charged without pickup
Driver started the trip without picking me up. When I messaged him, he stopped the trip but the fare was deducted from my wallet. There is no option to report issues on completed orders. This is a safety concern. I deleted my account and do not recommend this app.
Keep it up.
Very calm and respected driver
