SCAM WARNING — DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY In my experience, CT Pool behaves like a scam and I strongly warn others not to invest money in this platform. They aggressively advertise very large hashrate packages, including 100 million hash offers. I purchased around 10 million hash, spending approximately $1,000. After taking my money, they suddenly suspended my account without giving me any clear, reasonable, or transparent explanation. I was then denied access to the service and investment I had already paid for. The worst part is their customer support — or basically the lack of it. I have sent multiple emails asking for an explanation and a resolution, but nobody takes responsibility and my emails are ignored. It is unacceptable for a company to take significant amounts of money from customers, suspend their accounts without a proper explanation, block access to purchased services, and then refuse to communicate. Based on my personal experience, I consider CT Pool extremely unsafe and untrustworthy. DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY HERE. You may end up losing both access to your account and the money you paid. I wish I had known this before spending my money.

Bad Outweighs the Good
Two major complaints: First, mining works well, but plan WAY ahead for withdrawals. I have completed 9 withdrawals so far. One was done same day. Another took 33 days to complete. Average time to complete a withdrawal is about 8 days. Support will tell you that they are “having difficulties” and instructs you to use their wallet. I don’t want to use their wallet and believe that the long delays may be a strong-arm tactic to make you sign up anyway. Second, your miner gets set to inactive sometimes. Might happen twice in one day or may not occur for a week. Sometimes it happens 30 minutes after you check your balance and go to bed. Then you wake up to find your miner has been “off” for hours. It’s completely random. I’ve read that this it to keep people active, but the machine clearly doesn’t power down when they decide to “turn off” my miner. I paid for it to continue running. Who is keeping the bitcoin mined when they switch my account inactive for those hours? This is a great service if you are fine receiving your withdrawal at some point in the unknown future and can log in every couple hours to ensure they haven’t set you to inactive status.

This company refuses to let you withdraw any "bitcoin" you "mined" It's now been 5 months and my withdraw is processing. Countless emails for them to only respond with "we working on it" yet they let you deposit as much money with them as they can squeeze out of you. They steal your money and don't give you anything back when you want to withdraw. Scam

It works
I don’t know if I am actually making money or not, but I can say that I’ve cashed out about $20 of bitcoin to my NC wallet and then to Coinbase or MetaMask wallet and then to Coinbase where I sold the bitcoin. I enjoy it.

Very slow withdrawals
This app does work. At the beginning withdrawals were pretty fast. Within a couple days. Now over a year in and I have one still processing after two weeks. They blame it on the blockchain. We all know better that this not. Thinking they don’t want to pay out. Gave it a 3 because it does work. If the withdraws would have taken this long when I first started it would be a 1. And could rate higher if they were faster. They say withdraw to the NC wallet. But that is getting slow as well. Have to constantly email support. They always say working on it.

Was working fine. Tho 3 Bitcoin payments still missing. Since April 🫤 now November talked with chat multiple times. Spent hundreds on the setup I had. All ive had is it’s been taken to the developers/support meh id give it one star but have had a solid start was working n then not. Paid paid paid…then processing processing…. Oh n only gives the hash coin rarely even if u buy ur subs not a given that u will even get bonus coin.

Criminal Thief Pool Prove to me that you’re not scum!!! I used to have good things to say about this app. I used to have GREAT things to say about this app. But that all changed around the end of April this year. Once I hit around 50k satoshi withdrawn, my ability to withdraw was abruptly suspended without warning or explanation. Multiple Inquiries to customer support over the past months have proven fruitless. No responses other than the automated “we got your message” and then only silence. No help, no explanation, no resolution in sight, ~$500 of my money now in their pockets and I’m left in the lurch!!! And they have the gall to continue sending marketing emails to me.

Very good app but while near to end of mining period miner auto switch off and then i have frequently manually turn on. Hope developer will remove this function.

I’ve been using this application for three years. I started when I was released from prison. My mistake was not investing weekly. If I had, I’d have more high quality miners and better profits. Only thing I don’t appreciate is the fact that some coins were taken out with the updates. USDT and usdc were taken off the mining list so you have to convert other coins to USDT or USDC. I suggest putting the main coins back on the list. Oh, and the automatic withdrawals were great until it was taken out. Other than that, CT Pool and CT Farm are amazing. I’m referring people every day.

It’s been almost 4 days and I’ve spent 4k on mining rates … I get that code 1005 ; seems a lot of people are being locked out once they met there amount spent in mining .. getting in contact with them is a joke ; no response ; they said they fixed the problem via twitter but I seen a lot of people say they can’t log in. This is ridiculous. Update: that code was removed and it now states my account is “suspended” with no reasoning . I contact them via twitter and they just blocked my account . This app is a SCAM , PLEASE DONT GET . I am currently in the process of getting this app taken down .
