auch Mini Events wo man diese items oder Karten, die man braucht um die Charaktere zu leveln, bekommt. Aber genau da endet die Reise leider schon. Hab jetzt bis 137 Level gespielt und nun ist es langweilig. Das Spiel an sich finde ich immer noch super gut aber nur um dann 200 lvl zu haben. Mir fehlen mehr Events, Möglichkeiten die epischen Helden freizuschalten etc.

Fun but glitchy at a price
I’m really enjoying this game but lately the game just shuts down in the middle of a match and I lose all my boosts and have to start my streaks over. It’s almost impossible to win the later matches without the extra streak boosts and I have actually purchased coins to keep my streak. Almost looks like the game is glitchy on purpose….

Fun at first
This was super fun game initially, as you ranked higher the levels got more challenging. There are times where I would try to play a SINGLE hard level for days just trying to pass it. I would play until I no longer had lives, quit and then try again the following day. ****100%***off the time I would lose it was impossible to defeat the level without purchasing coins. It’s now super annoying bc imagining playing a game you’re just trying to enjoy but instead you’re just continually losing however many ways you try or changing different character skills you will NEVER get past it unless you pay for coins. I don’t play it that much anymore bc of this reason. I don’t want to get annoyed playing a game I play to decompress and this is game is the complete opposite!!!
Hard to level up without $$$
Great game, better graphics than ones exactly like it. I’d love to be able to replay older levels to strengthen my heroes. Otherwise might drop the game, hate playing same level over and over until I get lucky

Great Game, but Unbalanced
For the most part, I’m very much enjoying Match Valley. The graphics are adorable, I love the little characters and the way you can choose different abilities. Unfortunately, the game can get a little frustrating due to a small balancing issue. Hard levels come up far too often, and normal levels vary greatly in difficulty. Because of this it’s hard to get a consecutive run of good luck to complete levels, so the few ‘events’ are useless in getting you resources to use to help beat levels. This also means you can’t level up your heroes, as you can only do that by beating levels. This when stuck, you have to just keep trying and rely on luck- or spend money. I think what would help is having occasional events with a separate set of levels, and a small reward for completing X amount. This would give alternate levels to play while the main set are being frustrating, and enable you to strengthen your characters to help with the levels you’re stuck on.

Game crashing
The game crashes booting you out of the game making you lose whatever level streak you have built up and whatever’s comes with that streak, it is a fun and strategic game to play but unless this bug that crashes the game and kicks you out gets fixed I do not recommend downloading, I highly doubt that the creators will compensate those in the game who are experiencing this same problem because I know for a fact that it isn’t just me having this issue
Toll, aber zu wenig Fokus auf andere Helden
Ich finde das Spiel wirklich toll, weil es keinerlei Werbung beinhaltet, man nicht zum gewinnen bezahlen muss und es auch ein gewisses Maß an strategischen Denken fordert. Es gibt jedoch eine Sache, die ich kritisieren muss: Ich persönlich bevorzuge die Helden König, Ritter, Affe und Frankenstein, aber vor allem für die letzteren beiden kriege ich NIE Karten, um sie zu upgraden. Stattdessen bekomme ich andauernd den Pinguin und Goblin(?), welche ich einfach nicht gebrauchen kann. Das sollte man noch etwas mehr ausbalancieren. Sonst ist es ein wirklich gutes Spiel.
Unplayable
Game was great when I first started playing it, couldn’t stop playing actually. But the last couple updates have made the game really buggy and laggy and almost unplayable. Teams doesn’t ever load, I can’t participate in the souls event, and when I eventually load into a level it’s so laggy and buggy it takes forever to complete. If the devs see this, please please fix this issue. I really do enjoy this game, it’s just so unplayable right now.
Great game but….
I recently started playing Match Valley and absolutely love it. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that I am now unable to help or receive help from my Team. When I click on Team it just continues to load. This is frustrating since I can’t get extra lives from my teammates. I noticed this after updating my phone. I don’t have issues with other games on my phone and my internet speed isn’t an issue. Please fix the issue so I can enjoy the full experience.

Love this game so much just wish I could update my characters faster. There is options to watch ads I just wish you could pick which character you want to watch ads for. Otherwise I’m completely addicted.
Scam
Fun until level 48 and you think buying a little booster pack will help but then still can’t get past it after 15 tries. Nothing makes you want to delete a game faster than getting stuck with no help. (And then paying for help and wasting your money) 0/10 stars
Fun, but pricey
I love these kinds of games. But there’s no way to progress without spending money. You don’t get helpful boosts or anything like that. It’s difficult to build coins when you have been stuck on a level for 4 days. So you can’t even get a revive without spending 2 bucks for 1000 coins for 1 revive. Fun, but no way for F2P people to enjoy it thoroughly.
Awful Balance!
The balance in this game is just ridiculous. At level 15 you seem to hit a brick wall, when you lose a level you get no progress rewards of any kind, so you can end up completely stuck. I’d watch Ads to help progress but will not spend money when the perk is what?! Spend more money, no thanks…

I like the game and enjoy playing it but a you do not earn much in rewards … and the prices for a game that doesn’t give you break in fees is ridiculous so do not give ur kids ur bank card smh

I’m so glad I found this game. There are only ads that you chose to play for a reward (extra lives or double prize). The gameplay is challenging enough to be fun, relaxing and keeps me interested at the same time. I can’t believe it took me so long to click around and find where to upgrade the heroes! I kept losing game after game until I discovered that my level 1 heroes had enough to level up to 4 and 5!! It made me laugh at myself and I’m glad I decided to give this game a chance.

Love the game, best thing I’ve played in a long time, but need new content! I know you’re a small team but I need to use some potions and make my heroes the best they can be… we all deserve to live our best lives 🤣🤣 Update: please don’t promise 2 week updates if you can’t meet that. I’ve been waiting patiently for upwards of 5 weeks to get back into levels; stages aren’t gratifying or fair. I really don’t want to delete the app but will do if promises aren’t kept.

Was fun
You made bad guys that can wipe out our entire board of heroes. But it takes forever for our hero to upgrade. Make it easier to upgrade our heroes and I’ll raise my review level levels.

are you even doing anything with this game? apparently theres only been one update in the game. cant even update characters because there re no levels to win upgrade crds. u dont even win much in the soul event. #new edit. why is there an update for new feature,but no new levels? becoming very slow to upgrade characters #edit you have ruined this game. made it more difficult and you get no boosters. you really have become concentrated on the p2p players!!!

Frankly I love the concept of this game. But it gets way too hard way too quickly…. Having some kind of health bar might help me feel better about my lack of damage
Fantastic game but money pit
This is really a great game and I enjoyed my time playing it. It's deep enough to be challenging and also really easy to play. However, it backs you into a corner and you have to pay quite a lot to get any progress. I'm too poor. I know you can just lose and replay but that's very discouraging.
Super fun game!
I really enjoy this game a lot! It kind of reminds me of a combo between merge games and games like clash Royale. The only issue I have is it’s very simple and plain. It would be awesome if you added more characters with other events and more options for buying specific cards besides just the knight. It can be a bit pricey if you want to win but the game is a lot of fun. I just hope there are some updates in the future to add more to the game because I could see this getting boring if it stays the same.

Ridiculously difficult levels
I downloaded this game and at first, whilst challenging, it was very enjoyable and addictive. I’ve been playing for some months now and can’t advance without upgrading via buying card packs, which makes passing level 191 IMPOSSIBLE!!

Shame, as this is an adorable game with a unique concept. But, essentially, if you don’t have a strong character in every column, & you didn’t get just the right coin bonuses, EACH ROUND OF A LEVEL, you’re going to lose. And ALL the secondary advancement paths are hinged ENTIRELY on you not losing. Ever. Thus, the game is not designed to be fun, the game is designed to get you to spend cash.

Heroes not progressing
Match valley is a good game but heroes not progressing in the slightest despite now having reached level 150 is not making me spend money on the game. I am now more inclined to just delete it.
